All exercises are available through videos and gifs on the PARTY TRAINING web site www.bjornborgpt.com, where party enthusiasts from all over the world will also be able to submit their own best party training exercises using the new innovative iOS app Loopcam (which most easily can be described as an Instagram for gifs) or youtube for a chance to win a full year of personal training as well as selected items from the AW12 collection.
