How the pandemic has influenced the way you work as a personal trainer and as a model?

With gyms closed and not that many things to do due to the lockdown, many people started training and most of them needed guidance, so as a Personal trainer I am pretty busy right now. Did a lot of photoshoots as well during this summer!

What calisthenics means to you?

For me Calisthenics is a Journey. There’s always room for improvement and new skills to Master. It’s also the best way to build flexibility and strength by using and learning to control your body.

Having an animal during the pandemic was it helpful? 

It has always been helpful, more so now 🙂

How did the pandemic disturb your life and have you managed to find balance?

It disturbed my social life mostly. Everything else is and has been going well so I’m just waiting for all of this to be over. We are social creatures after all 🙂

Originality and Authenticity we all say it’s important but hard to be; do you self-assess and keep it real?

I agree… It is really important. Never had any issue being authentic though. I’d struggle to be inauthentic to be honest. Some people have it naturally I guess 🙂

Do you believe in Utopia – what do you do to leave this world a better place?

I feel blessed to be able to work as a Personal trainer and change people’s lives daily! Not many jobs can offer you that! Being kind and helpful to the people around me and leading by example makes me feel good as well 🙂

What do you find sexy/sensual in your partner?

Can be anything. Their body, their smile, the way they look at me, the way they dress… I find many things sexy when I’m with the right partner I guess!

We all need a win this year what is yours?

Same with every year. Health, happiness and a little bit of luck for me, my family and friends. Sounds cliché but it’s really all I wish for at this point in my life.

What do you want others remember you by? Your legacy so to speak for future generations

For always being real, compassionate and loyal to the ones important to me. 

What is beauty to you? Is it important to appreciate it?

I can find beauty almost everywhere, I feel blessed here! It is important of course … It makes you feel better 🙂

Are you that guy that buys anything new and innovative?

No I only buy what I need and/or like… I do like to try new things out if they excite me though!

Communicating with ourselves and others is hard. Are you a direct person or do you use sideways to get there?

Direct. Unless I know they can’t take it… Then I’ll try a different approach.

Me.. I’m the only one I can truly trust and I’m the one I spend the most time with 🙂
