Love underwear that is out there and fun? Candyman always has something over the top that is made to show off in! The new collection is out and check. it out at Candyman Fashion.
We had a lot of fun shooting this shoot in Bham. It was done on an usually warm day in December 2015 but we didn’t release it till 2016. Hope you guys enjoy the look back.

Jocks are a staple in men’s underwear. They have been around for years. Initially, they were for sports, then in 2009, we saw the explosion of fashion jocks. In the meantime the sports jocks have virtually disappeared from stores, especially sporting good stores.
Back when I was growing up, and in my early 20’s, you could go to any good sporting store and pick up a Bike jock for about $7. Then they released them in color, and I thought it was the best thing. Granted the colors were just black, blue, and red. This was also the time before the internet was big. Back in the stone ages! LOL
Now when you go to stores, it’s becoming harder and harder to find a jock for athletics. Or for a lot of guys, who love the classic jock, for fetish wear. Currently, the only place I have seen the Bike jocks is at Jockstrap Central.
On a side note, BIke sold their business to a brand called Meyer. At first, I wasn’t sure they were going to keep the line. But, they have the classic jock available.
This got me thinking, are jocks for athletics now going to be specialized? A few weeks ago we profiled the Diamond MMA jock with a cup. This is definitely a jock for a specific purpose. It’s designed not to move and protect the goods during fights.
If you’re curious as to why the decline of the jock, I have one theory that seems to be the best explanation. That simply is UnderArmour. More guys are wearing their gear with cups and without in football, baseball, and other sports. Yes, they make compression shorts with a cup pouch. I think a whole generation has grown up without knowing about jockstraps. If they do, it’s some antiquated piece of clothing from the old days.
I think the birth of the internet is another reason we aren’t finding jocks in stores. Stores are now selling things that bring them a profit. As certain products loose popularity and profitability, they get removed from shelves. Specialty stores are taking up the jock mantle. Plus, a big issue a lot of guys have is buying undies in person. They get very anxious about it and prefer to do it more anonymously. The internet does that nowadays. I never had any issue buying jocks, thongs or any other style/fabric.
I have done a bit of research into the jocks on the market. Most of them are fashion jocks. Yes, they can serve the purpose of a piece of sports gear, but they can be everyday wear. Specialty jocks on the market focus on sports with high contact. That includes hockey, hockey goalie, MMA, and boxing. Each of these jocks is made for extra protection, more support, and are worn only in that sport.
Do I think the classic jock is gone? Nope, there are too many guys out there who love it. It’s ingrained in the fetish community too. Fetish brands are making “classic” jocks to fill the void. Also, what’s old is new again. We will see more jocks in the fashion cycle.
In the meantime, we will have to buy more online than in stores. If you want it you can find it at an online store.
Did you love the last GymSwim collection? This video shows the new collection they just released! Check it out! https://www.gymswim.eu

Its Spring! That means time to get some great undies in some spring colors. Nothing says spring like pastel colors. In the past so many companies have shied away from these colors in men’s underwear. Sukrew has embraced the pastel pallet.
The new colors are blue, pink, and green. Each one is pretty awesome, but I have a feeling that a pink brief or jock is going to be very popular! It’s three awesome colors.
This line has two style, the brief and jock. If you haven’t tried the Sukrew jock you are missing out. It’s one amazing jock that you will love to wear. The colors have names, Foxton (green), Radcliffe (pink), and Mortimer (blue). The white waistband really sets this pair off nicely. This waistband is one that I think guys not into bands will like.
Check out the entire collection at the Sukrew site.

This week, X marks the spot for the Baskit $12 Tuesday pair! The awesome pair on sale this week is the Baskit X Brief. It’s got an awesome pouch and will be a favorite we know!

I love surfing through Instagram. First, it allows me to find amazing new brands. And second, I get to see who wants what gear. There have been several guys who have posted this in their stories. The Slick It Up Pink to Purple Ombre Body Suit. Now, Slick It Up is no stranger to making hot and erotic gear.
The new suit is see-through, which for some it may be a bit much. However, in the images, they have paired the suit with the Candy Thong, which is pink. The ombre is offset by the mint green zipper. It’s a pastel paradise! I like to see how Slick It Up, creates designs outside the box. Fetishwear should be black and not very colorful, well not anymore!
This pair isn’t cheap, it’s $164. The sizing is a bit tricky. If you’re tall like me, they only offer small through large. So If you’re over 6’1”, you may have an issue. I thought this was a fun pair to share. Gear should always be fun!

Go bold with your undies. Pikante has pairs like above that is made out of mesh. It’s not 100% see through but just enough to make it super sexy.

It’s time to get some new fetish gear! In the next few months, there are a few gear events, such as IML. One new gear line to check out is the Cellblock 13 Triple Threat Neoprene Harness and Jock. Each is sold separately. This is what they have to say about the collection:
The
The All New Triple Threat Zipper Jockstrap by Cellblock13 features a high quality nylon-spandex pouch with a functional zipper right down the center, facilitating access to the contents within. Logos on the waistband and leg straps label this jock as a CB13 original. Wear it with the matching Triple Threat harness or any of our previous and current harnesses (sold separately) attached to the two metal rings in front for a full fetish gear look.
Find these and more at the Cellblock13 site.

Rating: 10/10
- Daily Fit: 10/10
- Sizing: 10/10
- Construction: 10/10
- Styling: 10/10
- Daily Performance: 10/10
Pros: Pouch lift, athletic styling, colors
Cons: Not a problem for me, but well endowed guys will find the pouch is a bit small and may have a challenging stuffing the sausage & meatballs in them; also, with a double lined cotton pouch, you will have sweaty balls after a workout.
Recommendation: the aussieBum WonderJock Pro (WJ Pro) is a great add to anyone’s collection for price, style, fit, and function. It says a lot when I ‘the Jockstrap Junkie’ goes back for repeat purchase instead of just moving on to the next brand/style. Hopefully, aussieBum never retires the WJ Pro!
I purchased my first WJ Pro in February of 2016 and still wear them today. The elastic is finally wearing out on the legstraps, so I just bought a coupler more of the WJ Pro to replenish. I’ve been an aussieBum customer for several years and have thoroughly enjoyed aussieBum’s products with only a few misses (I’ll review the Tonka Jockstrap another time). To say I have a history with aussieBum is an understatement as my collection includes aussieBum’s WJ Air, Lasher, Flashr, Samurai, Enlarge It, and Hunk jockstraps. I was a bit skeptical on the enhancement feature; however it’s proven to be a functional asset for me.
Because I’ve been wearing the WJ Pro for several years, I’ve had the opportunity to wear these jockstraps for sleeping, daily wear, lifting, throwing, cardio, and lounging around. The aussieBum WJ Pro is a great all around jockstrap. One of the great benefits of the ‘Pouch Enhancing Technology’ is when I’m on the rowing machine as it keeps the sausage & meatballs out of the way of my thighs. Nobody likes flattened meatballs, or they would have ordered a hamburger.
A composition of 90% cotton and 10% spandex make the WJ Pro. The waistband has a nice width of 1-1/2” and the legstraps have a width of 1-1/4”. The legstraps attach to the waistband in the traditional positions and I would consider this to be a low rise on the hips and front. The pouch’s ‘Pouch Enhancing Technology’ & ‘Free Swing Boost’ make for an interesting fit as everything is contained snugly, but also pronounced out front. For those not familiar with ‘Pouch Enhancing Technology, it’s simply a fabric gusset going horizontally in the interior of the pouch where one places his sausage & meatballs over the gusset into the pouch for a lifting effect. The construction quality is also top notch with the pouch being double stitched and the center seam in the pouch is smooth.
Large is the size I purchased and is the norm for me in aussieBum jockstraps which I find their size chart runs on point for their jockstraps. Other styles in aussieBum I switch it up between large and extra-large and that’s due to thigh size, not waist.
aussieBum is a staple in my jockstrap drawer and I highly recommend trying out aussieBum, especially their WJ Pro jockstraps. The WJ Pro and its cousin the WJ Air are worth the add to your collection. They’re fun, stylish, but still have that athletic look & feel. Plus, they make my sausage look a little plumper!
PAIR: aussieBum WonderJock pro
COLORS: White/White, Red/White, Black/Black, Grey/White
FABRIC: 90% Cotton; 10% Spandex
SIZES: XS-XXL; 28”-39”; 70 cm – 100 cm
COST: Retail $16.25; I purchased during aussieBum’s end of season sale for $8.13.
