One thing about Bum-Chums is they love to have fun making underwear! Every time I see some of their stuff I smile. They aren’t afraid to try new things and create fun new styles. To borrow a British term they are a bit Cheeky! The pair that I got to try is the Nutsack Hipster.
The first thing you need to know about he pair is it’s a mesh pair. I don’t mean a see through but it has large holes and there is very little left to the imagination! This made me really question how it was going to hold up through out a day.
Was it going to be comfortable or feel like a cheese grater? I was hoping for the first.
I wore this pair to a 4th of July get together. The event was held outside in the GA heat and humidity. This would be the
perfect pair to wear, so I thought. After I slid the pair of I made sure nothing was hanging out. It looked a bit odd to me but it really was comfortable. I still wasn’t convinced for a full day in this. After an hour or so I forgot I was wearing mesh.
The Nutsack hipster felt great through out the day. I was really surprised how well it felt. There have been many mesh pairs that after about an hour I have to take them off. They irritate and drive you crazy. This pair felt like regular underwear. Granted there was one or two times when I noticed it but for the most part it held up very well.
The sizing in Bum Chums should be generally well. I wore and XL. I fit and didn’t bind or feel too tight. They should be standard for the most part. When in doubt consult our size guide page or the company!
Pros:
- Super fun design
- Comfortable Mesh
- Ability to wear all day
Cons:
- May show off too much for some guys
- Definitely not gym friendly
Ratings:
- Daily Fit – 8
- Sizing – 9

Are you a fan of N2N Bodywear? I know many of you out there are big fans! Over the years we have seen a lot of different styles and lines come and go. Many times some of our favorite lines get discontinued. This is just a fact of life in the world of underwear. Brands move on to bigger and better things!
N2N Bodywear has released a few of their favorite styles in the Classic Rib Collection. It was a stealth move by them! I went to the site and saw it on the front page and was like WHAT? So I reached out and they said that they were releasing a few of the classics in favorite styles. So they are going retro and offering them in two colors but with three trim options!
The colors are grey and black. However the grey has two trim options of white or black and the black has yellow trim. All classic and super sexy. The styles available are the tank, brief and bikini. Each of the pair is $15! If you remember this line and loved it, get them now before they are gone!

Sukrew has become one of my favorite new brands. They have created one amazing pouch that fits amazing! The last review went very well with the brief but I wanted to try a trunk. Making a trunk with a pouch is not an easy thing to do. Some make them so the pouch doesn’t hold your junk and others make the pouch too small. One’s that can get it just right make it into my top underwear drawer.
At first look the pair is fun. I am a fan of colorful underwear. My underwear drawer doesn’t have a lot of orange in it, so I decided that why not get a pair! Not to mention that the blue waistband with the orange is smoking hot to me. The two colors go very well together.
The pair itself is made out of amazing material. You can feel it when you pick up the pair to put on. The 95% Polyamide, 5% Elastane fabric feels awesome. It’s thick and gives you great support throughout the day. The pouch of the pair is a darker shade of orange. It is made to really give you support and yeah it will show off what you have too! Many of our readers this is a plus! I prob wouldn’t wear it to a job interview but just about all other times would be great.
Wearing the pair for a day it felt great with one minor problem. I don’t have the most junk in the trunk. The back was a little snug. Not totally crazy that it didn’t cover me but it was a little tight. It maybe the back Y design that I didn’t like. If you have some junk in the trunk you may have have an issue or it could have been the pair I received. It didn’t detract from the pair. I mainly noticed it when I pout it on not during the day. I think this was more of a personal preference than design problem.
The sizing of Sukrew has always been comfy. None of the pairs I have received from them have been off. They are good about making underwear that fits their sizing chart. I have a pair of swimwear to review from them next and I will let you know about that sizing! But I think you can safely order your size off the chart and not be disappointed.
My personal favorite of what I have reviewed has to still be the Tartan Briefs I reviewed. But these will be put in in my rotation as well. That is because of the color and pouch. The back I think may be a one off or get better over time!
Pros:
- Bright Orange color
- Great Sukrew pouch
- Fabric that feels amazing
Cons:
- Back was a little tight
- Waistband maybe bigger than a few of our readers may like.

Looking for a fun pair of swimsuit this summer, might we suggest the Pistol Pete Tactic Trunk! The trunk it self is a little different then the run of the mill swimwear you might see. This pair is designed to look like a pair of athletic shorts, maybe a little football inspired!
What I really love about the pair is the interesting design. The lace up front has a contrasting color behind the laces. At lot of times its the same color but not Pistol Pete they used the same color as the stripe on the side. This will draw a bit of attention to the front. But let’s face it if you are wearing this pair you want to make a statement.
The Tactic trunk comes in more than just red. Other colors include blue, green and black. Each as the 9 on the right hip and a yellow stripe up the side. It also has a full turn cut. Meaning it has more coverage than a brief. However, if you like the swim brief check out the Tactic Brief. The brief is the same lace up design.
I love this for the fun design factor. Pistol Pete always puts their own spin on things and swimwear has been an area that creativity shines. Super fun is what I call this and yes I would definitely wear this pair. You can find the Tactic Trunk at the Pistol Pete website for $52.50.
There is something about a classic black swim brief. It’s a staple in the world of men’s swimwear. This is (I believe) the Deakon Coal suit from Aronik
I am the first to say I am not an every day thong kind of guy. It’s not the first pick of underwear that I get. That is not because I am not a fan, I just prefer briefs as my go to choice for each day. Occasionally I’ll wear one and when I used to wear tight cowboy cut wranglers I would always wear a thong under them. But that’s been a few years!
The group of things I received from Kikini to review included the Stowe Classic thong. I chose this because of the print. The print is a, well I call it, a psychedelic cheetah print. It’s red, green and orange. The thing about Kiniki prints is there are so many to choose from it’s hard to decide what you want. They are making some of the best prints on the market.
Since I am not a thong guy I didn’t want to wear it on a too busy day. The thong it self had no defined pouch and the back looked a little larger than I liked. I slid it on and the front felt fine. The fabric stretched and fit pretty well. I actually was surprised how well it did in the pouch department. One of the biggest problems with non defined pouches is that the front can gap and things can fall out. This pair didn’t do that, it kept everything in place and felt great.
Let’s talk about the back. As I said above that the back seemed a little wide. The back strap is one of the biggest complaints we get for thongs. I had initial misgivings on the back. I just knew the back would drive me crazy. As the day went on I honestly forgot I was in a thong. The back never rubbed or drove me crazy. This really impressed me. I have to say good job Kiniki! I think it all goes back to the material, had it been cotton it would never have worked!
This pair performed amazing. My initial thoughts on the pair remind me never to judge a pair before I wear them. Sometimes I see things I know I may not like and it can make me pay attention to those areas more. This time my “don’t judge a book by it’s cover” came into play. Will I wear this pair again? Yes I definitely will!
Sizing in the brand has been pretty good. They have a very good size chart that you should follow. Kiniki is based out of the UK so sizing will differ slightly. The pair I received fit pretty well. Remember if you are on the boarder of a size always go with the larger size.
Pros:
- Super fun print
- Great material
- Comfortable all day
Cons:
- Some guys may not be a fan of a wild print
- Nylon material may not be great for every guy
Ratings:
- Daily Fit – 9
- Sizing – 9
- Construction – 9
- Styling – 10

Harnesses are BIG right now. In the world of fetishwear harnesses are the new singlet. Just about every company has one these days. In the years gone by the harness was a piece of clothing you would just find at a leather bar or S&M club. The only other place you would find them worn would be at Pride celebrations around the country.
Now they are going mainstream. Its not uncommon to see them on the net and in stores. What is making this happen? I think its guys want to have fun and wear something to show off in. I could be wrong but I think we will see a lot more harnesses going forward.
Now onto Fetish Friday! When I was thinking who we should pic to feature a harness, Slick It Up was the first company that came to mind. They make amazing fetishwear in spandex and other fun, tight materials. After looking through their site the Tailored Harness and Perfect Jock were for a lack of better word, perfect!
The Tailored Harness is not an over the shoulder harness you are familiar with. Most go like an X across the chest or on the upper chest and arms. This harness is tailored like mens clothing so it will accent the body. The design minimizes the waist and brings attention to the parts of the body you want to show off. That means it is the traditional harness on the chest but goes down to your mid thigh. The Tailored Harness retails for $84.
The Perfect Jock is paired with the Tailored Harness. It doesn’t have to be worn with it, but does make a nice combination. The three panel design of the jock has the look of leather. However, its not leather but a spandex material made to look like leather. If you have ever worn a leather jock you know it can be very hot after a while. This will give you the look of leather with the wearability and ease of care of spandex. That means it can wear it under anything! The Perfect Jock retails for $38.
Find both of these pairs on the Slick It Up website.
Flag inspired underwear and swimwear have been around for a long time. I remember in the 90’s Tommy Hilfiger created Flag Boxers. This year we have a few pairs for you to show your patriotism. They come from a variety of brands and range from underwear to swimwear! Here are a few pairs to check out
Clever Flag 0560 Swim Brief – This is a staple of the Clever line. The 0560 brief has been around for over a year. It’s proven to be one of the popular pairs. The weathered flag print and full cut has made it one that looks great at the pool or beach. Find this pair at the Candyman Fashion site for $61.90
Candyman Thong 99154 Patriotic Thong – Not every pair of flag inspired is a brief. We couldn’t leave out the thong lovers from this list. Candyman’s new collection has the new Patriotic thong. Its a wide waistband with a flag pouch. Yes, you can make thongs with a flag print! Find this pair at the Candyman Fashion site for $13.48
Neptio Flag Brief – Not every pair has to be a literal flag, some have a unique take on the design. The Neptio Flag brief has a solid front of stars on a blue background and red/white stripes in the back. Top that with a solid white waistband this makes it one for the list. You can find this pair at ABC Underwear for $28.
Pistol Pete Justice Brief – We have profile this pair before but think it deserves another look! The flag print on this pair is one you can get your friends to salute too! Its a little brighter and a print that looks a little worn. Made in a full swim brief you can celebrate with out showing too much off! Available at the Pistol Pete website for $48.50
CA-RIO-CA Team USA Classic – This is a great pair featuring the Flag on the front and a solid red in the back with USA across the back. This is the the traditional sunga cut that is worn in Brazil. Meaning it’s a larger cut with out a traditional pouch. Find this pair at the CA-RIO-CA site for $89.95
