The pandemic has taught me to appreciate some things more which, I recently took those for granted. The most important, though, is freedom.

Unfortunately, in these days, utopia is extremely difficult and even imaginary to exist, since nowadays people think greedily so it is difficult for people to coexist harmoniously.

I consider sexy when my partner shows interest in herself. Sexy is to exercise, to take care of herself, her body and also her mind.

a. I like to work-out and at the same time I enjoy to motivate others to work-out too since it’s my job as a trainer.

Buddy Smugglers is one of those companies that just brings me joy. They make some of the most creative and fun swim briefs on the market. If you aren’t familiar with the brand, they are an Aussie brand that makes swim briefs or budgy smugglers for every guy. If you check out their social media you will see rugby teams and more wearing them!
However, they just released this VB Rashie, or as we say here in the US, a Rash Guard. The first thing you will notice is it’s a one piece. Most rash guards or rashies are just spandex shirts. I love the print and the design. This needs to be a regular pair they produce!
