When you spend much of your life in a pair of trunks, starting an underwear brand feels like a natural next step. Olympic diver Jack Laugher has done just that with BUNDA-wear, a new brand offering everyday comfort with an athletic edge.
I first spotted the brand on Instagram. It made sense: we’ve seen Jack in swimwear plenty of times, both online and on the diving platform. Now he’s bringing that experience into underwear.
Jack says this about his brand:
“I’ve spent most of my career in a pair of swimming trunks, but what people don’t always see is everything that happens outside the pool. As a diver, much of my training happens on dry land and in the gym.
I’ve always wanted to create my own underwear brand that reflects that lifestyle: something sleek and sexy, but also comfortable, versatile, and practical enough to wear while training. I wanted to create underwear that looks good, feels good, and can genuinely keep up with me and my sport.”
BUNDA has two lines: BUNDA-Wear and BUNDA-Air. Both come in briefs and trunks with either a 3-inch or 5-inch inseam.
BUNDA-Wear
BUNDA-Wear is made from soft modal fabric for everyday comfort. It’s lightweight and breathable, with a seamless design to help reduce chafing.
BUNDA-Air
BUNDA-Air is made from stretchy, quick-drying nylon. It’s designed for sports and gym sessions, but it also works for lounging. The seamless construction helps reduce chafing and gives it a sleek, low-profile fit.
Here’s the size guide:
Jack wears a size S and wears trousers with a 30-inch waist.
- S: 30–32 inches / 76–81 cm
- M: 32–34 inches / 81–86 cm
- L: 34–36 inches / 86–91 cm
- XL: 36–38 inches / 91–96 cm
- XXL: 38–40 inches / 96–101 cm
Jack brought in a few friends from the diving world to model the collection: Ross Haslam, Jordan Houlden, and Anthony Harding. All four are divers on Team GB, and they look great in BUNDA.

- Ross Haslam is a professional diver. He won gold at the 2023 European Games and became the European Diving champion on the 1-meter springboard that year. He also won silver in the mixed synchronized 3-meter springboard.
- Jordan Houlden won silver at the 2022 European Diving Championships.
- Anthony Harding specializes in the 3-meter synchronized event and has achieved his greatest success alongside Jack. The pair won bronze at the 2024 Summer Olympics, after taking silver at the 2022 World Aquatics Championships.
The prices are a nice surprise: briefs are around $21, and trunks are around $23, before shipping and any tariffs. The final cost can vary, but it’s great to see an affordable new option on the market.

Jack went on to say:
“I created this brand in 2026, starting it completely on my own with a simple vision: to bring together comfort, style and confidence in everyday underwear.
I’m incredibly proud of how far it has come, but this is only the beginning. I want to keep building the brand and make it the very best it can be, so your feedback, ideas, and support genuinely mean a lot to me.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being part of the journey.”
