I have a few pairs of Bodyaware and have really liked them. The pair of I have this the Endowed Brief. The light fit and great pouch makes it a great pair to wear. I reviewed it a while back and the pic got us a strike on the Facebook “Community Standards” violation! I guess they don’t like guys who bulge in underwear!

I have been talking to the guys at Bodyaware to work with them again. They sent over a few pairs for us to review. One of those pairs is the Smooth Satin Enhancing Brief. I will be the first to say that I am not a fan of enhancing briefs. The elastic they use generally drives me crazy after a few hours. That’s because most create a pouch and have it lined with elastic and it lifts your junk up.

That being said it gave me a little concern in trying this pair. But more on that feature in a minute. The pair is made of Satin meaning its super soft and sliky. This right away may turn some off the pair but it felt amazing. BodyAware is known for their sexy and some may say more feminine underwear designs. I have never let that get in my way of reviewing underwear. I think too many guys won’t embrace something new just by ruling something out by the masc/fem of the pair. One of my favorite pairs I have reviewed were made of lace!

I think these briefs were super sexy. The fabric felt amazing on my skin. I will say I noticed it a few times during the say and I kind of liked it. The pouch, my big worry, didn’t really annoy me like previous pairs I have tried. The pouch wasn’t as restrictive and tight. It felt pretty well. I didn’t’ notice a big enhance . It wasn’t till the end of the day that it started to become noticeable. It wasn’t like “I have to take this pair now” but thought, “oh yeah I’m wearing some enhancing underwear.”

The sizing of these surprised me. Satin is not a forgiving fabric. It’s not known for the stretch. But they are the kings of men’s satin undies. It felt great. The sizing is spot on the charts. If you follow it (remember get a size up if you’re on the boarder) there should be no sizing issues. This pair also goes up to XXl.

Pros:

  • Sexy satin fabric
  • Great design that fit well with the fabric
  • Loved the turquoise color

Cons:

  • Some may not like Enhancing pouch
  • Fabric – some may think it’s too fem (I don’t think so)

Ratings:

  • Daily Fit – 8
  • Sizing – 9
  • Construction – 9
  • Styling – 8
  • Daily Performance – 9
  • Overall – 8.4

BodyAware furnished the Smooth Satin Enhancing Brief  for review. This pair comes in black, coral, turquoise fuchsia and snow white. It retails for $22.50 on the BodyAware site.
