The new Neon colors are a great evolution of the design. Made in 5 different styles and two of them are shirts. The brief is my favorite cut because of the cutouts and the construction of the design. Earlier this week we brought you the new print by C-IN2. Now we bring you the Undertone. This is a line I missed earlier this year. It’s a new fabric that is made out of two different color threads. As the site says, “An innovative technique of plating fuses two colors of cotton yarns to create this exceptional line of C-IN2 underwear. If you can read between the lines undertone gives the ability to wear two colors at once.”
The line is made up of the following styles: Jock, Lo Rise Profile Brief, Profile Brief, and Amry Trunk. Made out of 100% Cotton and come in three colors. The colors are Peacock Green, E Train Blue, and Hanky Panky Pink. Top that off with the matching branded waistband. Making it a great and solid pair.
This line could very much be on the classic end of the spectrum. It’s very classic cuts but the colors are not so classic. It can be said it’s a new take on the classic. The fabric is one I am loving. Glad to see more and more companies taking risks and trying new things in men’s underwear!

C-IN2 has a new line out called Oxide. Oxide is “Inspired by one-of-a-kind patterns found in nature, Oxide brings one more set of prints to C-IN2.” It’s the look of rust screen printed onto a fine rib fabric. The print is one that I really like. C-IN2 is no stranger to making abstract prints. It’s actually one of their strong suits. The rust inspired prints are really cool. Winter may be coming to an end soon, but Cin2 is out with a thermal line to help keep you warm. Cin2 is a well-established brand that is one of the first brands I bought when I started to get into underwear. I have a soft spot for Cin2 and love how their underwear fits me when I wear it. The Thermal line looks nice when you first see it. It uses “heather” to help make the colors not so bright. The Thermal line is out now for purchase.
The Thermal line is nice because it features long underwear, but also a thermal shirt that matches. The shirt and underwear are both made of 60% Cotton, 40% Modal/Rayon/Viscose. There are long underwear and a long sleeve crew shirt. The shirt is Henley style, so it has a few buttons near the neck so you can open up the neck a little. The underwear and shirt come in “cell block” and “splash” which is dark gray and blue. This line would be for cold nights in or when you are out and about and need extra layers of your clothing. Wouldn’t be the best for the gym since it is designed to keep you warm.
I love the look of the line and enjoy the heathered colors. It softens to two colors so they are not super bright, but also you still get some color. I love the line is 60% cotton so it will be soft and warm feeling when you pull it on, no one likes cold underwear when you first pull it on! I love the Henley detail on the shirt to add more interest. It also helps the shirt not just look like an underwear shirt, so if you wanted to wear it on a normal day.
This is a nice stylish line that will help keep you warm on cold winter days and nights. The line features long underwear and long sleeve shirts that match, which is nice if you need the extra warmth. The Thermal line is available now on Cin2’s website.

C-IN2 is no stranger to making great jocks. Previous pairs they have shaped the design of their current jocks. The Grip line was one of the first to have this unique design that is the Culture Club Street Jock. The straps that come around and attach on the waistband above the pouch.
We chose this line is because of the great colors C-IN2 does for Culture Club. The Culture Club line started with some bright and fun prints. This collection still has prints but they are a bit more subtle. The prints are Croc Print (green), Herring Bone (blue), Hounds Tooth (purple) and Shark Skin (orange/purple).
There are two different C-IN2 waistbands in this collection. The first two have a waistband with a blue stripe at the bottom. The last two have the same gray band with an orange stripe at the bottom. It matches the pair very nicely. The gray background and colored stripe is the perfect accent.

It’s Wednesday, that mean’s its time to support the jock! The pair we are profiling this week is great for a Jockstrap Wednesday and also great for a 4th of July celebration. It’s the C-IN2 Grip Mesh jock in the USA color combination. The Grip jock is a great take on the classic Jock that C-IN2 released a few years ago.
The new mesh collection has three different countries. They are USA, Brazil and China. Of course we chose the USA for this year. You can wear the Brazil during the Summer Olympics this summer. Why not cheer on your favorite country wearing the host country’s jock!
I have been a fan of their jocks since they had the Bamboo collection. Their jocks are perfect to wear during any work out or just a lazy day at home. C-IN2 jocks are for all occasions. It’s Jockstrap Wednesday! Who out there is participating in it? If you aren’t well next week grab a jock and rock it out all day! Today I wanted to profile a jock that has some of the old school design influence. I set out looking for a great jock and stumbled upon the C-IN2 Scrimmage Jock. It was one we covered a while back that I totally forgot about!
What makes this a little old school? It very much reminds me of the king of all jocks the Bike #10. However, it’s not a total reproduction. Its C-IN2’s take on it. I think they did an amazing job in it too! So here are the design aspects I love about this pair.
Waistband – The waistband is very classic and sports oriented. It’s not the 3 inch band of the classic but a smaller band that has great looks. The stripes make it seem like and updated classic. It just looks like something out of the 50’s or 60’s to me. The two colors and white brand just look amazing.
Leg straps – Leg straps are often over looked in a jock. Sometimes they are simple straps of elastic. These match the waistband. They aren’t the same elastic but a thiner band that compliments the waistband. It makes this pair super sexy!
Tag in front – The tag in front is definitely a classic. They kept this design feature and created their own retro inspired design. Instead of a vertical tag this is horizontal. It works very well with the waistband they created
Pouch – The pouch is a mesh fabric. The original jocks had a nylon mesh that could be rough. This is a new fabric that is super comfortable. It will give you great support and be breathable at the same time.

One of the core lines of C-IN2. It is one of the most comfortable lines that C-IN2 makes. If you’re not familiar with the Hand Me Down line let me break it down for you! Do you have a great pair of underwear that you have had for years? One that is well worn and broken in and fits just right? If you said yes, that is what this line is, a pair that has fabric that feels broken in.
This may sound odd. C-IN2 has a way of creating the fabric that feels amazing. I have tried the line and love the feel. It’s not stiff or too binding. You know how some new undies may feel. You need to wash them a few times before they fit just right.
The new Hand Me Down is a stripe fabric. Stripes I feel aren’t quite a trend in the world of underwear yet. They have been around but not really taken off like prints or the color pink. Stripes definitely have a following. This line has a main color with a constrasting color. For instance the the red has a contrast of a heather/grey. My personal favorite is the green/grey! It just pops for me and I love green.
The colors in the line are: Playing Field Heather (green/grey), Letterman Heather (Gold/Purple), Albers Grey Heather (red/grey) and Victory Heather (blue/black). All of these are great combinations and will brighten up your underwear drawer.
The Hand Me Down comes in some of the classic C-IN2 styles. They are the Profile Brief, Lo No Show Profile Brief, Runner Boxer and Lo No Show Army Trunk. The only one I don’t think most will like is the Runner Boxer. Not a lot of our readers like undies cut like a boxer. However, I could see this as a pair for around the house. The pairs retail from $22 for the briefs and $26 for the Boxer/Trunk.

C-IN2 has released a new collection called C-Theory. This collection isn’t as wild as previous ones like the Culture Club. I think this collection could be considered a basic collection. It’s three styles and up to three colors. There is something to be said about a great pair of underwear with a classic design but in amazing colors.
The three styles in the collection are Low Rise Profile Brief, Jockstrap and Punt Trunk. Each one of these styles has a two toned waistband with the C-IN2 name written on it. The Jockstrap waistband is more of a traditional band. Meaning it’s a lot thicker than the other two styles. It’s really a throw back to the classic jock. It’s glad to see they paid homage to the past.
The colors for this line are Olympic Gold, Pool Boy (Blue) and Red Sun. The Jock and Punt have all three colors. The brief isn’t available in the Olympic Gold. Its great to see that C-IN2 is bringing some bright colors! Underwear should be fun and bright. C-IN2 isn’t afraid to go bold!

Colors are making a big comeback in the world of men’s underwear. Those who love colors should rejoice! The bold fashion statement pairs are being released by more brands. One brand that is no stranger to colors is C-IN2. They have released the super bright day glow collection.
C-IN2 is no stranger to the world of bright undies. The Culture Club line were some really great prints. The colors in the Super Bright collection are Cone Orange, Shocking Pink and Toxic Green. They are definitely interesting names for colors. But C-IN2 has always had different names for colors. They rarely have blue, red or white. Some people like it and others don’t but we don’t think it’s a bad thing.
The Super Bright line has the traditional C-IN2 styles. They are Lo No Show Brief, No Show Army Trunk, Jock and Boxer Brief. I”m sure that one of these styles will be the perfect one for you. My personal favorite is the Lo No Show Brief.
Where would you wear this collection? A few places come to my mind. First, if you’re planning a night out to a bar with a black light. Imagine dancing with this showing over your jeans. It will definitely get you some attention. Would you wear it to the gym? I’m not so sure about that, as soon as you drop your pants every eye in the locker room would be on you. I mean it’s not a pair easy to hide. Next, if you want just a fun pair for every day wear. How many times have you rocked something super bright that no one knew you were wearing. Just to give you a lift in your day.
My overall impression of this collection is it’s super fun. I love it when an underwear company puts out a collection that is all about just having a good time and making a guy feel great. Color is an important factor in underwear. C-IN2 knows this and makes underwear for the color lover in all of us.

How many of us resolved that this year we would get in better shape? I know many of our readers to every January, including myself. Now that we have resolved to do better, there is no better reason than to buy underwear to help with that goal. C-IN2 released the new Grip Pro line this week! The Grip line has become one of the hottest and best selling for C-IN2!
The new line focuses on fitness and compression. Made out of a 85% Polyester, 15% Spandex/Elastane/Lycra blend. The stitching on the pairs is made for fitness. They will stretch and move with you no matter what you are doing. It could be weight lifting, spin, running or cross fit. I haven’t tried them but the look makes me know this is going to be an amazing line.
Sports underwear can sometimes be super expensive. Sometimes $40 and up, not this line from C-IN2 the pairs range from $24-28. Which is a great price point in the world of underwear. Especially for a specialty line like this one. Plus you can tell the people in your life who say you have too much underwear, “this is to help motivate me to workout!”
The new line comes in a Low Rise Profile Brief ($24), Sport Boxer Brief ($26) and the Sport Cycle ($28). The line only comes in Black and Smoke Stack. Smoke Stack is a very light grey color. Each color also has a matching Grip waistband. This band sets the pair off nicely.
I really like this line. It’s basic but its supposed to be that way. A lot of guys don’t want flashy underwear for the gym. The bigger market is after the black/white only. If lines are successful we will see more colors added hopefully. The last fitness pair I tried was the Yoga line. Those were amazing so I hope they keep up the tradition of making amazing fitness underwear!

The Grip line is one that has become one of the staples of the C-IN2 line. When they first released the Grip line was made for an active guy. The Jock in the series was and still is one of the most innovative jock designs of the last few years. This original collection definitely focused on the athletic side with not very many colors. This isn’t a bad thing the moisture technology and design made it a very great line.
The new colors are are more on the classic side. They are Black, Blue IT and Sanguine (red). Pair these with matching grip branded waistbands and it’s a great pair. The other detail I love on this pair is the trim. It’s not just a solid color but a band of matching colors that accent the pair. It’s pretty cool!
My favorite pair is the jock. It’s just a really great design on a classic pair. But would I turn any of the other pairs down? NO WAY! The grip line is hopefully here to stay for a bit.
