When I created UNB, I wanted to build a community. We have done that over the last decade and sped the prices up with the podcast. I want to do more personal things on the blog, but you know how life is, and writing takes time to be touching and real. Trust me, I know.
I have always wanted to do a trip—a trip to somewhere tropical where we can be ourselves. Where we can wear swim briefs, swim thongs, or hell, even nude, meet like-minded guys and guys you’ve only chatted with on social media. These guys could be gay, bi, or straight; all are welcome and encouraged to come and make new friends. We have been throwing around the idea of the trip for a while. It would be awesome to make it a regular thing and move it around to different cities. This may not be feasible, but I like the idea.
It was brought up that there are Thonger’s weekends on both coasts. But not every guy is into thongs or wants to wear them. We have many guys who have never worn a swim brief and want to do so in a safe and fun environment—an environment where it’s encouraged to wear what you want without judgment or shame. Also, not every guy wants to wear a swim thong, I have worn them, but it’s not my go-to style. Nothing against them, but I feel so much sexier in a brief than a thong.

One thing that I love is that underwear has really built an amazing community. I have been introduced to more friends through the blog and podcast than any where else lately. These guys I have met are amazing guys who become incredible friends. The Brief Tales have become one of my favorite podcasts to do, it allows me to meet new people and have conversations you don’t always get to have with other guys.
We are expanding the Brief Tales from “how you fell in love with underwear,’ to why you show off on line and Why you love a certain style (i.e. thongs, bikinis, jocks). I decided to add in “why do you show off online” because so many guys, like myself, lack the confidence to post pics online. They are afraid they will be rejected or have harsh comments posted about them. This series is to show guys of all shapes, sizes and colors to just be who you aren and show what you love.
The next is I want guys to tell why they love what they wear. So many guys out there are into just one style and love it. Which usually has an amazing story to go along with it. Plus, I love to hear why guys wear what they wear. I’m a bikini guy and have shared how I came to love the pair many time on the blog and podcast.

How did the pandemic disturb your life and have you managed to find balance?
Well, I think it’s fair to say that it has been an unexpected and very hopeless blow for everyone. Overnight the whole world changes from social relationships to the work environment. With respect to myself, I have to confess that living in small village and spending time walking in the countryside with my dog has helped me to keep my mind in peace.
Originality and Authenticity we all say it’s important but hard to be; do you self-assess and keep it real?
I totally agree on that point. Just a couple of hours ago I was reading one of my books where in the last chapter it said; before criticizing someone, make sure you have your life in perfect order. What I mean is that we all have bad days. But as long as we keep the right attitude, everything is going to be alright.
There’s a lot of talk for inclusion and diversity everywhere what do you think needs to be done in SPAIN?
Yes, it seems to be the trending topic. I am no authority to say what is right or wrong. But it would be nice that both in Spain and anywhere else on the planet the law of live and let live would be applied.
Do you believe in Utopia – what do you do to leave this world a better place?
I don’t believe in utopia as such, and it has already been proven throughout civilization that there is no perfect system or society. There will always be good and bad and there will always be those who like “sweet more than salty”. That being said, if I can work to make this world a better place, I would start by accepting my first statement. and secondly giving without expecting anything in return is an easy way to make the world a nicer place.
What do you find sexy/sensual in your partner?
I love people with determination and character. Although a good pair of heels has always turned me on.
What is the one thing a. you do, b. having (item) & c. a person you really love?
A. I work in my own companies and as a model.
B I have a car which I enjoy driving.
C Boys always love their moms.

What do you want others remember you by? Your legacy so to speak for future generations
It is not in my list of dreams to make many people remember me. It doesn’t drive me crazy. My dream is to create a legacy for my loved ones. To reach the end of my days being at peace with myself. I would feel fulfilled and at the same time that would be a good example for the upcoming generations
What is beauty to you? Is it important to appreciate it?
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. But sure, beauty is everywhere, it surrounds us, and not everyone is able to recognize it.
Are you that guy that buys anything new and innovative?
Sometimes it’s nice to treat yourself. But I don’t really spend my money on material things. Things are just things.
Communicating with ourselves and others is hard. Are you a direct person or do you use sideways to get there?
It always depends on the occasion. if there is any gift I believe god has given me, this is the emotional intelligence. So this way I can quickly grasp how that person is and his energy. and depending on that I say things very directly or I try to explain them more subtly.
What’s your harbor, your Ithaca?

The editorial is called “Rays Of Sunlight” and it was photographed on a very special day for Greece last week, the day when the tourism period officially started! It’s been more than a year since you-know-what affected our lives, the way we move, work and entertain ourselves. The 15th of May 2021 was a day that marked the beginning of a journey to get our lives back to normal. The weather was just amazing and the decision to go and shoot outdoors was made on the spot! Stathis had to portray the feelings of the day: a mix of joy, cautious optimism and longing to be outdoors. Well, we think, he did an outstanding work and delivered some amazing images! In this part, he is seen wearing another statement piece from our shop, the Khaki Solger Briefs by Barcode Berlin, a brand that stands up for freedom of expression.
