It’s October!  Whether you celebrate this month for Jock-tober (UNB approves!), Lock-tober (that’s on a different website), or merely Halloween (vanilla deserves is place, too), you’ve got plenty to be excited about during the next several weeks.

We here at UNB will, of course, be celebrating one of our favorite pieces of undergear, The Jockstrap, all month long.

You traditionalists will hopefully work in a classic such as Bike Athletic’s #10 into your wardrobe mix this month.  The cotton webbing pouch, the tight elastic straps, and the front-forward label signal the confidence to power you through both your workday or your workout.

Others may enjoy a modern take such as Real Man Apparel Company’s Nylon Mesh Jock.  This 90% nylon, 10% spandex supporter feels cool on the skin, comes in vibrant hues, and is available in varying pouch sizes (A, B, C, & D) and waist sizes (XS to 5XL, 26-51”).  The newest version of AMAC’s logo features the distinctive rhino head.

And for others looking to take their celebrations to the next level – and quite possibly onto the dance floor – there’s always Breedwell Circuit Breaker Chock, a hybrid between the jockstrap and chap shorts.  This one’s available in neon green, neon orange, and aqua blue in varying waist sizes (S to XXL, 28-40”).  Blacklights & disco balls not included.

And, of course, you’re always welcome to celebrate both Jock-tober and Lock-tober underneath that Halloween costume.  Just remember:  No one will know unless you post the receipts on Instagram!
