Frank Dandy Superwear!  I had never heard of this company, so this pair of underwear was a pleasant surprise.  The complany was founded in Sweden in 2003 as an anti-tighty-whitey company.  As you know, the tighty whitey can be a bit predictable and it is always good to have underwear that adds spice to your life.  The products from this company include underwear, leisurewear, beachwear, and accessories.  The patterns challenge what one thinks when pondering what a pair of mens underwear should be comprised of and really pushes the limits.  Precisely, the underwear is called Men’s Hayman Boxer, Raspberry, 95% Cotton, 5% Elastane.  This pair is navy blue with a white palm frond pattern and raspberry waistband.

I modeled the new pair in the mirror and found them to be exciting underwear.  I really liked the fit.  I found the fabric to be soft and flexible, having just the right amount of support in all areas.  This boxer brief has an almost flat front which I found to be the right flexibility for me.  The leg length hit mid-thigh.  Waistband width was a plus at 1.75” (4.45 cm) since I do not care for a large waistband.  The overall stitching on the pair of underwear was nice and looked good with the natural line of the male form.

After I commuted to work for an hour and a half and spent the day working, I found this pair of underwear to not ride up with normal wear and was comfortable over a long period of time.  My experience reveals no major complaints about this boxer brief.  The size large was a great fit for me as well.  Underwear sizing is not totally universal and, frankly, never seems to go with the size of your pants.  I found that the large was a great fit for size 34 pants and would probably be good for a size 32-36 with regular washing, drying, and wear.

After reviewing the Frank Dandy website, I have to say that I am impressed with the pattern selection, cut, and style offered from this company.  The entire selection is one that I would enjoy trying.  The fabric and cut are the main things  making us want to try more of this brand.

Gregg Homme describes their latest “Forbidden” range of products (jockstraps, boxer briefs and briefs) as “translucid underwear” and is certainly the most sexually charged of all their offerings (and if you know Gregg Homme, that’s quite a bold statement.)

Like many of their recent creations, the Forbidden range all include Gregg Homme’s signature crossed elastic support system to maximize your bulge. The opening is covered in a four way stretch mesh with a fully functional zipper for easy access (or escape depending on the occasion.) That functionality is demonstrated on Jockstrap Central by their handsome Venezuelan model Feer, just considered yourself warned, it’s not safe for work!

Although the jockstrap, boxer brief and brief all have their own unique features, they all integrate a gorgeous completely see-through durable mesh with high-gloss leather-look nylon and spandex paneling. Also of note is that the Forbidden jockstrap is actually a combination of a jockstrap and a thong with two jock leg straps but with an additional thong strap running down the center.

For a limited time, Jockstrap Central has got the Forbidden line at introductory pricing below the msrp (manufacturer’s suggested retail price,) plus combined with their free and discounted shipping offer for all product totals over $50 going on until November 14th, you can save big time.

I met Frank Dandy at Curve and have struck up a great relationship with them. They are distributors based here in the Atlanta and have some really fun and great underwear. The thing I like best about Frank Dandy is they do some really cool things with prints. They aren’t boring and plain.

I got probably the most conservative pair they have. The Frank Brief. They have a really great waistband. Which you now I love. It’s a blue, white and red waistband. A little thicker, but felt great. If you aren’t a fan of wider waistbands you may stick to the regular.

The brief fit great. I liked the fit and feel of them. They were made out of a nylon blend that really breathed thought out the day. One thing that I know you guys may like is they are an awesome gym pair. They are simple in styling but fit great. I’m sure you wouldn’t draw too much attention to yourself.

These are perfect for those of you wanting a great pair to wear to the gym but still be stylish and not draw too much attention to yourself. I really enjoyed them and will wear them often.

I hate being sick, I have missed a few emails and this is one of them. Colds suck big time. But our friends at Cocksox sent us some great new pics and let us know more undies are coming soon!

Summer has come early to the Cocksox® crew! Spotted on a Sydney beach and in a classic car warehouse recently, Tristan Hamilton modeled some new hot new gear for the camera. But what are they, when can you get ’em??? Secrets baby, all secret ….. you wanna know more, you’re gonna have to ask real nice 😉

Watch the Cocksox® website, sign up for the newsletter, check the blogs. New Cocksox® are coming baby!

Police Officers serving in the West Midlands Police Force in England are being told not to wear “sexy underwear” to work. They have been told their underwear should be an “appropriate color” and “inconspicuous” beneath their uniforms. That means no thongs, no visible underwear lines and no pink undies. This is the second largest Police force in the country serving a population of about 2.6 million people. The force itself has over 8,000 officers.  The claimed reason is that officers should present a “professional and corporate appearance” to the public. Obviously this has met some criticism from officers and others such as one officer who stated, “we are not a scouting organization made up of young children who need Nanning”. However Assistant Chief Constable Sharone Rowe defended the policy stating, “All supervisors, at whatever level they are in the organization, have a clear mandate to challenge inappropriate dress.” So will there be spot checks? No, this is more of a threatening recommendation that really can’t or won’t be enforced.

All I have to say is “really?” “REALLY?!” Does the head of this Police department which covers several cities including Birmingham, Coventry and Wolverhampton have nothing better to do than dictate trivial suppressive regulations to it’s men and women who are working to keep millions of citizens safe? I should call them up and lay the bitchy journalist act on their ass! (Excuse my vulgar enthusiasm) But instead I have a proposition to police departments around the world. If you want better performance out of your officers create a policy mandating that your policemen and women only wear sexy colorful fun underwear on duty. I would personally guaranty that this would be affective and here’s why. It has been proven that the underwear you have on has an affect on your work drive. Athletes and other professionals will wear “lucky underwear” because it gives them the confidence they need to boost their performance. And honestly the public doesn’t ever see the underwear the police officer may be wearing. As a matter of fact no one may know besides the officer himself. And if the officer knows he’s decked out in styling undies it will be reflected in his demeanor, self-esteem and ultimately his job performance. So I would remind the supervisors of all companies, all employers and the heads of police departments that the better the underwear the better the man! So I plead to Police Departments Globally if you want to serve and protect your citizens to the fullest let your Policemen wear sexy underwear!

Editors Note: Welcome a new writer to the site, Valdamar! He’s going to share his take on undies and underwear collections. Let us know what you think!

This was sent to me by MaleBasics, and its a cool video. it’s a little long and for the first prob 7 mins he talks about how to find pants. Then at about 7 minute mark he goes into undies. He said stuff, I’m sure we’ve heard from friends in the past, they won’t try anything new because they like what they have. Which may include bunchy boxer briefs, but when they finally try good underwear, they love it. I think his quote was something like “its underwear there isn’t much difference.” which we all know there is a difference. From Hanes to Unico or Andrew Christian, the fit is amazing. I’m glad we have another convert, even if he still seems majorly conservative in his undies choices.
