In the last 10 years we have noticed a change in the way men’s wear is being marketed. Work out and active wear has been more function over fashion. Women have had tons of options for activewear and each year it seems to grow. Whereas the men’s market seem to languish without any higher end options.
Now there is Leorever. I noticed them due to a post in Michael Dean’s Instagram, showing some work he did for the brand. Before I get to into the post, this is a “luxury” brand so it will be higher in price than your regular brand. (Before I get emails about it being expensive).
The collections
- Compression gear – Tights, shorts
and shirts - Roma – Romantic, powerful, Perfect
- 8th Ave – Iconic Luxury redesigned for today
- Palisade Flex – The perfect
track suit with masculine body lines and uncompromising style. - Leomicci American Cotton collection – A combination of natrual american cotton and signature tapured fit.
The inspiration is:
TO PROVIDE MEN PERFORMANCE COMPRESSION WEAR, BEAUTIFUL FORMAL TRACK SUITS, SIMPLE COTTON SWEATS TO RELAX IN, AND ROMANTIC COATS REMINISCENT OF THE 1940’S – 1960’S. THEY WOULD BE MADE BY MYSELF AND MY HAND SELECTED TEAM OF CRAFTSPEOPLE IN HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA. WE WOULD CREATE OUR OWN STUDIO TO DO THE PRODUCTION, BASED UPON THE IDEAS I ADOPTED FROM CHRISTIAN DIOR’S ORIGINAL STUDIO BUILT IN PARIS IN 1947.
