Men’s Underwear

Category

There is a new web series UNB guys need to know about. It’s called My Naked Kitchen. Don’t worry it’s not naked people, but guys in awesome underwear cooking amazing things. It’s right up our alley!

We got to chat with Ed, the master mind of underwear clad men cooking!

How did you come up with the concept for My Naked Kitchen?

I already had a cooking show on Youtube (starring my Mother!) which has now ended, and I wanted to create another show that I thought would be very popular and since we all know that showing off a mans body and his ASSets sells, I thought I would start a show where attractive guys make yummy food in their underwear.

Do you cook main courses, sides or desserts? Is it like a baking edition of My Naked Kitchen?

Anything goes as far as what the guys make, so yes, main courses, sides, and desserts (including baking). We try and do recipes that are more on the healthy side since part of the concept of the show is to promote health and fitness. Most of the recipes the guys make are really amazing and taste incredible.

What has been the initial reaction from viewers? Are they cooking the recipes?

The initial reaction has been awesome. The show continues to gain followers and subscribers and is growing really well in a short period of time. Some viewers are cooking the recipes, but I have to admit that it appears at the moment most people are watching and following to see the hot guys.

Speaking of recipes, these are hot guys in amazing underwear, but they can cook too! How has it been finding guys to be on the show?

Yes,the guys and underwear are pretty amazing. Some guys reach out to us to be on the show and some I’ve contacted on various social media sites. But surprisingly it has been a little more challenging than I thought it would be to get guys to be on the show. A lot of them are fine with photos but are not so comfortable being in front of the camera. However, once they actually commit and see how much fun it is, they love it. And I’m not so bad to work with either. lol.

If a guy thinks he has the cooking skills and looks great in underwear, how would he submit himself to cook on My Naked Kitchen?

He can reach out to me on Instagram @mynakedkitchen or send me an email at naked@mynakedkitchen.com. We are always looking for new guys, and they don’t have to have cooking skills…just look good in underwear, have a personality and be comfortable in front of the camera. We can give them something simple to make.

You are based out of Toronto and have filmed the shows there, have you ever thought about taking it on the road?

Absolutely. In fact, we have shot some shows in the LA area and planned to go back there in November for a couple of weeks. So any of your readers in southern California who would like to be on the show, let us know. We are open to other cities as well and hope to eventually travel all over the world with the show.

You have to have plenty of out takes. What has been the funniest thing that has happened filming an episode of My Naked Kitchen? (You can leave out names to protect the innocent).

From stuff dropping on the floor to blenders exploding and guys screwing up their lines, there have been so many. We include some of the best outtakes at the end of some of the episodes.

Who are some of the guys you have had on the show, well besides Simon (which we have shared)?

Our biggest name so far is Brent Everett (the porn star) who did a couple of episodes for us. His first episode came out a few weeks ago and the second one comes out this week!

We also just shot a couple of porn stars from Montreal…Manuel Skye and Mick Stallone. Some of our other favorites are Jeci@jeciwould and Eric@ericcommando from LA. Eric has a big following on Youtube. Then there’s Jason Caceres, an adorable actor also from LA. In Toronto, we’ve also had some hot models on the show like @basilhendy. But I want your readers to know; you don’t have to be a porn star, actor or model to be on the show!

Where can readers find the current and new episodes of My Naked Kitchen?

We post teasers every week on Instagram @mynakedkitchen and the episodes come out on Youtube www.youtube.com/mynakedkitchen on Thursdays. You can also find all the episodes on our website www.mynakedkitchen.com

Before we go, do you have a big name, in the fitness or acting world, you would love to have on the show?

I’m always reaching out to guys on Instagram and Facebook that I would love to have on the show. But honestly, it’s not so much about a big name (even though that would certainly help us get followers)It’s more about the look and personality. I love to push the envelope and think outside of the box, so we’re open to experimenting with different ideas. In fact, in a future episode, we are shooting a drag queen from New Jersey who is crazy hot and sexy in and out of drag. That should be a lot of fun. And we are always open to collaborating with guys who want to promote themselves and what they do.

Hi guys, UNB Ryan here-ready to jump in and introduce myself to everyone. I am also very excited to hear from each of you through email and comments on the site. For the quick intro, I live in Northeastern North Carolina, about as rural as you can get.  I am a straight married man with two kids and three small dogs. My wife and I have just sent our daughter off to college, so I will have some extra time on my hands now. Finding underwear and swimwear presents quite a challenge, but finding somewhere to wear it is another story altogether. I’ll start off by explaining how I came to love underwear and swimwear, talk a bit more about what types of things I like, and finish up with some of the prejudices I have faced through wearing minimal swimwear in public.

First of all, let me start by saying I LOVE THONGS! Both as underwear and swimwear, I wear thongs almost exclusively and look for any opportunity to browse and buy new ones. That being said I am not opposed to trying new styles of underwear and most recently bought a pair of Joe Snyder Bulge Bikinis in black lace that I was really unsure about.

I first discovered my interest in thongs in my early twenties. I bought a couple at a Fredericks of Hollywood store in a local mall probably back in the late 90s. I loved how they looked and felt, even with the less than optimal sizing and color options. My first wife, however, did not care for them AT ALL and ridiculed me for wearing them. I felt so belittled by the reaction that I completely stopped wearing them around her and really put it in the back of my mind for a few years. I occasionally pulled them out and wore them when I felt I could do so without arousing any attention from her but in the end resorted to wearing the 100% cotton boxer shorts that all “normal” men are supposed to wear.

Fast forward to a few years later after meeting my current wife. After some awkward jokes about man thongs on a beach vacation, I explained to her that I had worn some thongs in the past and enjoyed them. She suggested that we buy some more and I quickly jumped at the opportunity. We were able to find some speedo brand Swim thongs in a local beach store that I tried to wear out the first summer we were together. We frequently visited the beach together, and I was in that black speedo thong for every visit.

I was able to expand and bought various thong underwear and swimwear that I incorporated into my wardrobe. My wife supports my habit and accompanies me on multiple beach trips throughout the year. I now have a drawer full of thong Swim and underwear that I wear on a daily basis. I am thankful to have someone who supports, or at a minimum puts up with my love for underwear and swimwear!

To talk a bit about what kinds of things I like, I’ll obviously start with thongs.  I love thongs, and typically the smaller, the better. I enjoy wearing thong bikinis on the beach or to the pool whenever I can, and also wear them as much as possible when doing things around the house like washing our cars or doing yard work. I love the skimpy thongs and g-strings with tiny straps. The brightly colored suits are my favorite, and I especially like how pink suits look against a summer tan!

Some of my favorite swimwear designers include Arroyman and Jovana Design. I love the tiny tan lines I get from their micro, barely there designs. I also like some of the older Dore designs, and while Dore’s predecessor (Beach-n-Dance) is doing an outstanding job, I have been partial to the designers that offer suits with ¼” sides for tanning. This year I have started wearing some suits with wider straps such as Joe Snyder and Beachndance styles. I feel more comfortable wearing these when in more public settings and don’t worry that I’m going to offend anyone or get into any trouble wearing them around other people.

As far as underwear goes, I like thongs vs. g-strings and wear a lot of cheeky styles. I am most comfortable wearing styles with a wider back instead of some of the tighter styles I might wear when sunbathing. I like a lot of brands such as Cover Male and Daniel Alexander and am open to suggestions! I don’t mind the wider straps or sides on the underwear that I’m not going to wear outdoors to sunbathe in. I have a few pairs of either cheeky boxer or bikini styles that I wear on occasion.

Over time I have had a few people to find out I wear thongs. Mainly family, but a few friends as well.  Most have been indifferent to my choice of underwear, but I have had a few that have ridiculed me concerning my choices. Quite obviously my first wife was very negative about my underwear choices. I have also had a few friends that have found out by accident who didn’t really say anything directly to me about it.

Wearing thong swimwear has been another story altogether. I have heard dozens of negative and positive comments. When wearing thongs on the beach, I try to steer clear of the tourist destinations and head to the less populated beaches. When I have visited the more public beaches in the past I’ve obviously heard the “you’re gonna get sunburnt” or “is he wearing anything at all” comments and have been pretty fortunate not to be harassed on the beach by anyone concerned my swimwear choices. I have had a couple of instances where someone on the beach asked me (in a very sarcastic tone) where I got that suit because “they wanted to buy one” for themselves. Yeah, right-like you’d have the balls to wear it…whatever. I simply either ignore their comments or tell them to go to Wings. I have met some other guys on the beach who wear thongs or other minimal swimwear who complemented me on my swimwear and asked what brand I was wearing or where they could get some. I enjoy the positive interactions and try to ignore the rest.

In closing, I look forward to writing for UNB and hearing from you with any questions or comments you may have. If you have an experience wearing a thong, whether it be privately in your home, on a public beach, or maybe even to the doctor share it with me either in the comments below or through an email. I will be doing some articles in the future about where you can wear thongs, how do deal with negative impacts, and how you can be a positive image of male thong wearers on the beach. If you have any suggestions of things you’d like to hear me talk about drop me a line!

Welcome back, Simon. When we last talked. You were traveling in a male dance show. How did you like that experience?

It was fun. I’ve never done the traveling stripper thing so it was an experience I was curious about. I had a good time, the other dancers were cool shit, and the ladies fucken loved me (of course) haha. I was a bit let down by the owner, he put ZERO effort into adverti
sing for the events and over-bookes the tour. Literally, no downtown between traveling to the shows and the shows themselves and none of the venues we’re anywhere near sold out. All in all, though I’m still happy about the experience.

You are going to be on a few Episodes of My Naked Kitchen. How did this come about?

This came as a result of some networking from the Jockstrap Central shoot. Those guys absolutely loved me, which led to the designer of one of the jocks I wore in that shoot wanting to do another product shoot with me. He knows the man behind My Naked Kitchen, and of course, once would traveled of my awesomeness, he wanted a piece of this action as well haha.

Did you have any reservations to strip down and try on a few jocks to cook?

Not at all. I’m still not really a huge fan of jocks, but ya gotta give the people what they want! Lol

What jock did you end up cooking in?

I cooked in two pairs from Raw Studio, and one pair of PUMP.

Since you are cooking in jocks, have you always cooked? What’s your favorite thing to cook

I love cooking and am naturally pretty good at it. I don’t usually follow recipes I just throw shit together and 98% of the time it turns out fan-fucken-tastic. I’d have to say my favourite meal to cook would be large sea scallops wrapped in prosciutto – so fucken good.

What was the experience in My Naked Kitchen?

There was a bit of a learning curve, haha, getting used to spitting out my thoughts and not fumbling over my words. Ed was a great director though, and we hit out groove after a while. I had a blast and can’t wait to do more!

If you could have someone join you to cook as a *second guy (my episodes were by myself, so it’d be just a second guy). Who would you like to join?

Well, I’ll probably try to drag a few buddies of mine on to the show with me, cause I feel the joking chemistry I have with most my buddies would lead to entertaining episodes haha. But if I were to pick let’s say a celebrity to co-host with it’s for sure be a three-way tie between Arnold, Sly Stallone, and The Rock haha.

Are we going to see on more than one episode?

We already filmed three episodes. I believe the first will be aired next week sometime. Then the next two will be spaced a week or two apart.

Where will the episodes be released?

You can find the episodes on the YouTube channel @ www.youtube.com/mynakedkitchen

Are you a fan of stripes and really cool waistbands? If you said yes to both the SupaWear Sea Man collection is one you’re going to love. The newest collection from Supawear has the interesting name. I”m sure we’ve heard all the jokes already! That aside Supawear continues the trend of making killer underwear.

This is what Supawsear says about the line:

Command the seven seas with Sea Man. Made from a poly and spandex blend to keep you cool and dry. It features a slim fit to give a slimming silhouette and show off assets. Single layered scoop pouch to give you an enhanced but natural lift as well as contour, shape and support everything. Combine with 2EROS CURV technology; the pouch creates a ‘contact-less’ support to reduce chaffing and sweating. It also has a thick and soft waistband for extra comfort and reduces bending or folding.

As I said, the pair is made for the stripes lover. It’s not 100% stripes. The pouches are solid and the stripes are around the side. Sorry jock fans, you get a solid pouch. It’s blue on a white background. I like that they used a darker blue rather than a bright blue. It makes it pop more against the white stripes. My favorite, believe it or not, is the trunk!

The waistband is pretty awesome. I am a waistband lover. I love cool and interesting waistbands. This is not for every guy I know but for my fellow waistband brothers, check this out. The front has the Supawear name against a white background. Which is pretty standard and nothing special. Around back is where it’s fun. The stripes of the pair are in a more abstract form.  The stripes remind me of the ocean. It’s a very cool brand.

You can find this pair on the Supawear site now!

This past month I made my triumphant return to Magic/Project. I was unable to attend the last two shows. It made it great to come back and see some brands and people I haven’t seen in over a year. However, I was not alone, The Thonged Ginger was along for the ride! It was awesome to have another UNB guy with me.

UNB Tim’s Take

Smaller show than previous shows

This year I knew I had to get back to the shows. The last two shows I have been unable to attend. In previous years there have been 20+ brands in August to visit. This show the number was down to 8 or so. This is the smallest show that I have ever been to in Vegas. The February show is always much bigger. I do plan on going and having The Thonged Ginger along with me. He was awesome to have as my wingman.

Future of the shows

If the shows continue to keep going down in attendance, the future of the underwear sections is uncertain. After the problems in 2016, many brands didn’t feel like they were welcome. Several of those didn’t return to the show. Others are only attending the February show, and skipping the August show. But time will tell as to what happens to the show. I hope they keep going in some fashion, it’s great to see all the brands and new ones!

ThongedGinger:

I agree this seemed like a small event compared to the hype that it was given but I did enjoy my time there with Tim. While I let time express the most about the show the brands we saw have some pretty good things coming soon. I would really like to spoil the new stuff we were shown from Papi but alas I’ll leave that for them once they do their reveal, all I can say is that I am a fan. The others that were shown piqued my interest but Papi and Cocksox were the only 2 that cater to my favorite style.

Stay tuned for write ups of each of the brands!

Have you ever wanted to turn your amazing selfies into a book? That’s what Mark MacKillop did while on tour! Granted, he took his selfie game to the next level! We talk to him about how his book Room XIV came to be and how he got such amazing pics on his iPhone!

Your background is dance, specifically ballet. How did you go from Ballet to posting underwear pics?

Well, I went from ballet to posting underwear pics because as dancers we usually have summers off from work. So one summer I decided to go to an open call at a modeling agency. I was the only guy chosen that day, but unfortunately, at the time I was on a work visa (being originally from Vancouver Canada) that was specific to ballet, so the timing wasn’t right. I ended up shooting with local Atlanta photographers to get some experience. With most men’s photographers you end up shooting body, and underwear photographs.

After leaving the ballet world and moving to New York to peruse musical theatre I ended up booking an international tour. While on tour I needed something creative that was my own to do so I started taking my hotel room selfies.

We are based in Atlanta, so when I read you started in Atlanta Ballet, it made me happy. How did you enjoy your time in Atlanta?

Yeah, I loved my life in Atlanta. I still have a lot of friends that I fly down to visit often. It’s always nice to come back and get the opportunity to see my friends performing all over Atlanta.

Your book is called Room XIV, what is the significance of the name?

I decided to call my book Rm. XIV because in the book I share photos from fourteen different hotel rooms.

The Instagram description says it’s a collection of underwear selfies. However, the pics look quite a bit better than cell phone selfies. Did you take the pictures in the book?

Haha why thank you. Yeah, I took all of the pics in the book on my iPhone. I would stack hotel room bed side tables on top of chairs to get the perfect angle and perspective for each shot. To be honest, when I started it was because we were staying in this hotel in Monte Carlo and I was trying to get a selfie of me shirtless in my hotel room with the bay with all the mega yachts in the background. I discovered my arms weren’t long enough to get me and the scenery in the shot so I started playing around with self-timer apps. So yeah, they are all self-timer selfies taken by me.

What is your advice to guys to take the perfect underwear selfie?

Take a bunch. Some days it would take me 20-30 shots before I’d get the right one. Near the end of the tour, I could sometimes get the shot the first time. Not sure if that’s from all the practice or just pure luck haha.

The book says it chronicled your journey on the “International Tour of West Side Story and gave an intimate look into the life of an artist on the road.” What cities did you take pictures?

All over Europe. London, Berlin, Tel Aviv, Frankfurt… and many more.

Did the idea of this book come up before you went on tour or during the tour?

To be honest, this all kinda fell into my lap. I just started posting the pics on my social media and a couple of friends reached out and said I had to do something with them. My friend Robert W. Richards took my pics into the Leslie Lohman Museum of Gay and Lesbian Art and helped to procure a gallery show of the images. Billy Porter was a big influence on the creation of the book. We spoke a lot during the second half of my tour after a chance meeting at a bar in New York, and he encouraged me to do something with the book and to start writing.

Your dance background definitely comes into play with some of the poses in the book. Did you stage the pics or just shoot what ever felt right that day?

Sometimes I’d have ideas and other times of came down to what the lighting was like that day or how flexible I was feeling haha.

The underwear you wore in the book, was that all your personal underwear or did you get underwear specifically for the book?

It was all from my personal collection. I’m fortunate now that the book has come out that I’ve made cool relationships with a few underwear and clothing companies now that help to keep my underwear drawer at home pretty envious.

After shooting a book of underwear selfies, do you have a favorite brand of underwear?

That’s hard to pick a favorite. I have my staples but I like to switch things up, and I always like trying new brands. But a jockstrap or seven will always be found in my collection.

All the pics I have seen of the book have you in briefs, did you shoot all briefs or mix it up in the book?

It’s mostly briefs, but in the special collector’s edition, limited to 100 copies, the books come with two prints, one of which is me in a jock.

When we last saw Mandies it was a few years ago. Remember the pictures of the pink undies in the amusement park? If you forgot we posted one above to refresh your memory. Mandies is a very fun, show it off kind of brand. Made in bright colors and interesting cuts. This collection continues that trend. We will cover a few of the pairs. You can see the entire collection on Candyman Fashion.

The collection is broken up into jocks, briefs, and the lone thong. JOCKS! Jocks are big in the collection. I would say the majority of the pairs are a form of jock. When I say a form of jock, it’s not the traditional jock you expect. They have taken the style and turned it on its head. Making jock briefs, classic jocks, and hybrids. One of the more interesting jocks is the MDS015 Sabatini-Princess Jockstrap. It’s a cross between a jock and boxer brief. The strap has a very interesting placement as well. If you are looking for something a little more classic try the MDS011 Bow Jockstrap. It’s a colorful and fun Jock Brief.

If briefs are your thing, there are a few good briefs in the collection. The briefs have some interesting cut outs. They are placed in the front and in the back. The MDS013 Casino Briefs have a slight cut out in the pouch and a more bikini cut. By bikini cut, we mean no fabric on the sides. Speaking of cut outs, if you like fun cut outs try the MDS005 Jacuzzi Briefs. This brief has the same cut as the Casino Briefs but two cut outs on each side in the back! Don’t worry if you want something with full coverage, get the MDS007 Marco Polo Briefs.

Lastly is the lone thong. The MDS019 Discotheque Thongs are a classic cut thong. The back looks a bit larger than most thongs. I’m not the thong expert on the site. It comes in just two colors. This collection isn’t heavy on the thongs. Maybe we will see more in the next collection.

Hey, everyone, it’s Underweardude. Clever is back with its new fall line up, and I’ve picked out a few pairs that I think are awesome! They’ve divided this season’s collection into six broad subjects: Print’s, Pick and go, Sport, Elite, Sexy, and Swimwear.

Clever has always done some fun prints, and this year is no exception with the pairs in their Print section. My favorite of the bunch is probably the Cosmopolitan, seen below as a brief but it’s also available as a boxer-brief. It’s probably the most understated print from Clever in this new collection, so if you are looking for something flashier you won’t be disappointed.

Pick and go looks like stuff meant for everyday wear, but with a Clever spin on things. While the Aura line sports a stylish and useful mesh rear, you’d mostly likely find me in the Grape colored Classy Icon Latin brief. I own several Clever Latin briefs in various colors myself, and I quite like them. They are quite a low rise but still feel very much like a pair of briefs. More basic boxers and briefs are available if that suits your tastes as well.

Sport sees the proliferation of mesh continue, as a majority of the pairs from this segment consist of close-knit mesh that doesn’t appear to be see through, in case you were worried. I like the look of the Spaceman brief myself. With the entirety of the rear made of mesh, you’ll never get overheated back there, or get the dreaded “swamp-ass.”

Elite seems harder to pin down than the other divisions, the pairs within all have a classy look to them. Mostly solid tones, my favorite of them being the green Navy Latin brief. It’s rare to see such a light shade of green grace men’s underwear.

Sexy is where Clever lets its designs go wild. See through mesh, skimpy bikinis, jocks, and thongs all dwell here. If I had to choose, I’d go with either the New Wave Brief, which harkens back to Clever’s old Romano Brief style, that has been missing from Clever’s lineup for some years now that I quite like, or the navy thong, with some fun color combinations. While brown isn’t usually my pick for the color of my underwear, the bright blue trim and logo on the waistband just pop for me, and I think they work well together.

Lastly, we have swimwear, with a bevy of fun prints. My favorite is the Summertime swimsuit Brief, particularly the rear. Such a nicely composed illustration, and a great use of color. I could easily see a print of this hanging on a wall somewhere.

So which pair would you wear? Be sure to let us know in the comments below, or let us know on twitter!

One photographer doing something different is Lucas Murnaghan. He’s going underwater to capture his art! Lucas shoots his models underwater. He captures amazing images that make you wonder, “How did he get that shot?”  He first came across my radar on Instagram. His artistic vision and eye for detail made his pictures stand out. I knew we had to interview him here on UNB.

Hi Lucas, how did you get into doing underwater photography?

I started with surf photography but after a few years found myself looking for some new challenges.  I had all the gear and wanted to find a way to shoot more often during the long cold winters here in Toronto.  I approached a local water polo club and swim team, and they welcomed me to shoot during one of their practices.  That early work evolved into my current style, and I’ve been exploring new possibilities ever since.

When did you put the underwater photography with swimwear/underwear? (If different)

The underwater work was a natural tie in for swimwear, and I was lucky to work with a few brands early on who provided me with the product to highlight underwater.  Underwear, of course, isn’t much different from swimwear from a photographic standpoint and works well in my shoots from an aesthetic standpoint.  I tend to prefer more classic colours and styles, though have had some fun with more vibrant prints and daring cuts.

Your photography is creative. How do you come up with your inspiration and ideas for your shoots?

My photography is my creative and artistic outlet.  It wasn’t until I started to do it that I even realized that I had a creative side.  My photography is an expression of what goes on inside my head and who knows where that stuff comes from!

One picture that I thought was amazing was the 57 member water polo team. How did you arrange that and execute it? The picture is impressive!

This was the Triggerfish Waterpolo Club.  They were the first team I worked with when I first started doing underwater photography.  With the leadership of the club, we came up with the idea for an underwater team photo.  This was a tremendous undertaking and took a lot of preparation and direction.  We must have shot for nearly two hours before we pulled off this shot.  Needless to say, we were all pretty thrilled with the final product.

Being that you shoot underwater, do you or your models have issues holding your breath to get the perfect shot?

Doing an underwater photoshoot presents all sorts of technical and physical challenges.  I choose to shoot without any SCUBA equipment because I want to experience the shoot as my subjects do.  We work together on our timing and get into a rhythm which makes this the best way to communicate and work together.  Some models are more comfortable than others at the outset – but I take that as one of my personal challenges to bring everyone up to a level of comfort that we can achieve our artistic vision.

Your work is mainly in pools, do you prefer the look of a pool over lakes or oceans?

I started with my underwater work in the middle of the winter in Toronto, Canada, so pools were a natural place to start.  I always figured I’d ‘practice’ in pools and then move into lakes and oceans and leave the pools behind.  The truth is that I have fallen in love with pools as an environment.  Growing up as a swimmer and water polo player – I have a nostalgic relationship with these locations and facilities and being able to portray them in a different way has been a huge part of the experience for me.

Have you thought of doing a book with your amazing work?

I am currently working on a coffee table book of my work – this is a huge project and very intimidating goal for me.  I have enjoyed introducing my work to the world through social media, but I look forward to presenting it in a more curated narrative in print format.

Where can our readers see your amazing work?

The enhanced shaping GridFit design is both breathable and supportive when you most need it. All great features to keep your boys happy.

The Gridfit line is made out of a fabric blend of 90% nylon and 10% elastane. They are to be machine wash cold but will need to be hung to dry for best durability. So dryer guys probably will want to pass on these. Also, they state to avoid rough surfaces. Like most of aussieBum’s products, they are proudly made in Australia. These are available in sizes small to extra large.

Really couldn’t everyone use a pair of performance underwear now and then? We all have days we sweat. Your package deserves some supportive, breathability, and moisture wicking love. Doreanse Introduction

Doreanse is a brand I discovered recently and look forward to trying more of their products. I bought one of their thongs last year and found it to be excellent. The thong was well made, and the fabric was superb. Plus the price of their underwear is easy on the wallet.

The brand Doreanse was established in 1999 in Istanbul, Turkey. They market themselves as a luxury undergarment brand for men and women. Their fabric is what makes their underwear and how they promote it. Most of their designs contain a special fabric blend of 45% modal, 45% cotton, and 10% elastane. This fabric blend offers breathability, softness, along with lightweight comfort. Here’s what their site says about their fabric blend.

“Our classic blend features Turkish cotton which contains more threads per square inch than cotton made elsewhere, lending more durability while keeping the fabric lightweight and breathable. Our modal, a cellulose fiber made from beech trees, is not only softer than mercerized cotton but also resistant to shrinkage and fading. Elastane, or Lycra-Spandex, provides the necessary elasticity, so every garment perfectly conforms to your body shape. This fabric blend also offers easy care, best washed in cold water with only half of the recommended amount of detergent and no fabric softener needed.“

Doreanse offers a wide range of styles for men. They’ve got the skimpy pairs with thongs, g-string, and bikinis. They’ve got a variety of briefs offering different amounts of coverage. Fan of boxer briefs or trunks? They got them too. Also, they produce boxers, jock briefs, t-shirts, tank tops, muscle Ts, and long johns. The bodysuit is also in the line up with thong, brief, and boxer styles. With that offering, they should have a little of something for everyone. They offer many of their styles in various prints and not just solid colors, which I like to see from brands.

Have you tried the Doreanse brand? If so let us know your thoughts on them in the comments.
