new autumn/winter 2015/16 collection is the release of a new, upbeat line of men’s underwear and sportswear: Candy! Made of the finest Italian velvet, Modus Vivendi’s new line is stylish and fun, confident and spirited. Using three vibrant colours, fuchsia, turquoise and warm yellow, Modus Vivendi sets the trend for this autumn’s menswear, with uplifting tones and versatile designs that you can wear at the gym, at home, or even as funky streetwear. Underwear comes in three simple styles: briefs, backless briefs and jocks. The sportswear range comprises 80’s inspired shorts, muscle tanktops, loose fitting pants and a unique hoodie that combines all three colours. Sweet!

The campaign for the Candy Line was shot in Barcelona. None other than English photographer Gavin Harrison set to work to show off the bold colours of this new line, selecting a wide range of hip locations to reflect the versatility of the clothes. Introducing two new men in the world of modelling, Gerard Casper Vack of Marlene Agency and Victor Manuel, the campaign shots are fresh, sharp and playfully provocative. Just like Candy!

ModusVivendi_WeeklyLine_f.w.15-16_Logo (1)After the release of a number of limited edition, Flash lines, Modus Vivendi launches the first of the New Trends lines for fall/winter 2015-16, the Weekly Line. The new Weekly Line comprises seven briefs and seven boxers, in seven colours. The underwear is made of the best quality cotton (95%) with a touch of elastane (5%) for a perfect fit. The Weekly Line is designed to stay comfortable in any situation and all day long, no matter how busy your life is or how intense your activity: sporty cuts, soft fabric, double ply contour pouch, elasticated waistbands and eco-friendly, natural dyes.
The campaign for the Weekly Line was shot in Madrid, Spain. Visionary photographer Joan Crisol shot outdoors, in sharp, defining sunlight, playing with mirrors to create reflections of this hyper busy city, his backdrop for the images. The model presenting this campaign needs no introduction: internationally-renowned model Konstantin Kamynin is looking great as always and was able to pull the shoot through to tremendous effect, remaining cool, calm and professional, in the busiest of locations… wearing just his Modus Vivendi underwear!

Modus Vivendi continues the presentation of its Fall/Winter 2015-16 collection with this limited edition, ‘flash’ line. The newly released line is called Abstract Lace and it comprises two types of briefs (low cut and classic cut) and jockstraps in pure white or seductive black. These sexy, masculine pieces are made from a fine semi-transparent French lace and are contoured to perfectly fit the male form. Not every man has felt lace on his body and this is a perfect opportunity: Modus Vivendi certainly knows how to pull it off. The Abstract Lace line is definitely classy and perfectly represents the brand’s ideals: high fashion, creativity, supreme quality and comfort.


The model for this line is once again Alexandros Kaltsidis. This great looking man is photographed on location in Thessaloniki by Panos Misailidis in a shoot that represents effortless chic and modernity.

Undies Monday is all about feeling sexy in your underwear. Finding that perfect style, fabric or brand you just fell amazing in. Fetish Friday is all about FUN. Its about embracing something outside your box and trying something new. It could be leather, satin, lace or more. There is no one definition of fetish wear! Much like our love of underwear it’s something different for everyone.

One of the most classic definitions for the general public for fetish wear involves the leather community. Specifically leather, latex and rubber materials. The pair we chose this week is the Modus Vivendi Latex Jock.

The Latex Jock, for those who maybe allergic, is a latex look rather than latex. If you are allergic before you order make sure you contact Modus Vivendi to make sure its not made out of any latex. Unlike traditional jocks this has a very wide waistband. It’s approximately 10 cm which translates to around 4 inches. The traditional classic jock has a 3 inch band. This means it is higher on the waist and they say it will give you a “new sensation”

Modus Vivendi is inspired by their Greek heritage. It shows through in this pair. It’s a different design from most western underwear companies. Also, Modus Vivendi is not afraid to try new things  and experiment in their designs. Its just a lot of fun! Modus Vivendi to me, is one of the most innovative underwear/swimwear companies on the market today. I hope they never loose their sense of design and fun.

The Modus Vivendi Flash Line now has more new colour combinations, comprising 18 items in total, 6 for each underwear style (super low cut briefs, classic cut briefs and brazil cut boxers).

The time has come for Modus Vivendi to start releasing gradually their new Autumn/Winter 2015-2016 collection. The first line to see from the new collection is a “Flash Line”. Giving a hint of what the new collection of Modus Vivendi will be like, this line has some sexy and classic underwear designs. Vibrant colours as well as classic ones in a range of different cuts and fabrics. In this specific line you find white, blue and brown, combined with aqua blue, yellow and orange. There are three distinctive and very comfortable shapes: low cut briefs, briefs and brazil cut boxers all made from the finest cotton.

The conceptual pictures show model Alexandros Kaltsidis in the new designs of the brand, photographed on location in Thessaloniki. Greek mens underwear and swimwear brand Modus Vivendi releases the new campaign images for their best selling underwear line of Bon Bon Briefs. The line was first introduced  last year and became an instant best seller among the brand’s underwear collections. By popular demand the line has been expanded to include more colours. You can now find these uniquely designed super low cut brief with the enhancing back in twelve colours, all made from a high quality, Italian velvet!

The campaign itself marks the expansion of this range along with the addition of the Pain mini briefs to it, one more super low cut and extremely sexy brief. Photographed on location in Santorini by charismatic photographer Nikos Papadopoulos, this campaign, features model Christos Artemiou posing in the newest colours of the Bon Bon Line.

Modus Vivendi has just released the second line of its Summer 2015 collection with a new line of swimwear/loungewear, the Classic Pareo Line. The uniquely styled pareo is a short cut mens wrap-around perfect for summer lounging with or without your swimwear. Made from a quick dry, high quality material, this warrior-style pareo features a wide waistband with functional press studs and contrasting trim. It is highly individual, super sexy and modern with an exceptionally flattering cut. This style is available in three colours (whiteblack and blue).

The campaign is the second part released from a shoot by photographer Nikos Papadopoulos with model Christos Artemiou that took place in one of Greece’s most beautiful islands, Santorini. More to come very soon!

New Swimwear is out! I think Modus Vivendi is a company that is under rated in the States. They have some of the most amazing swimwear on the market but you rarely hear about it here. We hope to change that, first with our swimwear shoot coming up! Next by showing the best swim of the season from Modus Vivendi. One of the newest is the Mondrian Swimwear

Modus Vivendi is proud to announce the launch of its 2015 swimwear campaign. Over the last six months, the brand has presented a multi‑faceted campaign with new collections and handsome models being shot in breathtaking locations all around the world. This last part of the series presents a collection that will be released over the coming weeks and takes us on a visual trip back to the home of Modus Vivendi: Greece. Santorini is definitely one of the most beautiful of the Greek islands, and it is here that photographer Nikos Papadopoulos chose to shoot the new swimwear collection, taking advantage of the spectacular views over the renowned caldera.

We start this new mini series of campaigns with the Mondrian Line. A real gem in the new Modus Vivendi collection, the Mondrian Line swimwear is handcrafted and meticulously made with the finest materials. Blue, red and yellow are combined with irreproachable taste with white or black, taking the colour block fashion trend to a new level. The line is inspired by the work of the great painter Mondrian and comprises two distinctive cuts (briefs and brazil cut trunks) each in two colour combinations. Art meets fashion in these vibrant, unique and timeless designs.

Modus Vivendi Greek LineModus Vivendi is one of those companies that has fun with their heritage. If you aren’t familiar with the brand, they were founded in Greece! They have used this heritage to create quite a few collections over the years. The ones that come to mind are Inn Keeper, Fisherman and the list goes on! Flash forward to and now they are releasing the Greek edition of the Pride line.
This is what Modus Vivendi has to say about the collection:
This exciting new line is a natural continuation of the best selling Pride Line Modus Vivendi released a few months ago. The Greek edition of the Pride line is inspired by the blue of the sky and the white of the waves and presents briefs, boxers and tank tops in aqua, turquoise and white combinations. The underwear all have covered waistbands to offer a sporty look and an extremely comfortable feel and are available in three colour variations each.

You may remember that Modus Vivendi selected a number of outstandingly talented photographers and assigned them the task of interpreting and presenting the lines from the Greek brand’s 2015 collection. It’s a challenging, unique project, and one which has so far taken us to UK, USA, France, Greece and Spain.

This time we travel to Cuba, the second home of Kevin Slack, the charismatic Canadian photographer who was called on to shoot Modus Vivendi’s Navy Line. For Slack, a vacation in Cuba in 2000 turned into a photographic project that has continued for some 15 years. About the magical Caribbean island, Kevin says, “Cuba is a song in my head. My photography is a means to transmit the tempo, the rhythm, the chorus of that song. If my work transmits the smallest part of the charm, the sensuality and serenity and, yes, seduction that I feel when I am creating it, then I can be satisfied.” Slack chose the emblematic Mi Cayito beach, east of the capital Havana, and four models (Ricardo, Luis Angel, Omar and Jean) to create some outstanding photographic artwork that matches perfectly the spirit of the new Navy Line.

This new line from Modus Vivendi is all about summer. With a clear reference to the sea, the line features aqua blue and turquoise combined perfectly with white, in a range of unique underwear and loungewear. In the Navy Line you will also find some of the best-loved Modus Vivendi underwear designs, such as the Sumo brief, the Archaic brief and the Langot, in summer colour combinations. Fresh, sensual and classy, this line offers underwear and loungewear of supreme quality and comfort. Yours to discover!

The first is a new line we have introduced last week called “Leather Line“. The name refers to the Leather Flag the colours of which sparked the inspiration to Christos Bibitsos to create this line. The line comprises underwear (briefs, boxers and jocks) and athletic wear (sweat shorts, tank top and henley shirt). The colours: blue, black and a touch of red! The underwear are a natural continuation of the already best selling Bear line with the Boost Briefs, boxers and jocks in new colours. The Athletic wear matched the underwear and are items that you can wear at the gym as well as pretty much everywhere. I have attached some product shots from this line (all images starting with 135) for you.
