A hot young Australian swimwear and underwear company has captured Hollywood’s attention. In a major coup, fashion-focused label 2EROS was invited to participate in this year’s Golden Globes Awards. It was the only Australian brand invited to stock the 68th Annual Golden Globes ceremony’s celebrity gift lounge.

Among the stars who chose 2EROS fashion gifts were the casts of Glee and Modern Family, Jesse McCartney, Dennis Quaid, Jennifer Love Hewitt and her partner, Mekhi Phifer, Twilight star Edi Gathegi, Lost star Naveen Andrews, Host of E! News Giuliana Racic and her husband, Bill Rancic, Winner of The Apprentice.

2EROS is the brainchild of Sydney-based brother-sister team Jason Hoeung and Jenny Dinh. Hoeung says, “The Golden Globes people did their homework to find a brand that would appeal to celebrities.” Dinh notes, “The response was great. The stars have requested more samples.” “It was an amazing night for the stars and for 2EROS.”

It’s easy to see why 2EROS is a hit with Hollywood’s brightest and hottest stars. The label is sexy and fashion-focused, catching the eye with its coolly streamlined designs and bold range of colours. Much of 2EROS’s palette is inspired by the Australia’s natural hues, recalling our seas, rock formations, and night sky.

Since forming in 2008, 2EROS has found a devoted online market. It’s a brand to look out for in 2011, set to be discovered by plenty more people who are looking for something fresh, different and well-crafted. 2EROS designs, including its stunning Icon series, are made for durability, comfort and stretch. The swimwear range is made from nylon and lycra. The underwear combines modal and cotton.“2EROS can be worn by guys of all types and sizes, it’s all about confidence” Hoeung says.2EROS is available through its website http://www.2eros.com and international online stockists. A new collection is due out this year.
