My name is Chris, and I’m a 37 year old gay male living in the midwest. I have had a love for mens underwear for as long as I can remember. I still remember the excitement I felt when I pulled on that very first pair of non-tighty whities. Now, my collection has grown to over 450 pairs, including all colors and styles – briefs, bikinis, trunks, jockstraps, jock briefs, thongs, and even speedos.I don’t expect anyone to love underwear like I do, but I do think every man — of every age — should pay more attention to their underwear choices. The newest underwear fashions aren’t only for guys in their teens and 20’s. Men in their 30’s (like me) and beyond can and should enjoy the comfort and sensuality of wearing underwear that fit well and are designed to show off their assets. We all strive to look good on the outside. I think underwear is just an extension of that. For me, underwear helps drive my mood: sometimes, it’s playful and sexy; other times, it’s confidence.
Let’s not forget that underwear performs a much needed function; but a man’s underwear choices should not merely satisfy that simple function. Underwear can make us more attractive in several ways. They can improve our self-confidence — making us feel better about ourselves, which in turns makes us more attractive to others. A pair of underwear that fits well and flatters a man’s body also makes him more attractive, to those lucky enough to get to see them. Underwear can also help shape and support a man’s anatomy making it more appealing, even through outer layers of clothing.
In short, all men, regardless of their age, should invest in underwear that makes them feel comfortable and sexy, rather than just covering their junk under their jeans.
