Comfortable Boxers Co., a premium brand of boxer briefs, today announces the launch of its Kickstarter funding campaign for its initial line of high quality men’s underwear. The company is focused on designing underwear that is crafted with the same care and superior fabric found in major premium underwear brands, but at a fair price for the modern gentleman.
“Since the beginning Comfortable Boxers has maintained a dedication to its vision that men should not have to overpay for great underwear, just to find a pair that is durable, breathable and most importantly, comfortable,” said Miguel Madrid, founder of Comfortable Boxers Co. “Supporters of this funding campaign are helping us make luxury boxer briefs accessible to the average man.”
All of the company’s signature boxer briefs are made using premium quality Modal fabric, an eco-friendly variation of rayon that has the finesse of natural silk. Modal fabric is extremely breathable, smooth, soft, resistant to shrinkage and fading, and molds seamlessly with a person’s body type for the perfect fit.
When developing Comfortable Boxers’ briefs, the company partnered with seasoned craftsmen and fabric engineering experts to redefine boxer briefs by focusing on three major areas of comfort; the waistband, stitching and mesh, and fit. After vigorous testing Comfortable Boxers has created briefs that go beyond what any other boxer brief has offered, truly eliminating discomfort, ride-ups and roll-ups. Initially the boxer briefs will be available for purchase in three colors including Navy Blue, Jet Black and Stone Grey.
“We are thrilled to introduce the world’s first perfect boxer brief to men, and are eager to have our customers experience the difference,” continued Madrid. “Our first collection is set and we are ready to begin production with the help and support of our backers during this campaign.”
The $25,000 campaign goal will go toward purchasing textiles, securing the first production run and distributing the premium boxer briefs into consumer’s hands. Backers from this campaign will join a members-only list of initial founders and will have exclusive access to new products and deals.

O
ur very own Brandon has said that all guys need to wear a thong. He believes that there is a stigma on them and if more guys wore them they would see how comfortable thongs really are! Much like Jockstrap Wednesday, Thong Thursday is another celebration of a great style of underwear, usually on Twitter, but it can be on Facebook and Instagram.
We wanted to share a great thong for this Thong Thursday. I researched quite a few different ones but none seemed right. Some were too fetish related, others were interesting and the last were ones I don’t think our readers would like. I sat down and thought of the thongs I like to wear. Going through my underwear collection in my mind I remembered the Cocksox Thong. The CX05 Thong to be exact.
I have a few of CX05. They are one of my favorites because it is a comfortable thong with the amazing Cocksox pouch. So you get both worlds in one! You show off the front and the back at the same time! The other thing I like about the Cocksox thong is the colors they have in the current line up. They have 7 different colors; Purple Funk, Melon, Azure Blue, Emerald Green, Aqua Splash, Carbon Black and Quartz White. Its a safe bet that you will find your favorite color.
The last reason is the way Cocksox holds up. I have had several pairs for a few years. The first pair I ever received back in 2007 is still in my collection. It’s the CX01 in white! Many of the other pairs are still in great shape and in active rotation, this includes the first thong I ever bought. It was the Black CX05!
Find all the colors of the CX05 Thong at the Cocksox website for $25.00.
We have one more day to enter our Modus Vivendi Swimwear Giveaway! Make sure you enter each day to better you chance to win. Winners will be announced next week after the 4th of July Holiday!

I am a huge fan of the classic Bike #10 jockstrap. It’s a classic that has been around for years. However, the bike company is slowly stop making them. Each year they get harder and harder to find. The new ones just aren’t the same as the classic ones. Don’t get me wrong I love the new fashion jocks. They are made out of great material and colors, but I still have a love for the old school.
So what are we to do now that that classic jock is being put out to the underwear pasture? Well one great alternative is the Flarico Athletic supporter. What is the Flarico Jock? Glad you asked, Flarico also came out with their own jock back in the day and “Flarico deserves the classic title as well. Just a few years after Bike created their number ten in the late 1890s, the John B. Flaherty Company came out with their 110. Although the company name is changed, this is still the same jock being produced today.” This is from the Jockstrap Central Website. Below is the description.
“This Flarico jockstrap has a full 6 1/2 inch width shrink resistant knitted pouch with 3/4 inch leg straps and 2 3/4 inch heat resistant surgical elastic. Flarico has recently changed from a waistband with a few small horizontal stripes running through it to this new one which is clean and pristine with no detailing.’ I will say I like the clean look but I kind of miss the stripes in the band. It’s clean and classic for those who love a jock that takes you back to the 80’s or earlier.
Outside of the design the price of this jock is AWESOME. It’s only $8.95. How many pairs these days can you say is under $10? Not many, the average pair for most guys is around $15 but can go as high as $30. The Flarico Jock is so reasonable you could pic up a few!
Jockstrap Wednesday is all about having fun and trying new things. Why not try a true classic jock for next week’s Jockstrap Wednesday! Find the Flarico Athletic Supporter at Jockstrap Central! NOTE Post contains an affiliate sales link.

We have something great today at 4 PM EST from Modus Vivendi! Stay tuned you don’t want to miss it! We think you guys will love it!
We are still tabulating the UNB Reader survey and are finding out some great things! This time we found out what you guys hate about underwear! There are quite a few things you guys can’t stand when picking new underwear. Some of them I figured we would have and others out there like some specific things! There is no right or wrong. Here are the top things you guys hate about underwear. These are in reverse order:
Construction Issues – You guys hate when a pair of underwear isn’t made well or hold up. This includes leg openings being too tight, waistbands that roll, and seams issues. You guys want a pair that is well made that hold up to many washings and keep their shape.
Design Issues – Design is the one thing that sets underwear companies apart. One of the design issues that struck me was a guy commented on how he hates thongs with a strap too big in the back! I couldn’t agree more. Other issues you guys hate are using too much material and having the pair bunch up, too high or too low waist and lastly cut outs! Cut out is a trend that many of you don’t like!
Labels/Tags – This one I figured would be up there. Its also pretty simple that tags in the wrong place, scratchy or annoying tags. I think designers are getting better on this but there are still many complaints. Nothing can ruin a pair of underwear more than a bad tag! It will take all the attention away from the good and just focus on the bad!
Bad Materials – Bad Fabric! This was up there in the list! This includes itchy, non breathable and not able to keep its shape. We all have different functions for our underwear. Its important to wear a pair that is prefect for that activity. Fabric is one of my top criteria for underwear. We must be comfortable in what we buy or we should just go back to buying 6 pairs at a big box store!
Pouch Issues – This one totally surprised me. And before you go its the guys who need a big pouch, it was also guys who hate a too big of a pouch. It was a good mix of guys who need room and those who don’t. There were a good number who wanted a pair with great support. But the ones that surprised me most were “floppy pouches” haters. To me a pouch can make or break pair. It can meet everything else but be too tight or no support and I can’t wear it. You guys feel the same regardless of your size in the pouch!
Sizing – This should be no surprise for anyone. Sizing was hands down the number 1 thing you guys hate the most. The vast majority of you complained about the lack of standard in sizing. How one brand you are a small and a another you are a medium. Many asked why there can’t be standard sizing of underwear. Which is hard to do because different parts of the world, people are made different. But this is not a world issue there are companies based in the US that have crazy sizes. Make sure you always check sizing charts but that is another complaint as well, sizing charts that don’t reflect real sizes!
These are just a few of the issues you guys have. I would love to hear more of what you guys hate in underwear. Leave a comment or Tweet us!
Finding new companies is one of my favorite things to do here at UNB. The new brand I found is thanks to Eric Turner. He posted a picture in this brief and I had to investigate who made it. The company is called Quid & Buck. They make awesome swimwear! Here is the post I found the brand on:
@erictastic sporting our Polka Dot brief and looking pretty damn awesome.
Posted by Quid & Buck on Wednesday, June 24, 2015
Here is a bit about the company: We launched in 2015, with great ambitions to become THE swim destination for men looking for a cooler, higher quality swimsuit. Based in the U.S but designed by our London team, we bring you a British take on classic swim cuts, that will see you through any pool or beach time, in style.
The Navy/Burgundy swim brief is a blue background with burgundy dots. This make the pair not so over the top. The dots don’t stand out but mix in and make the pair a lot more interesting. At first it took me a minute to see the dots. The material is a 85% Polyester, 15% Nylon blend. Which they say hand wash and don’t tumble dry. Note that before you buy! Do not put in the washing machine.
They make a point to say its true to US Sizing. But note the sizes are based on inch size and not a range. The sizing is small to XL and the XL is a 36 waist. A medium is 32. Pay attention to the sizing chart if you plan to order!
If you love the pair it retails for $69.50 on the Quid & Buck site, also check out all the other great pairs!
Blue Collar Underwear is one of those brands we think all you guys should know. They do an amazing job and are still growing. Check out their current collection
N2N Bodywear makes really fun swimwear. The LA Pop we profiled in our UNB Swim Guide! We also reviewed the LA Pop singlet as well! Which was a pretty awesome singlet. Now we have the LA Pop Swim Brief, which has the same incredible print as the singlet. Wearing this in public will definitely draw attention to you.
Before I get going into the review. The first pair I had a minor production issue. The leg strap is sewn into the cup and it came undone. The replacement they sent didn’t have this issue and held up great. After reviewing them for 7 years this is the first time I ever had an issue with them. So note sometimes things happen and most companies will exchange it. N2N sent me a new one right away! This is why they are awesome.
That being said I wore this pair twice. Once the first time the noticed the issue and then the second time with the replacement pair. The first thing you notice when you put this on is the pouch. It has n-hance pouch. You maybe asking what is the n-hance pouch and what can it do for me? The n-hance pouch is one designed by N2N Bodywear to lift what you have and show it off. It does it without any straps or extra add ons. This means you will be showing off all you have, so keep that in mind when thinking of this pair!
Wearing it the first time, I wore it with friends out to a pool. It was a quiet day and I really loved the pair. It felt great and held up to a good day by the pool. The second time I wore it was by the pool by myself. The first time was more active than the second time. The second was a lot of laying out and a few dips in the pool. But this time the pair held up great. It’s super comfortable and light. Like all great swimwear it dries fast and great for a long day at the pool.
Sizing with N2N Bodywear is pretty good. I have had very few issues with sizing. This pair was an XL and fit great. Just double check the size chart for any issues. But I don’t think you will have any with N2N Bodywear
Pros:
- Love the print
- Amazing n-hance pouch
- Super comfortable.
Cons;
- first pair had a minor production issue
- Some may not like the bright print
- Some may not like the pouch putting it all out there
Ratings:
- Daily fit – 9
- Sizing – 9
- Construction -8
- Styling – 10

Its Fetish Friday! Its that day when we bring you a great pair of fetishwear! This week we chose a pair from the Man Store. If you aren’t familiar with the Man Store they are basically like a big candy store for lovers of erotic/fetishwear. They aren’t too well known in the US. Occasionally you will see something but for the most part many out there may not have heard of it before!
The Zippered is one that has the look of latex. If you are familiar with latex it’s a material that is not the easiest to care for or the cheapest. It takes a lot of special care for latex clothing. This pair has the look of latex but actually made out of micro fiber. Meaning it will be easier to care for and maintain. There is nothing worse than spending big money on a pair of gear only to have issues with it later!
The two of the M314 line is a thong and a brief. The matte finish to the fabric makes this super sexy. It’s a very cool fabric that I like a lot. The pairs also have a grey trim that sets off the two very nicely. It’s not over the top or detracts from the fetish look. Speaking of fetish look each pair has a zipper. One interesting thing about this line is the zipper can be unzipped from either end! Talk about fun.
Many out there may think that zippers and underwear shouldn’t go together! We don’t think so, there are many pairs that the zipper makes them super hot! The Man Store loves to make sexy yet masculine fetish wear that are made to have fun in!
The Zippered Thong is 17.95 Euros and the Zippered Brief is 27.95 Euros. Each can be found at the Man Store website!
Pistol Pete is one of those brands we don’t cover enough on the blog. We have a long history with the brand going back to 2010! That was the first time I went to Vegas and met with them! They have a very unique stile of doing underwear and swimwear. Now the new line has been out and we are going to show you some of the great pairs they have to offer!
One of the newest is the Devious Trunk. It’s a fun design with I know w few readers favorite number on it, 69. The trunk it self looks just like a regular trunk, so what makes it devious? Well other than the obvious 69, the trunk is made out of a mesh. Not a totally see through mesh but one that you can barely tell it’s mesh. This is what makes it devious and fun.
The Devious line comes in four different colors. They are Navy, black, white and red. Each has the 69 on the left hip and a contrasting trim. Top that off with the signature Pistol Pete waistband, it really brings together a fun pair. The line also comes in a brief and a jock
The Devious trunk is available at the Pistol Pete site for $29.00
Are you a fan of erotic/fetishwear? Then you need to check out the new Candyman collection. They have some great new mesh and fun pairs! The one pictured is the S&M costume 99159. They have a few more! Find this pair and more on the GDD World site! Shop for this pair on the Candyman Fashion page. From now till June 30th, get 25% off with code independence.
Today is a day to have some fun with your underwear. Either share your love of thongs or give them a try! Kick Sagat is a brand we haven’t covered in a while and I thought we needed to change that. The brand has been creating some super fun designs. That includes prints, new takes on styles and the use of great colors!
Since today you need to wear a thong the Push-Up thong from them seemed like a great choice! The color we chose was pink. You maybe asking why we chose this color? Well pink is still one of the hot colors for men’s underwear. So many guys, myself included, just love pink undies.
One reason I chose this is the pouch. So many of you out there really request a good pouch in your underwear. This pair has a very defined pouch that does what the name implies, push-up! It looks like a great pouch and the pair overall is just fun.
The pink is not the full color. The trim and waistband are pink and the body of the pair is white. So it’s just enough pink to show off. The fabric is a 95% COTTON 5% ELASTANE mix. The only thing that you need to know is the sizing. An XL is a 34-36 inches. This means it will run smaller than traditional sizing. The good thing is the sizing chart is front and center on the product page.
You can find this pair on the Kick Sagat site for $27.00
I’m back with the second review I am doing for Kikini. I am really enjoying rediscovering this brand. The first pair I reviewed, the Croft Micro Brief, were amazing so I definitely had high hopes for the Imola Brief.
The Imola brief is more of a brief cut than a bikini. It is made out of the same material the Croft is made out of, but had a traditional waistband. Again when I held it up I was a little worried about the size. More on that in a bit later in the reivew. The designs that Kiniki has for their underwear are awesome. They are super fun and not prints I have seen in the world of underwear that often! So massive points scored for that!
I wore the pair on an average day, but I had planned on wearing to a party one night but I couldn’t wait to try it out! The first thing I noticed was the waist band was a little tight. Not binding tight but still noticeable when I put it on. As the day progressed I really didn’t notice it. The fabric like the Croft brief felt awesome. I love the fabric of the pair. The Poly Lycra fabric is becoming one of my favorites!
Kikini says this about the pair: “The Kiniki brief features an integrated front panel for optimum support & tailored comfort while the waist is completed with a new, wider, signature Kiniki waistband made from a shimmering elastic weave making for an extra comfortable waistband that reduces pressure on the skin and looks distinctive in it’s high quality finish.”
I mentioned above the print. This print is called HD print. It is designed exclusively by Kikini and you won’t find it anywhere else. I don’t think it is, but this pair reminds me of a snake print. Their other prints are just as amazing. If you are not a print fan, I suggest you stay away, if you are go now and buy!
The sizing was a little tighter than the previous pair. The bikini (micro brief) fit great. The waistband was a bit tighter than I would like. Like I mentioned above the pair didn’t bind or constrict me. But there were a few times I could tell it was a little tight. It detracted some but not a great deal from this site.
Pros:
- Amazing Prints
- Great fabric that feels amazing
- Traditional brief design
Cons;
- Sizing was a bit smaller
- Not for those guys who don’t like prints
Ratings:
- Daily Fit – 9
- Sizing – 8
- Construction – 9
- Styling – 10
- Daily Performance 9
- Overall – 9
