Let’s face it: Twitter is a dumpster fire, and things are not great on the platform; we have lost a ton of traffic because we can’t auto-post on there when we publish a post. This means traffic goes down due to the change in API and the removal of headlines on linked posts. Plus, the non-stop rumor mill of changes and uncertainty.

I have been exploring other options for UNB, both the blog and the store. While there is no alternative to Twitter right now (due to “adult” content on other platforms and the size of the audience), we have created profiles on different sites.

Reddit

I created a subreddit for UNB that has been around for a few months, but I’m just now starting to post and build a community. Much like Twitter, it allows for NSFW content so that we can post thongs, sheer, and other pairs there. Join it, and you can join in the conversation as well.

Threads

While not the ideal platform, it has a thriving underwear community there, and since it was so easy to join, I have been posting there. Like IG, it’s very guarded about what content it will allow. This makes me post PG things there. It’s better than nothing. Follow my account and not the UNB or Store accounts.

BlueSky

I love BlueSky; the underwear community is growing fast. However, it’s invite-only right now. As soon as I get an invite, it’s going out to an undies guy. The service is much like Twitter in design, allowing NSFW content. I hope it continues to grow and become the new place for undies on the web. The conversations have been great, and there is a lot less craziness. While some features are missing, they are still developing and improving. I only created one account right now just for me, but I post for the store and blog.
