The 7 different cuts are three different strings, thong, mini brief, string brief Mini Brief. The strings are different kinds of g-strings. The one I really like is the t-body string. It is a t-shirt with a built in thong. So if you’re like me you’re always having to tuck in your shirt. Being tall its hard to find shirts long enough. This would solve that problem!

Pistol Pete Blow Pop Jock

The one thing I really love about Pistol Pete is they have their own sense of style. When you see a pair out in the wild (or in public) you instantly know that is Pistol Pete. They are a true original in the world of men’s underwear. They do this in their design, color selection and  models. Plus its run by two great guys!

They have just released the Blow Pop Jock. The name made me smile a little. Pistol Pete is not afraid to show some skin. After all they are the brand that brought us the Xpose line! This one doesn’t show off as much skin as the Xpose line, well very few pairs do show off that much! this one is a jock cut with two cut outs on the pouch (as you an see above).

This pair is one that has a signature waistband. This waistband is a little different. It has two stripes that match the color of the pair with the Pistol Pete name written over it. But the name isn’t too bold for those who don’t like a branded waistband (which there are some out there who hate it!). The Blow Pop Jock is available in available in Royal, Lime, Orange and Aqua. All colors Pistol Pete is known for using. Their color palate is their own

The Straps are made out of, what looks to be, one inch elastic straps. which will give you great support while wearing. Sometimes, at least to me, smaller straps can move around and drive me crazy during the day. I prefer bigger straps to hold everything in place. And lastly there are two stripes down the pouch to accent what you have. Let’s face it, wearing great underwear we want our business to look the best it can! So I like the two stripes.

Obviously Wants You To Go Naked in their Brief

They are realizing that guys are built different. Some need more room up front, others need the room in the back an others need both. Lucky guys! One company has been designing ergonomically designed underwear since their inception. That company is Obviously!

Their latest release is the Naked line. Which is “specifically engineered for those guys who are not afraid to go Naked and experience the freedom that an anatomical pouch provides.” This means that when you wear the pair your business hangs in a natural way that makes it feel like you aren’t wearing any underwear at all. Pairs that live up to this are usually my favorite pairs of Underwear. Because you want the support of amazing underwear but forget you are wearing it.

All the other pairs of Obviously I have ever received have an amazing pout. I have no doubt this one lives up to that. They also always use amazing materials for the underwear this pair is made out of a Bamboo Rayon and Lycra. This will make it super soft and super comfy. The materials will conform to your business.

Perfect for Winter N2N Onezee

L14-14-FullThe weather is starting to turn colder.  And before too long we will be in snow season. So it’s time to turn our attention to cold weather gear.  You know the kind that is perfect for lounging by the fire drinking hot chocolate. Over the next few weeks we are going to share some great winter underwear.

The first pair we are going to profile is the N2N Bodywear Onezee. This was first unveiled last spring and in much of the country it had been too warm to wear this pair since the release. I would say this is N2N’s take on a union suit. Unlike traditional Union suits this one has no flap in the back. I know some are you are upset about this but N2N put their sexy spin on it.

The suit is perfect for a lazy day at home. You know the kind of day where you don’t plan to leave the house and pick up your favorite book or watch Netflix all day. It’s  not exactly underwear, sure you could wear it under you clothes but I would consider it more loungewear. It is in fact listed in the N2N site under loungewear.

What do I like about the pair? Its not super long. The sleeves come to the elbow and the legs go just below the knee. The buttons in front, well the N2N site has the best description “The long line of buttons allow you to be as comfortable or as daringly suggestive as you’d like.” It is available in Iced Blue, Iced Moca and Iced Silver. Made out of 95% rayon/5% spandex blend so it will be super soft. It is retailing for $60 at the N2N site.

Unknown-8Before we get into the post, let me say what a great new website design BodyAware has released this past month. We know here how much a website redesign is, and we say hats off guys.

When you think of underwear for me, satin is not one of those fabrics you think of…sure you think of cotton, nylon, spandex or even modal. But satin… most wouldn’t ever utter the word. However, BodyAware has a whole section of satin undies! There has been a trend and large following to create underwear with a feminine touch. I”m not saying these are women’s underwear by any means. It’s underwear designed for men.

This is also one of those ares that has a divide in the men’s underwear market. And it’s not along the gay/straight line. Its about if you like it or not. I have had guys of all sexual orientations say they love it or they hate it. I am one that is in the middle there are some I love and others I am not fond of them. BodyAware has a great style that mixes the masculine and feminine so well. I think that’s the draw of undies such as these, the mix of two things that shouldn’t go together!

So if you’re this far in this post you are either a fan or interested in those undies. So lets talk Satin underwear for men. The styles BodyAware has range from boxer briefs to g-strings and less. This doesn’t include the shorts, pants and shirts. The pairs we are going to focus on are the Spring Remix Satin Boxer, Greek God Brief and the Rio Night Satin thong.

The first pair is for the guy who is interested in getting into satin underwear but not ready to take the plunge into the thong or g string. The Spring Remix Satin Boxer is a traditional boxer/trunk. Let’s say you want something a little more form fitting. The Greek God Brief is just for you. I used to have a pair very similar to this made out of 100% nylon that I loved. It fit great and just felt amazing all day. I am a huge fan of the bikini cut and find it to be the most comfortable. This pair has a contour pouch with a front seam and is followed through around the back with a rear seam. Something we don’t see these days. It was big in the 80’s and 90’s. So for nostalgic reasons I’m glad to see this back. It is also available in 9 colors, which is amazing. From their site “What would the Greek Gods choose for David? Last is for the guy who wants to go head on into the world of satin underwear, the Rio Night Satin Thong. He’s comfortable in who he is and what he loves. As a side note thongs have been growing in the men’s market. More guys are giving them a chance and finding out that they love them. Which is awesome. This thong is more like a g-string to me rather than a thong but that’s just semantics. This thong has super thin sides and string in the back. It is available in 5 colors. From their site “You’ll want to start dancing the salsa in our all new satin thong. Slightly stretch and very colorful and shimmery satin fabric in a simple yet sophisticated design. Comfortable satin covered side elastic and sexy thong back.” It is available for $16.

New Go Softwear Pop Noir Collection

Go Softwear has released a new line called Pop Noir.  As you can tell it’s a black collection with a pop of color. There is something to be said about a black collection. Many guys love it as a basic but want to have something with a little extra statement. I like the feel of this collection.

Tthe color comes in with the waistband and piping. In each pair the waistband, leg opening and any other piping is the same color. The colors are Red, Turquoise and Yellow. Those three colors are available in Expose brief (jock brief), brief (with fly), trunk (with fly), sport brief and a jockstrap.

I’m a big fan of waistbands but this one is a little more low key. Which can be a good thing for me. The stripes around the waistband are a nice touch as is the GS in the front and is made out of a 1 1/2 inch elastic band.  The pairs are made out of a 60% polyester 32% rayon 8% spandex rib blend.

This is one line from aussieBum that I was looking forward to seeing. I heard they were releasing a Gladiator line. So it had me thinking of what it could be. Would it be literal or their take on Gladiator? Well aussieBum is always one brand to have fun design underwear, I think as much as we love wearing underwear.  They never slow down in designing, just when I think they will take a break, BAM here is a new range.

As you can tell they have three styles they have had before but the new one is the Toga. Which is just what it sounds. There is nothing under neath. You guys love jocks, that’s one of the things I have leaned over 6 years in doing this site. They are no longer for sporting activities but rather every day wear. Each year more brands release more and more jocks. One we thought you guys should know is the Jack Adams Racer Fly Jock!

I say this because it’s a really fun design in some great colors! The main colors are black and white. But each jock has the blue waistband that sets off the pair. The other color combinations are blue/black blue/white and white/red (which is the picture above). I just love each of the color combo’s! They are super fun.

I could see this pair under many power suits out there. Like I said above guys are wearing them everywhere and under everything. I”m sure some of you have worn a jock with a suit to work! Or what ever job you have! The Jack Adams site says this pair balances style and performance.

The Andrew Christian Almost Naked Fling brief if for the guy who wants to show it all off.  As the Andrew Christian website says “It leaves little to the imagination” Which as you can see by the picture is true.

This is part of the limited edition series he has been doing. As you know that if you want a pair of limited edition Andrew Christian you better get them fast. They always sell out within a week and sometimes faster. So back to the Fling Brief…here is what Andrew Christian has to say about the pair:

New Candy Brief from PUMP! Underwear

PUMP! Underwear has some great new undies out. I chose just one to profile, but don’t worry we’ll cover more of the line soon! The one pair I loved is the Candy Brief. The main reason is the waistband. I love the white band with the super brief green letters! PUMP! describes this brief as the tighty whitie’s vivacious brother. And I couldn’t agree more!

The pair is is made out of a cotton micro mesh blend. The sides are the mesh and the pouch is the solid. So you won’t have to worry about showing it all off! Not everyone wants a mesh pouch!  The pouch as Neon Green and Hot Pink Stitching on Cup that isn’t too bright. That is accented by turquoise Blue Leg Elastic.

This is a really great day glow pair that isn’t over the top. I think PUMP! did a great job on this pair. It would be great for a night out on the town or just a low key dinner at home. It’s available on the PUMP! Underwear site for $28. If you like this pair you may also check out the matching jock called the Blow Pop Jock. I will  say the name made me smirk when I read it.
