I LOVE singlets. It’s been one of my favorite things since I was 18, and probably before that but I didn’t get my first one until 18. To me, they are something super fun and sexy to wear. You can wear them to many different places. They can be work outwear to the gym (with or without shorts under depending on your gym), worn out with jeans as a tan, or just around the house (hanging our having fun).
One of my favorite companies for singlets is N2N bodywear. They make some of the interesting and fun singlets on the market. Their latest is the Leather Man Singlet. It’s inspired by the leather flag (which is the same colors but with a red heart on it). I say, even if you’re not into leather, this is a really cool design for the singlet. It’s rare you have one with stripes.

It’s fast becoming swim season. I know we are all in search of that perfect pair for our summer. I think every guys needs several pairs of swimwear. I mean why have just one pair when you can have four or five.
Ca-rio-ca has released their new swimwear for 2020. They are a great company out of LA who’s line is inspired by Brazil and the classic Brazilian Swimwear for men, the Sunga. Here is a quick overview of the new collection.
This week Modus Vivendi released the new Armor line. It’s everything you would expect from them!
I think the John Sievers brand is one of those little know gems of the underwear world. It’s not a brand you see guys on IG posing in or hear a lot about it. We have covered it for a few years, but not as much as we should.
Why is it such a hidden gem?
Well, the pouch is fantastic. This brand is made for guys who need and want a bigger pouch. The design is ergonomically designed. Speaking from experience, the pouch is one of the best ones on the market.
Why hasn’t it caught on as much?
The reason is it’s only available at International Jock. It is one of their store brands. So you won’t see it in retail stores or online stores. This means if you don’t shop at IJ you probably have never heard of it before.
Why should you try it?
Outside of the fantastic pouch, which should be reason alone to try it. I digress, and the line comes in so many different styles. You can get a thong, trunk, brief, and even swimwear. My personal favorite is the briefs because they give you full coverage in the back.

70% of my diet without protein … I do intermittent fasting and control my weekly calories to be dry all year round, with good aesthetics, since I also do the catwalk and there they ask me to have some measures.
I train 6 days a week, … and of course no alcohol or many parties … haha .. Only specific dates per year.
Favorite place to travel
Around the world … haha … I love to travel, but if I have to stay with a New York city I like it a lot … But hey, I love to know places and cultures, I adapt easily … and it’s something That enriches me as a person. It would be amazing to know Greece.
