aussieBum Hybrid-XIf you like blocks of colors then you’ll want to take a look at the new Hybrid-X line from aussieBum. These briefs and hipsters combine deluxe sports styling with classic fabric composition. The color panels are of a sports cotton-elastane blend (59% polyester, 31% cotton, and 10% elastane). The contrasting back is a ribbed cotton-blend. Both fabrics are chosen for ultimate support and comfort. Ribbed cotton is said to tend to move with the body along with it allowing you to perspire during your activities.

You have three color choices in the two styles. There is Inferno, which has a red pouch, white side, and a black rear. The you have Outback. It features Australian colors with green rear and gold side panels. The pouch is white on this pair. Your last option is Oasis. This one comes also with a white pouch. Then it has light blue side panels and a navy rear. All of the colors in the two style have a white waistband with the aussieBum name on it. They also all have white piping around the leg openings.

Both the brief and hipster styles are available in sizes small to extra large. They can be machine washed, but gentle cycle with cold water. It is recommended not to tumble dry, dry clean, or iron them. So you need to find a place to air dry them. As with most aussieBum items they are made in Australia.

The Hybrid-X line was designed with the active individual in mind. aussieBum went for comfort while also making sure you would be provided with support. Both great things to have when exercising, playing a sport, or really even for everyday wear. Head on over to aussieBum and take a look. If these are quite you take a look at their other offerings.

aussieBum Hybrid-X Color Options

aussieBum Billy SpotsassieBum has released a limited edition print to their Billy line. This unique spot print has varying size spots of different colors. Some spots are contained in others with each being a different color. The spots are connected by a black line in a vertical fashion. Your color options are Spots Blue, Spots Green, or Spots Orange. The spots blue incorporates shades of blue and pinkish red into the spots. Spots green includes yellow with the different shade of green spots. With the spots Green you get the shades or orange along with deep red (burgundy maybe). All spots are on a white background.

Like the other Billy line the spot print is available in a brief or a hipster. aussieBum advertises them as having “no waistband for a truly lightweight feel.” They’re made of a blend of 90% cotton and 10% elastane memory yarn. The Billy is a great choice for those that do not like the thick elastic waistbands. Or just a great alternative for a change from those styles of underwear.

The Billy is also available in several other colors and print. It is offered in a star print. Get them with white stars on a blue background, white stars on red, or black stars on white. Go with skulls on an aqua background. Even choice a black or red paisley print they call Eternity. Skulls and Eternity prints look to be on their way out as an option and are only available in the hipster in one size. Then there is always the solid color route. You have the option of black, blue, green (lime), orange, pink, or red.

Don’t miss out on the Billy’s spot print. Get it before they run out. It’s not a print that you see everyday as an option for your underwear. Get some great looking underwear from aussieBum with the Billy line.

aussieBum Seamless.Tech 2.4 Brief and Boxer BriefAre you an athlete, workout fan, or active guy? Do you like performance underwear? Take a look at aussieBum’s Seamless.Tech 2.4 brief and boxer brief (hipster). These should be a good choice for those rigorous activities. This is how aussieBum describes their Seamless.Tech 2.4 line.

“aussieBum uses advanced seam-free technology to create a garment of unsurpassed comfort, with no waistband for a truly lightweight fit. With four way stretch and support just where you need it, this could be the most comfortable pair of performance undies you ever own.”

With seamfree there is no seams to dig into your skin or rubbing points while doing your activity. The underwear is a blend of 87% nylon, 10% elastane, and 3% polyester. Both the brief and boxer brief are available in three color options. The waistband is represented with a top accent stripe and two lower stripes. Then between the stripes is the aussieBum name. You can choose from navy or black that has gray stripes and aussieBum name on it. Then there is the white pair that has red stripes and aussieBum name.

Both the brief and boxer brief are available in size small to extra large. They noted the following about the sizing. “Some minor size variances may occur between garments due to the knitting technique used to create a seamless product. This does not constitute a manufacturing defect.” These are to be gentle machine washed cold and hung to dry. These briefs and boxer briefs are not made in Australia like most of ausieBum’s products. They were designed and developed in Australia, but made in China.

Are your current briefs or boxer briefs not cutting it? Then maybe it is time to try something new. Step up your game with a pair of Seamless.Tech 2.4 underwear from aussieBum.

aussieBum Sunkiss Swim BriefSummer is on its way here. It’s time to take a look at those swim briefs to see if it is time to replace some. Today we’re checking out some new colors of the Sunkiss swim briefs from aussieBum. They’ve added three more colors to this style bringing the total to 6 color options. Each swim brief features three colors in sort of a diagonal three color block pattern. Reminds me a swoosh pattern when I looked at them.

The color options for the Sunkiss swim brief are said to be inspired by the vibrant palettes of European Olympic. The new colors are Athens, Olympus, and Paros. I’ll be listing the colors in order from the bottom up. Athens is in the colors of red, white, and black. Blues are the theme of Olympus with navy, blue, and sky blue. Paros has royal blue, white, and pink for its colors. Then their existing colors are Hydra, Mykonos, and Santorini. Like orange, red, and white then take a look at Hydra. For blue, white, and lime check out Mykonos. Finally, for red, blue, and orange, you have Santorini as your color option.

I find these all to be pretty attractive options. I’m not typically a pink fan, but the Paros does have a draw to it. These swim briefs are handcrafted from sports performance Italian lycra. It’s a blend of 80% nylon and 20% elastane. They are made in Australia and are available in size small to extra large. This swim brief has the aussieBum name on the left hip in black.

Sunkiss would be a great swim brief for any location with it being a full brief. Though you might want to test the transparency of the ones with white first. Get yourself prepared for beach season and grab yourself an auusieBum Sunkiss swim brief.

aussieBum Kaos Boxer BriefsBrighten up a dreary day with the bright bold colors of the Kaos boxer briefs. These aren’t your ordinary boxer briefs. They have two features. The first is the pouch has an enhanced shaping cup for boosted aesthetics. Then the other is these boxer briefs have no rear and leave your cheeks exposed. Here’s what aussieBum says about them.

“Breakout gets a bold new restyling with the launch of Kaos. Patchwork colours and bold, revealing openings make this underwear range exciting to wear and tantalising to behold. Featuring enhanced shaping cup for boosted aesthetics.”

These boxer briefs have the thick elastic waistband with AUSSIEBUM name on it. The body of the boxer is two toned in the front. Most of the time with two toned it splits the colors left to right. With the Kaos, it is more top to bottom split for the color. The top color on the front wraps around to be the back color. Then the bottom color is used for the piping around the leg openings and the opening in the rear.

The Kaos is available in these colors options: Blitz, Clash, Raid, and Strike. Blitz has the purple top portion. The bottom and piping are a lime green. Clash’s bottom and piping are orange and the rest is pink or more of a magenta. Raid is blue top front and back. The bottom portion and piping is teal. The top and back of strike are black while the bottom front and piping are red. All great color combinations.

These boxer briefs are made of a blend of 90% cotton and 10% elastane. They are to be machine washed gentle in cold water and hung to dry. They are available in size small to extra large. Add some adventure to your boxer brief line up and add a pair of aussieBum Kaos.

The Billy line has become one of the mainstays of the aussieBum lineup. We have seen it in many forms. One of my favorite were the 80’s Video Game prints they created when it was first released. Now, they have solids and fun prints. The latest edition to the line are the Stars!

The Stars line are a limited edition print. Done in red, white and blue. Nope it’s not for the USA but the same colors as the Australian flag! Each color is the solid back with a contrasting color for the stars. The red and blue have white stars. And the white has what looks to be navy stars.

The Billy is available in the bikini or brief as they call it. And also, the hipster. Which is more of a trunk cut than a boxer brief. Both styles are pretty standard in the aB line up. I think most of our readers prefer the bikini over the hipster. I say this because most of the guys who have bought them and told us about them have bought the brief.

The signature of the Billy line is the waistband. There is no branded waistband on this pair. The description says there is no waistband. It has one but is small. I know we have many readers who hate big and branded waistbands. They avoid them at all costs. Lately, it’s harder to get away from. This is one of the few pairs I can think of that have this type of waistband. If this is you, I recommend checking out the Billy line.

Out now! If you want them get them fast, because limited edition pairs don’t last long!

Explore your inner warrior with aussieBum’s new ‘Samurai’ undies. Inspired by ancient martial arts, and built with ultimate performance in mind, Samurai’s ultra-soft microfibre composition will keep you in maximum comfort in even the most extreme conditions, while the sports engineered waistband gives you the extra support to defeat all challengers. Available in two limited edition colours ‘Zen’ and ‘Warrior’. Get them now.

What do you get when aussieBum mixes the WonderJock tech with an ergonomically designed pouch? You get the Enlarge IT line. The combination will do exactly what the name suggests, it will Enlarge your bulge. If you’re a guy who doesn’t want to show off what you have, as the aB saying goes ‘If you doubt yourself, wear something else.”

The Enlarge IT line has been in the aB lineup for a while. This is an update to the colors. These new colors are pastels. Which, I must say I love in men’s underwear. Guys should have the choice to get any color in underwear. Pastels aren’t used as much as they could be, in my opinion.

The design of the Enlarge IT is a cool design. It looks like it has it could possibly have a fly in the pouch. The sides of the pouch are open to allow air circulation. Also, I think this feature is to accommodate a man of any size. It gives the pouch a little extra room to stretch. Also, the waistband is set to have the solid ‘aussieBum” name centered in the waistband.

This line has two of the classic style of aussieBum. The brief and hipster. They have been good about making pairs in briefs and trunks for years. This allows them to reach fans of each style. These are pretty reasonable price. aussieBum does a great job at creating affordable underwear. Each pair is under $20 each. Plus with free shipping to the US, makes it a great deal.

aussieBum is back with a new range of sports performance undies called Flashr. The name may sound risque but the undies can be worn to the gym! Performance underwear is becoming big business in the world of underwear. Some are made with function over form. We’ve all seen those. If you want a little more form over function this line is for you.

The line consists of a brief and a jock. I have noticed in more sports oriented lines aB is making more jocks and less hipsters. I prefer working out, when I do, in briefs rather than boxer briefs. This is what aB has to say about the new Flashr line:

Stand out of the crowd with aussieBum’s new FlashR undies. These super soft cotton elastane undies come in brilliant optical white with an oversize waistband in blue or black. Flatlock stitching gives the support and durabality you expect, with a sports brief and jock cut giving ultimate freedom of movement. Get them now!

Both the brief and jock have oversized waistband. Which appears to be about 2 inches, give or take. This is also where the colors are located. Each pair in the line is a white body and the waistband color, the writing and stripes, are either white or blue.

The fabric is a 90% Cotton, 10% Elastane blend. Making it comfortable to wear and form fitting. Also, the white will make it easy to wear to the gym. We know many guys out there prefer to wear something more classic to the gym.

Make sure, if you’re an active guy, go to aussieBum and see the Flashr line. It could be in your gym bag for all your workouts.

is_feather_brf_grey_161020134921aussieBum is really putting out a lot of different lines right now, or as they call them ranges. The one of the newest is the FeatherLite range. This is their version of the seamless underwear. If you’re a fan of seamless, this is made to aussieBum’s standards!

The official description is:

As light as a feather and much softer on the skin, aussieBum’s new FeatherLite undies take comfort to a whole new level. With aussieBum’s seamless technology FeatherLite has no internal stitching meaning zero irritation. Available now in brief and hipster with limited edition waistband in three essential colours. Get them now!

The FeatherLite line consists of a brief and hipster. Both classic cuts for aussieBum. Each one has a gray branded aussieBum waistband. The colors are black, white and gray. These are core colors. Which I think really work in this line. Most seamless underwear collections tend to stick to the classic color palate.

The line is made out of a 95% Nylon/ 5% Spandex blend. Making it the perfect fabric for a seamless collection. It will give the support you need. Note, they mention that if you want the logo centered in the front, the logo placement may vary from pair to pair.

If you’re a fan of seamless underwear, definitely give the aussieBum FeatherLite collection a once over!

is_enlargeit_jock_white_02_161007110825aussieBum has released another new range. That range is the ENLARGEIT Sport line. The official description is “Look bigger and hit your new personal best with EnlargeIT Sport. The first ever EnlargeIT undies made with sports performance in mind, these striking new undies feature aussieBum’s unique EnlargeIT Technology with a new high-tech mesh pouch. Available in three bold new colourways with a tonal sports engineered waistband. When Size matters – EnlargeIT!”

The pair has the EnlargeIT technology. Its an enhancing technology that aB has had in their line up. It takes what you have and enhances. Basically, enlarges it to appear bigger than you are. If you’re not a fan of these types of pairs you may not want to buy this. On the other hand, if you love enhancing technology, I would recommend the new design.

The sports part comes in with the pouch. It’s made of a mesh fabric that allows breathability and moisture control. It mixes the best of enhancing undies and sports underwear in one package.

The new range comes in three styles. The Brief, Hipster and Jockstrap. The jock is becoming one of the staple designs in the aussieBum line up. Each of these styles has sports aussieBum that is half red and blue. The aussieBum name written in a sports font in an orange/yellow color. The fabric is Body: 90% Cotton, 10% Elastane. Trim: 90% Polyester, 10% Elastane. Made in three colors, black, white or red.

The pouch has an interesting design. It is open on each end, rather than having a fly. This allows the pouch to stretch to fit a guy of any size. This pouch design is across all the styles in the Sport collection.

is_nylon_orange-front_161004081400I think aussieBum has made underwear for just about every holiday you can think of on the calendar. The latest range is the Monster Mash, just in time for Halloween. But, it’s not just underwear but swimwear and singlet. Singlet as in tank top in Austrailia, not a wrestling singlet.

The official text is: “It’s time to rattle those ‘pots and pans’ for Halloween festivities. Working with our talented mate Paul we present the Good ‘Ol Days – Monster Mash inspired Zombie crew. Available in limited edition underwear, swimwear and boardies these babies are going to howl in your pants and have your friends wanting to peek inside. Monster Mash is custom engineered and built to last. Have fun this summer as aussieBum celebrates Halloween.”

The styles are for underwear are just briefs. Sorry there are no hipsters in this line. Each color has a different monster on the pouch. They appear to be Frankenstein, Werewolf, and a Zombi. Each of the three have their own colors as well. It’s also more of a traditional cut brief.

The swimwear wear comes in three different styles. I call them the brief, short and trunk. The brief is very similar to the Super low line. Made out of 100% Polyester. The trunk is the shorter cut of the two short of the two. It has an elastic waistband with a drawstring. The Short is more of a board short, has a solid waistband with a snap. Each has a unique print of the three different characters. Each differ from style to style. Lastly, is the singlet. It matches perfectly with the rest of the line. It’s not matchy matchy but compliments the rest of the collection. It also has a black stripe on each side. Perfect to be worn to the beach or pool.

I like these because they aren’t too holiday specific. They can be worn year round. Especially if you like graphic/cartoon prints. Make sure you check out the entire line!

The cost are:

  • Brief $21.75
  • Swim brief $21.75
  • trunk $25.50
  • Short $50.75
  • Singlet $21.75

is_lasher_blue_jock_01_160916153001

aussieBum is no stranger to making sexy underwear. Some of the past pairs we have loved are the Gladiator, BillyBoy and more. However, they haven’t made a lot of jocks in the past. They make more briefs and hipsters. If you are a fan of aussieBum and jocks, you are in luck with the new range Lasher.

Lasher is a range featuring two styles an Xposed brief and jockstrap. It’s their answer to the jockbrief. But, with the aussieBum twist! It’s made with a breathable fabric that makes it great for an active guy. This could be worn to the gym, running or any other athletic activity. A lot of the underwear aussieBum creates is made to be worn anywhere. It’s made for the gym but can be worn to the office

The Lasher line is made out of a 90% Polyester/10% Elastane fabric. This is what gives it the breathability and comfort. The colors offered are Blue, White and Red. The colors of the Australian flag. The waistband is a red aussieBum band. Unlike other lines each pair in this range has the red band. It looks great against the blue and white.

The jocks that aussieBum makes have small leg straps. They aren’t the traditional 1 inch straps but about 1/4 inch. Many fashion jocks have smaller leg straps. I think this is a perfect addition to the jock. This I would consider more of a fashion jock. Not because of the design, but less and less guys are wearing jocks to the gym or be active in.

If you’re looking for a great range for working out and being comfy, check out the Lasher line from aussieBum. It’s out now!

is_brief_greenforest_01_160909142106aussieBum is on a roll. They have released quite a few new ranges over the last few weeks. One of the latest ranges is the CottonRidge. It’s more of a conservative line or as we like to say, a classic line. Some of our readers may go “boring.” But we all need classic pairs in our underwear drawers.

The CottonRidge range is a 95% Cotton, 5% Elastane fabric blend. The Elastane will give it just enough stretch to feel great. The older I get the less I am a fan of 100% cotton underwear. I prefer 5% or more of another fabric such as Elastane or Spandex/lycra.

The colors available in this range are Army, Denim, Marble, and Ocean. The four colors are available in a brief and hipster. Each style has the aussieBum branded waistband in black and white. The design is a very classic design in color and style.

The range has been enhanced over previous collections. This new CottonRidge has enhanced shaping and pouch. For the majority of our readers a great pouch design is needed. There are very few things, outside of itchy tags, you guys hate more. It has to be supportive and comfortable over a range of guys size. Pouches are not for just the hung guys.

This range is a limited edition collection as well. If you like it, you better act fast. They won’t guarantee that the collection will be around much longer! Most limited edition collections aren’t around too long before the popular sizes are sold out!

I personally like the collection. As I stated above, we all need classic pairs in our underwear drawer. We may not always be able to wear our favorite thong or jock to an event. These are great to have in those instances.

aussieBum Elite Swim Brif CollectionIt’s pretty much the end of summer here, but that doesn’t mean it is time to pack the swim briefs away. There is always the option of swimming laps at the gym or local indoor pool. If you are a swimmer or an aussieBum lover check out this new swim brief range. Could be a great one to add to your collection to get you through until next summer and beach season.

The Elite line was created with the pro-swimmer in mind. The suits are made out of a chlorine resistant 53% polyester and 47% polybutylene blend. aussieBum says, “This high performance fabric lasts 60x longer than traditional nylon lycra, making it the choice of the Australian Swim Team.” Now you don’t have to be a pro to wear them. They’re just made of good quality material.

This is a moderate cut swim brief along the lines of their 2.5 style cuts. I’d call them a low-rise brief and they do have a drawstring to help keep them snug. The Elite collection is available in three basic colors: red, azure (blue), and black. They feature the aussieBum logo embroidered in white on the left hip. Like you should do with any swimsuit you are to cold rinse after use. Then they can be cold washed and should be line dried in shade without delay. As is all aussieBum items, these are made in Australia and your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Who doesn’t need a good swimsuit that can take the beating of chlorine? What is even better is these are a great price at just under $30. Stop the jammer fad and pull this swim brief out of your bag at your next workout or competition in the pool. Feel like a pro with one of these Elite swim briefs from aussieBum.

p-3341-zThe WonderJock range from aussieBum got an update this month! The WonderJock is an enhancing pair with their 4D Framing technology. That enhances your assets from every angle! We have reviewed the WonderJock and have enjoyed the line.

What is so great about the new WonderJock Air?

p-3335

  • The new line is made out of a breathable mesh that is also odor resistant.
  • It will hold up during the day and hold it’s shape after many wears and washing
  • It’s a quick dry and moisture wicking fabric, perfect for working out and being active
  • It has the enhanced WonderJock 4D technology
  • The fabric is made out of 90% Polyester, 10% Elastane blend.

The WonderJock Air comes in three different designs and four colors. The designs are the Hipster, Brief and Jock. aussieBum has been making more jocks lately. One design I hope they will make will be a thong in this line. The colors are white, red, black and blue. Each style has every color.

This line just is the perfect line for working out, running or being active. aussieBum like other underwear makers are really paying attention to underwear made for working out. Other than showing off the assets, these could easily be seen in the gym. They are low key and not over the top colors.

If you are wondering about the WonderJock technology. It’s not bad as enhancing technologies go. I am not a big fan of a lot of them. The WonderJock is one that I actually enjoy wearing. After a days wear it doesn’t make me want to immediately want to take my undies off when I walk in the door. They have designed it very well to be comfortable all day.

There are also speech bubbles on it with some text. Next up is Sweets, which is a base color of white. It has circles of orange, pink, blue, green with a swirl look inside the circles. Koalas have blue koala bear heads on a white background. Some of the koala bears have red Xs as eyes, some have red X eyes and a red mouth, and others are just blue open circle eyes. World Series Collection

Now you have it. The new line up in aussieBum underwear. So what is tempting you from the list? I haven’t tried out their underwear line yet, but their tangas would be on my list to give a try. I like that they have a thin waistband. There is also a lot of limited edition items in these collections, so you don’t want to wait too long and miss out.

What's New In AussieBum Swimwear

aussieBum has quite a few additions to their swim briefs with some of them being limited edition. The collections to check out are Luxe, Hombre, Insignia, Xposeit, World Series, Gloss, and Vintage Stripe. These collections are for the most part just different fabric, pattern, and/or color options in current cuts they offer. But there is one new style that I’m excited about and that is the Xposeit collection, which is the one I’ll start.

Xposeit Collection

The name of the collection tells you a lot about this swim brief. This is the skimpiest cut of swim briefs that AussieBum offers. So it will be giving you greatest exposure of your skin to the sun and everyone else. It’s available in 3 colors: black, blue, and gold. The blue looks like it may be leaning towards a bit of a teal. It’s made from a blend of 80% nylon and 20% elastane fabric. Which should give you more of a traditional swim brief fit over the 100% nylon suits. Go get this swim brief and shrink those tan lines some.

Luxe Collection

The Luxe collection is their limited edition swimsuit with only 150 made per style. The fabric comes from France’s leading boutique fabric knitting company. It is made of a blend of 95% polyester and 5% elastane fabric. It’s available in seven color options. The first is Blue Angel, which reminds me of fish scales that are blue and white highlights. Then there is Coral Beauty that makes me think of an Indian pattern that is green, red, yellow, and tan. Next up is Flame Snapper, which is an interesting print. It’s stripes of yellow. Orange, pink, red, and black that also have a diamond pattern incorporated into it. Like lots of colors then the Rainbow Runner might be to your liking with it’s stripes of colors. Redfin is multiple shades of pink with kind of a beaded stripe and wavy stripe pattern. Then there is Stingray, which is white and looks like a random basketweave pattern. Lastly, there is Zebra Shark. It’s a black and white zig-zag striped typically called Chevron.
Luxe Options

Hombre Collection

The Hombre line is inspired by flames and hair. It’s available in two color options and it made of a blend of 90% polyester and 10% elastane fabric. The first color option is called Flame. It’s base color is black and then has yellow and reddish orange narrow hair like flame pattern on it. Your other option is called Ice. It also has a black base color with a turquoise hair pattern. I like the subtleness of the color pattern on this collection.
Hombre Options

Insignia Collection

Insignia Collection is available in two color options and is based on the chevron print. You can choose either Atlantic or Pacific.  They’re made out of a blend of 90% polyester and 10% elastane fabric . Atlantic has a white base color and navy and red zig zag. Pacific also has the white base color, but with blue and yellow zig zags. The color zig zags vary in widths, but they are all on the thin side compared to other chevron prints I’ve seen.
Insignia Options

Great Britain’s also features the griffins, but in red and blue on white. Red is the base color of the USA and it has white eagles along with blue eagles with white stars. You have the option of Brando (white and blue stripes), Dean (black and olive stripes), and Gable (white, blue, red, and light blue stripes).

Vintage Stripe Options

Now that is a lot of new options for us all to try out. What one(s) have caught your eye? Comment and let us know. I’m personally leaning towards getting Xposeit in the blue. Also like the looks of Luxe Blue Angel, Hombre Flame, Hombre Ice, and Vintage Stripe Chaplin.
