As you may know, last week Australia has suffered the worst bushfires since recorded history, killing 181 people, destroying whole townships, incinerating enormous tracts of land and killing an estimated one million animals. It is the greatest peacetime tragedy in Australia’s history.
Our message here in this newsletter is pretty simple. People need help, lots of help, and the Australian Red Cross is providing as much as it can but they need cold hard cash to do it.
