The past few weeks I have been going through old hard drives and putting all the UNB pics in a central location. It’s been amazing to see all the old photos. In ancient Greece, people believed that you had to take care of 3 the most important self is the Body, Mind and Soul. What are your diaries habits to support and evolve?
Fill myself with positive energy, with good actions, with things that make me feel connected with myself, especially taking care of the soul and mind. The body always from a point of health and not sick.
Do you think that people can change? Change your habits, physical appearance … what is needed?
I believe that everyone can change with a motivation; in my case the change began thanks to that motivation that made me want to feel better about myself.
Who is your favorite person of all time? Why does it inspire you?
My favorite people of all time are my parents, both father and mother, I think they are two exceptional personalities. Their way of living, loving and respecting each other every day is what makes me be like them.
Is family important to you? Do you spend time with them?
Family is very important to me, I try to spend as much time as I can with them, playing and telling them everything that happens to me without taboos.
Any cause you support? How can people help others?
I work in an NGO, called Fanvencion, it is a non-profit organization that is responsible for helping children in hospitals dressed as superheroes and princesses. I think that simply listening and being empathetic to others is the best way to help.
Have you changed your daily habits to support the environment?
Since I was little I have been raised with nature and with trying to take care of the environment, so it is something that is innate in me, and that habit to take care of the environment is part of me
Are you currently in a relationship? What do you value in a person?
I’m single, what I value the most is the sincerity and the sense of humor. If a person makes me laugh he has won me. I am a fairly open person who understands everything as long as it is spoken from the sincerity
Favorite movies, books, or music?
Marvel Infinity War movie, I am more about reading Comics than reading books, but my favorite comic is the Last Song of the Phoenix and my favorite music always Green Day.
What do you do to stay connected with others?
I try to take care of those who matter most to me on a daily basis, either by making them laugh or looking for a place to go to dinner something delicious.
Do you like games and cosplay? What does it offer?
Videogames offer me many things, first, which is what I have the most in common with my best friends, and second, it evades me a lot from problems. My favorite plan is a whole night with my friends playing the computer in the same house with a lot of food. Cosplay helps me to become everything that I wanted to be as a child. Above all, when I become Spiderman, it brings me joy and the desire to share with the rest all that I can be.
How did COVID19 change you? Daily life, life perspective, priorities
I am quite a sedentary person so the change was not so great, I was used to being at home playing online with my friends and it is something that I have continued to do or even more in the covid19. I have had more time for myself and to think about everything. Now I enjoy the little things more knowing that everything is ephemeral and that one day it may end.

My diet is nothing special, I think. I always like to eat well, eat a balanced diet in general, train at least 5 days a week and always rest as much as possible.

Of course, everyone can change their habits; it is just a matter of trying, and having a good predisposition and willpower.
Who is your favorite person of all time? Why does it inspire you?
If I had to highlight someone who has inspired me in my life, I would say my mother! Who I consider my best friend and the one who supports and advises me on a daily basis.
Any cause you support? How can people help others?
I am very much in favor of adopting pets, especially dogs and cats, to stop compulsive buying, which often ends in abandonment.
Have you changed your daily habits to support the environment?
Yes, a few years ago started recycling all kinds of packaging and waste, a custom that I have implemented in my house and in my family as well.
Are you currently in a relationship? What do you value in a person?
I am currently in a 3 year relationship. For me the most important thing in a couple is trust, respect and mutual admiration.
Favorite movies, books, or music?
I’m a very cinephile, I usually go to the movies weekly, and although it sounds cliché, my favorite movies are Titanic and Moulin Rouge. I listen to a lot of music as well and very varied, I think I like almost all types of music, Beyoncé, or Luis Fonsi, they are some of my best.
What do you do to stay connected with others?
I love staying connected with others, especially via Whatsup, which is currently what we all use, I don’t usually use video calls.
How did COVID19 change you? Daily life, life perspective, priorities
Covid has changed my life a lot. Fortunately, I have been able to work this summer, although not as much as I would have liked, but as for my daily life, I have had to go back to the Canary Islands, and leave Madrid.
What’s better than an underwear blog? An underwear podcast! Over the last year we have relaunched out Brief Talk Podcast. We have since grown the show to include 4 different shows under one umbrella.
Brief Talk Podcast – The main show where our panel discusses topics in underwear. It ranges from favorite pairs to deeper topic such as the double standard of men’s underwear. There are anywhere from 3-7 guys on at a time. We will have brands on the show soon. New shows are released every three weeks.
Brief Tale – The brief Tale is an interview with a person or brand. The personal tales are real guys sharing how they discovered their love of underwear. It’s really fun to hear guys talking about their love. Whereas brands we interview them on how they started their brand and what they are doing. It’s showing you the personal side of the brand. These are usually out once a month.
The Thong Show – If you love thongs this is your show. We have three of the most popular thong guys around, Andy, Ryan, and Erik. Each of these guys is the thong experts. It’s a relatively new show but one that is a must-listen too if you love thongs. This show comes out every two months but we are trying to get more.
Barely Brief – Our newest show is all about the beefy guys out there. It’s hosted by Tim and Stevie and talks about all issues bigger/beefy guys have in the world of undies. These come out every month, and possibly more!

When Bike, Activeman and Flarico all ceased production of their jockstraps in 2016, Jockstrap Central took matters into our own hands and produced what we consider the ultimate classic sports jock. This new singlet from Go Softwear’s American Jock line gives new meaning to the phrase “Pretty in pink.” I was scrolling through the site just looking at the singlets and saw this and I stopped in my tracks. I knew they had the Take Down singlet in black but must have forgot that it came in pink!
Go Softwear makes some of the best singlets on the market. I have a few of them and they are always high quality and feel amazing (just the way spandex should feel against your skin). But pink is not a color we see in singlets. It’s still dominated by the “masculine” colors. However, after seeing this I would say we need more of this!!!!
The Takedown singlet is a nylon fabric that is 100% see-through. The pink color makes it a little harder to decern that it’s mesh. If you wear the black you will know right away it’s see-through. The pink gives you enough to hide the fact until someone gets up closer and then… BAM!
