Men’s Underwear

Category

We are a firm believer at UNB that guys should wear whatever they feel the best wearing. It can be a thong, boxer briefs, silk, mesh, cotton or spandex. This extends to guys of all sizes and shapes. No one should have to be limited to wearing something because styles aren’t made in your size. Currently, many brands don’t make underwear over the size 38-inch waist. Speaking as a guy who’s over this size, it can be frustrating to find underwear, only to find out it’s not for you.

BodyAware is taking this on! They are going to start making underwear in 3XL sizing. This is great news for bigger guys everywhere.

What is BodyAware doing?

They are believers in that all guys should wear great undies. They are going to expand a few of their lines to 3XL starting this month. Then they will be expanding the sizing over the next few months. It’s great to see another company take this step. Here is their words from their blog post announcing the extended sizing.

The idea of being/feeling sexy doesn’t just limit itself to the clothes you wear; it also applies your underwear! People who are bigger deserve to have sexy underwear that flatters their body, rather than only reserving the skin-tight, revealing underwear to those who have “socially-acceptable” body sizes. If someone wants to wear a sexy thong, then gosh darn it, they should be able to wear a thong, even if they’re plus-size!

Here at BodyAware, we’re aware of this issue in the world of fashion, so we’re doing what we can to make everyone feel included by offering size 3XL in many of our popular styles!

What is BodyAware Offering in Extended sizing:

This is a list of what is currently out or will be out soon. Over the next few months, there will be more styles and colors in extended sizing. Note some styles may be limited in colors.

If you are in the need of expanded sizing or want to support a company who is doing it. Go shop at BodyAware now!. Note, that I couldn’t find a bigger guy in BodyAware undies so I had to use a regular picture.

Male Power furnished the Athletic Sport Mini Short for review.

Rating: 8.6/10

  • Daily Fit: 8/10
  • Sizing: 9/10
  • Construction: 9/10
  • Styling: 9/10
  • Daily Performance: 8/10

Pros: Great pouch, stretchy fabric, and great pouch

Cons: mesh was annoying at one point.

UNB Tim recommendation: I enjoyed this pair. It’s great for a regular day doing work. It can be work working out or lounging around the house. The pouch was my favorite thing. It fits great and gave me ample support throughout the day.

Male Power has some interesting undies. They have always been known for some of the over the top and fun styles. However, in the last few years, they have been making some more “mainstream” underwear. Don’t worry they are still making the erotic pairs, but they are making some traditional styles with their own spin on it. Like the Athletic Mini Short

This pair has a traditional trunk cut. Which felt nice with a great pouch. The way Male Power put their spin on it was the fabric. It’s made out of a sports mesh fabric. Which wasn’t totally see through but it makes you feel a little bit sexy throughout the day.

I wore these to my part time job. Luckily, I am going back full time this next week for a few months. It’s a lot of manual lifting and running around. They felt great throughout the day. The only thing that got me was if your manhood doesn’t line up, the holes in the fabric can rub you the wrong way, Literally. This happens to me from time to time with mesh. Do you guys have the same issue?

Two of the big plusses were the fabric and pouch. The fabric was super stretchy and felt great throughout the day. Other than the issue above, which after I adjusted it didn’t bother me. I love undies that are tighter and keep everything in place. A second was the pouch. Many times I get trunks without a defined pouch. The lack of support will drive me crazy.

Sizing for me in this pair was spot on. It wasn’t too tight. Some of their pairs I have had in the past vary in the sizing. I think the new lines are more consistent than some of the older ones. Just make sure you double check the sizing chart. This line I don’t think you will have too many issues with sizing.

I enjoyed this pair a lot. While I’m not the biggest trunk guy. I think I will wear these on a regular basis. This is one of the pairs I love with a great pouch and fabric. It gives me the support I need on a daily basis.

Are you a fan of lace? Have you ever wanted to try lace underwear? One of the first pairs of lace undies I ever tried was a pair from Male Power. At the time I was willing to give something new a try. The pair just blew me away with the comfort and how sexy I felt wearing them. Many guys out there see Lace for men as something you shouldn’t wear.

Pros: Cool snap fly.

Cons: Sizing is a bit off.

Underweardude recommendation: If you are looking for a fun sexy thong for the bedroom, this is worth a look.

Male Power, the venerable underwear brand that has been making snazzy underwear for guys since the 70’s has come out with it’s 2017 lineup, and I’ve got an interesting pair that I received from them to review, the Snap Thong. What makes this pair different from most, if any pairs, I’ve encountered, are the three snaps buttons that cross diagonally above the right hip, and form the connection to that side.

So what did I like about this pair? First off, it had real character. The mesh was fun, but it wasn’t too wide so you couldn’t really see anything until up close. Combined with the fun snap feature, I can see this pair becoming a real big hit in the bedroom. The rest of the thong itself is your standard thong shape, as much as there is one these days. The dark blue mesh of the pair I received combined well with the white elastic trim. The pouch is fine, if not exceptional, with some stretch provided by the material. I was also curious to see how the fly would work in less, romantic situations. It worked better than I expected, though I dared not try it in public. I would not want to go through the difficulty and embarrassment of fumbling with my underwear for that long in a public restroom, or pray that no one heard the snap as it was closed. The snaps appear to be well made, of high quality.

This pair was not without its faults, however. The thong strap is too wide in between the legs for my tastes, and the way the white trim is on the back strap does not look very flattering in my opinion. I also had an issue with sizing. I’m a bit of a scrawny guy but usually, size small pairs work for me. The tag, (a small one thank goodness), states the pair to be a S/M, so perhaps that is why the pair is a bit loose. It is still fine for me just lounging around the house, but I would not try to say, going for a run in it. This size issue causes the fabric that the snaps lay on upfront to bulge slightly.

Then we come to the snaps. They are quite hard to remove, which I guess is sort of a good thing when three snaps are holding your underwear together, but it also makes it impossible to remove even one with just one hand, lowering the sex appeal of the pair for me a bit.Once a second hand is applied the snaps come off easily and quickly. The snap fly is also on the right side of the pair, which may be annoying to some wearers who are left handed.

Overall, I want to like this pair. It is sexy, fun, with a great party piece in the snaps. By no means is this pair a bad thong. It’s just not a great thong. It just isn’t and alls round all day thong. It’s a pair that its purpose is in the bedroom, and it has enough there to be useful. Its major flaw is that it doesn’t fit me in particular. I am sure there are many men for which this thong will fit perfectly. Alas, I am not one of them. Despite its limited use, the Male Power Snap Thong has some characteristics that make it quite attractive for that use, so if you are looking for a pair to wear for fun times, give the pair a look.

We will not be doing coverage of Magic/Project this week. In years past, I would go and meet with the brands. Then cover them the weeks after. It is a great chance to get face time with brands. Talk to them about what they have planned and see how we can help them get the word out on their new lines. Last August we sent Undies Rock to cover the show for us. Unfortunately, this year I wasn’t able to attend due to costs and no one else was able to fill in.

But there is a way you can help us go to Magic. Many people I have talked to ask why we do a Patreon program for the blog. This is one of the reasons. Travel is expensive when going to Las Vegas. I am able to do it for around $1,000 – $1,200 and that’s on a budget. For each person that goes, it will be roughly that much.

We want to use the money you guys give us to expand our video content, travel to LA and Vegas to meet with brands, buy review pairs and more. We get some money for advertising but it doesn’t cover all we want to do and cover for you guys. I personally think that getting time in front of brands has been key to the success of UNB. It’s not that we cover the brands, we know the people behind them.

Everyone who writes at UNB is a massive underwear lover. From myself down to our newest guy. We have a big passion and do it on a small budget. We do a lot on a small budget! We only seem big and glamorous. lol We hope you will consider donating $1 to us a month. If we had half of our readers to donate $1 we could travel and do a lot more!

Visit the UNB Patreon page for more information to donate or contact us here for more information. I will be happy to answer any questions.

Hi, my name is Keith, and I’m addicted to underwear.

Truthfully, I don’t think I’ve crossed into addict territory yet. But my wallet has been groaning a bit the last couple months. I am as new to the underwear scene as I am to this site, and it has certainly been an interesting experience. I’ve never given underwear much thought– until age 18. My mom generally stocked that drawer in my dresser. Usually with the back-to-school special from the local supermarket. Once I hit college, money was scarce, bills were aplenty. When I had an extra buck or two, it usually found its way to the beer fund. New underwear wasn’t even on the radar, let alone premium underwear with a premium price tag.

I’m now 28 and have a grown-up job, grown-up bills, and a grown-up relationship. My partner and I moved in together one year ago this month and as many do, share a dresser. It was evident we have very different taste in underwear. For my birthday this past November, out of love (or disgust), he gave me my first two pairs of nicer underwear. They were simple Stance boxer briefs with fun prints. As I am easily amused, this was a bit of a home run. I flew home for Christmas wearing underwear with reindeer on them. Win. What blew my mind, was how comfortable they were. Light, smooth, airy, and I almost forgot I was wearing them. Double-win. That was really the tipping point. Once you wear something like that, you really can’t go back the all-white Haines boxer briefs. Before my trip home, I placed an order for an exorbitant amount of underwear on the 2(x)ist website (they were having a New Year’s sale, and it was the only brand I had recalled hearing much about).

Since I didn’t know much about underwear fit and my personal preferences, I ordered it all. Boxer briefs, briefs, jock-briefs, jocks, bikinis, and trunks in a mix of cotton and various poly-blends (it really was an insane order…). Having tried them for a few weeks now, I tend to gravitate towards the boxer briefs, trunks, and briefs. These are definitely a bit more conservative, and for getting my toes wet, much more comfortable. Also as a bigger guy (~6’2’’, a 36 waist, and solid 250lbs), I prefer a little support and the comfort of knowing I’m not hanging out in all the wrong places…

Which leads to this. A classically-trained pianist by night, and Immunologist by day writing for an underwear blog (folks, they truly are for everyone). I’m looking forward to starting this journey and sharing my experiences with the readers. I’ll give you the good and the bad, and look forward to suggestions. There are a lot of underwear out there, and I’ve got a few years worth to catch up on.

Todd Sanfield provided me with these undies to review. The only time I usually wear trunks or boxer briefs is when I am getting ready to hit the gym. I like the extra coverage and support that they give when I work out. It is very hard for me to find a trunk that I would be comfortable wearing all day, however, my search is over!

Pros: Plenty of coverage with a roomy pouch and Classy design and colors

Cons: Leg opening tend to ride up

UNB John’s recommendation:

This is the third pair of undies that I have reviewed from Todd Sanfield’s Essentials Collection, and I purposefully waited to review these trunks for last. I am usually not a big trunk fan, however, I really liked the jock and the briefs so wanted to give these a chance. The fabric again is amazing and the color is super sexy. These also have a nice roomy pouch and I never found myself having to “readjust” during the day. The elegant detailing is also just icing on the cake when it comes to these amazing undies.

When I first put these trunks on, the fabric was so comfortable and the coverage was great. The waistband is simple and comfortable as well. I also like the fact that the sizing and care tags are screen printed on and not an actual tag. There is a small, black logo tag with a small wrap around fabric band that just adds a little extra “pop” to the design as well.

As I wore these trunks, I did notice that the leg openings did ride up a little in the back. I have a bigger behind so this is something that I experience with many shorter cut trunks so I was halfway expecting to have that happen. Even though they did ride up a little, I never felt like it was distracting or annoying in any way as I have experienced with other trunks, and the coverage on these was still amazing and never felt like my booty was hanging out of them.

Final Thoughts:

I am not a huge trunk cut fan, but these trunks by Todd Sanfield might just make me a believer in them. Sexy and elegant, these fit amazing. They are just tight enough to show off that booty and support and enhance your package upfront. Great to wear under a pair of dress pants for work, or just wear around the house.

Product write-up
Candyman 99247 Thong Color Black
UNB Sandy

What’s not to love about a company that suggests,

Before you don CandyMan, ask yourself, “Who do I want to be today?”

This is a company that produces underwear that’s unabashedly playful and sexy that loves to push limits. They made their mark with some tantalizing role-play dress-up costumes — everything from police to Batman, cowboy, and chef! “Playful” doesn’t even begin to describe how much fun a couple of men will have with these skimpy costumes!

“Skimpy” is probably the best adjective for 92247 thong the company introduced this year. Not only is the coverage minimal but the fabric is a see-through lace that’ll convert any of us to voyeurism! As Candyman says, “The thong is a sexy boudoir piece for boys that leaves little to the imagination! Made from sheer lace, this sexy number provides a dash of coverage only where it counts up front.” That may actually be an exaggeration!

The thong is handmade in Colombia, South America with USA and Colombian fabrics which are 88% Nylon and 12% Spandex. The smooth microfiber provides support and comfort exactly where needed — and not a centimeter more! The waist is a thin elastic as is the thong string.

If you’re willing to dare to be bare and offer your partner a lacy invitation to all kinds of fun to follow — order one of these — wiggle into it — and throw caution (and coverage) to the wind!

The official description is: ” The CandyMan 99247 Thong is a sexy boudoir piece for boys that leaves little to the imagination! Made from sheer lace, this sexy number provides a dash of coverage only where it counts up front.”

Winter may be coming to an end soon, but Cin2 is out with a thermal line to help keep you warm. Cin2 is a well-established brand that is one of the first brands I bought when I started to get into underwear. I have a soft spot for Cin2 and love how their underwear fits me when I wear it. The Thermal line looks nice when you first see it. It uses “heather” to help make the colors not so bright. The Thermal line is out now for purchase.

The Thermal line is nice because it features long underwear, but also a thermal shirt that matches. The shirt and underwear are both made of 60% Cotton, 40% Modal/Rayon/Viscose. There are long underwear and a long sleeve crew shirt. The shirt is Henley style, so it has a few buttons near the neck so you can open up the neck a little. The underwear and shirt come in “cell block” and “splash” which is dark gray and blue. This line would be for cold nights in or when you are out and about and need extra layers of your clothing. Wouldn’t be the best for the gym since it is designed to keep you warm.

I love the look of the line and enjoy the heathered colors. It softens to two colors so they are not super bright, but also you still get some color. I love the line is 60% cotton so it will be soft and warm feeling when you pull it on, no one likes cold underwear when you first pull it on! I love the Henley detail on the shirt to add more interest. It also helps the shirt not just look like an underwear shirt, so if you wanted to wear it on a normal day.

This is a nice stylish line that will help keep you warm on cold winter days and nights. The line features long underwear and long sleeve shirts that match, which is nice if you need the extra warmth. The Thermal line is available now on Cin2’s website.

A few questions featuring Arad, who was voted Model of the year by our readers.

Why did you want to participate in the book?

I knew that participating in the SEX = POWER = FREEDOM book would be a perfect way for me help others by telling my story of how I escaped from Iran and why obtaining political freedom was so important to me that I left all of my family behind in Iran and risked by life by escaping on foot through the snowy mountains from Iran to Turkey.   I think it is important to tell my story because most people are unaware of what it is like for most people that have to live in countries like Iran where people are denied every type of freedom and personal choice.  In Iran, I was not allowed to wear my hair the way I wanted or shave my face, or wear a t-shirt, or be a model or a body builder and people aren’t even allowed to date or have sex outside of a heterosexual marriage because everything is controlled by the government.  If I would have been identified as gay by the Iranian police or government I would have been killed. I hope the book will let me tell my story and bring awareness to the plight of those who still must live in places like Iran and those that have been imprisoned, tortured and killed simply because they were LGBT or opposed their governments.

You’ve had quite a personal experience, escaping from Iran, into Turkey and finally, the U.S. How has this aspect of your background influenced your work as an Andrew Christian model?

When you go from living in an oppressive country like Iran to living in a free country like the United States you feel like one’s world is turned upside down.  At first, I felt very disoriented, everything was new and I didn’t speak English but I recognized that Americans have a basic respect for each other which doesn’t exist in Iran. In the United States, people smile and are generally happy.  For me freedom and happiness are contagious and I want to help spread hope to other LGBT people who must live in any oppressive environments whether it is a small town in the U.S, or with a family that isn’t accepting or in a country like Iran where people aren’t allowed even basic freedoms.   I also want to raise awareness for the plight of those who live in hostile oppressive countries and help make Americans understand that most people from the middle east are just like you and me…they want to live in peace and freedom and many good people need our assistance.

What’s the best part about working with Andrew Christian?

Andrew Christian is revolutionary!  I think the best part of working with Andrew is that there isn’t any judgment with him or the company.  Andrew Christian promotes and accepts people for who they are.  Andrew does so many amazing things for the LGBT community and this book is just one of the many good things that Andrew has done since I have known him.   Besides the overall message of freedom, one of the best parts of the book is that Andrew listed everyone name who contributed to the book on a thank you page in the back of the book so that everyone can be part of this project.  I am so proud that Andrew created this book and allowed me to be part of it because he is the only one I know who is brave enough to print a sexy 200-page photo book with a political LGBT empowerment message.

Tell us briefly about growing up in Iran, to give our reader’s an idea of your upbringing… (Although with the countries attitudes to the LGBT community).

Living in Iran was not a happy life…people are just trying to try to survive day-to-day.  I think it is important to tell my story because most people are unaware of what it is like for most people that have to live in countries like Iran where people are denied every type of freedom, personal choice and chance to advance your life.  In Iran, I was not allowed to wear my hair the way I wanted or shave my face or wear a t-shirt, and people aren’t even allowed to date or have sex outside of a heterosexual marriage because everything is controlled by the government.  If I would have been identified as gay by the Iranian police or government I would have been killed.

What was happening in Iran before you left/during your escape?

I was in the military in Iran but decided to leave because I knew I would not be able to have any type of life that would provide me any happiness there.  In countries like Iran people have no respect for each other and most people aren’t happy.  Obtaining political freedom was so important to me that I left all of my family behind and risked my life by escaping on foot through the snowy mountains from Iran to Turkey.  I had no passport but my family did pay a guide to take me half way through the mountains.  One I was in Turkey I was arrested for having a forged passport and imprisoned for 6 months.  During this time Turkey was getting ready to deport me back to Iran where I would have been hanged for being a military deserter.  I was able to get a message from prison to my family and they hired an attorney which contacted the United Nations refugee program.  I was only accepted into their refugee program because the U.N. knew that I would be killed if I was sent back to Iran.

How did this affect you? (Were you scared?)

Being in a Turkish prison was horrible but I did meet other Iranian people in prison who were also trying to escape from Iran and they were the ones who told me about the United Nations refugee program that ultimately saved my life.

Tell us about your escape, and how you got to America?

When I was in prison in Turkey I was able to get a message to my family and they hired an attorney which contacted the United Nations refugee program.  I was accepted into their refugee program because the U.N. knew that I would be killed if I was sent back to Iran.   After I was released from prison I had to stay in Turkey for three years for all of the U.N. paperwork to be finished.

What happened once you were there, and how did you end up modeling for Andrew Christian?

After my paperwork was completed by the U.N. I was flown to Dallas Texas and I only had $300.  I did have a case manager who trying to help me with the basics of survival but it wasn’t easy. At first, I felt very disoriented, I didn’t speak English, everything was new and there were endless consumer choices.  My case worker helped me get a job at an elevator company but It didn’t pay much and had to ride my bicycle 1.5 hours each way to get to it.  The U.N. makes refugees repay their airline tickets so I spent the next year trying to pay that off…but at least I was free and I appreciated that Americans have a basic respect for each other which doesn’t exist in Iran.  I knew I needed a way to make more money so I became a gogo boy.  The first night I worked I made more money that working 4 months in Iran.  Being a gogo boy I was able to learn about the amazing work Andrew Christian is doing for LGBT empowerment and was invited to become one of Andrew’s Trophy Boys.

Had you dreamt of modeling before, or was this something new?

I had always wanted to model but that isn’t even a choice in Iran. U unless one follows the strict religious laws you will be arrested.

Can you give any words of advice/comfort to those that are in similar situations to yours?

I knew that participating in the SEX = POWER = FREEDOM book would be a perfect way for me help others by telling my story of how I escaped from Iran and why obtaining political freedom.

Andrew Christian just released his book SEX = POWER = FREEDOM. It’s an interesting book, which I happen to have a copy of the book. It’s definitely interesting. I think the reason behind it some of you guys would find interesting. It’s not just a sex book for shock value, Andrew Christian did it for a reason. Tomorrow we will have an interview with Arad about his involvement in the book. He was voted the Best model of 2017 in our Reader Awards.

Let’s talk about SEX = POWER = FREEDOM. Why did you decide to release this kind of book?

This book has been something I have been wanting to undertake for many years to give voice to the ideals and beliefs that I hold dear to my heart. When Trump was elected President, I knew it as important to tear into the subject of how one’s openness to their own sexual identity relates to emotional freedom and how societies acceptance of equal rights for the LGBT community relates to political freedom.  When I first envisioned the book my vision of it was very simple, it was going to be a book of sexy photos of my half-naked models, as one might expect from Andrew Christian, but as the idea developed I realized that a “sexy photo book” could be so much more and could give me a platform to really express my views toward promoting LGBT empowerment.  As the idea percolated over the months it became even more clear to me that sex = power and power = freedom so I named the book SEX = POWER = FREEDOM.

Madonna got a lot of heat in the early 90s for her book “Sex.” Did you have any reservations about publishing SEX = POWER = FREEDOM?

Growing up in Fresno California, Madonna was my hero and inspiration as she wrote her own rules and tore down all the walls that people tried to throw her up against. If people are comparing my book with Madonna’s Sex book than I am honored.  Over the years I have been lucky enough to gain a small voice in the LGBT community and I have come to appreciate that my words and voice do have meaning. If lending my voice to a cause or belief can help even one person feel better about themselves or improve their life in any meaningful way then all the work and struggle I have gone through to gain that voice has been worth it. I think it’s also about me and my company being that beacon of light to LGBT people living in small towns or countries where the LGBT community is not accepted and letting them know there is a way out and a future for them.

With the major political changes we are currently experiencing in the United States, to what extent do you think this book could change people’s opinions on sexual diversity and LGBT issues?

I am not sure it will change anyone’s opinion but hopefully, it will reinforce the overall message of my book of  LOVE!  We need to take care of each other, we need to be aware and concerned about the struggles of others and we need to teach compassion and non-judgment. These are some of the biggest lessons I have learned in my life. We all can make a conscious decision to practice this every day. Discrimination against people based on their sexual orientation is passing judgment against them and it is certainly more a reflection on the person making the judgment than the person being judged.  One message I would like readers to take away from the book is we need to love ourselves and we need to love each other.  There are many out there in the world that still believes that sexual orientation is a choice or a disease and would love the rid the world of the LGBTI community. We need to remember that we are all like-minded brothers and sisters and we need to stick up for each other no matter where we live in the world. Let’s lift each other up instead of tearing each other apart on social media about things that are petty and inconsequential; let’s spend our time thinking about important social and human rights issues that have real meaning in people’s lives and let spend our efforts helping those we can.

Many of the photos are sexually suggestive, but none actually display men engaging in intercourse. Were there any specific rules that you had to follow from the publisher?

Unfortunately, in trying to get my book printed, I had many printers reject the project.  It was clear to me that many were rejecting the project because they were homophobic and one was even more blatant as he outright laughed in my face over the subject.  When one lives in a big city like Los Angeles it is easy to forget that most of the world still doesn’t accept the LGBTI community and will do whatever they can to silence us and our advancement into mainstream society.  Although the rejection of my “homosexual” book was shocking and having people laugh in my face was even more insulting, it made me more determined than ever to see it through to print and fully execute my first amendment rights.

Where do you draw the line between risqué art and pornography?

My artistic vision for the book was to show all facets of sexuality, without any judgment or morality. I didn’t consider anything to go too far for the book, what one person may think is pornographic and taboo another may consider totally acceptable. One important message of my book is non-judgment.

Were there any concepts that were too risqué to make the final cut?

I did have trouble finding a printer who would print the original version which went much further than the current Silver and Gold Editions that I ended up printing; but I have found a printer that is willing to produce my original, and much more risqué, Black version and I hope to release this later this year.

Who came up with the ideas for the scenes?  Do any of them represent your personal fantasies?

Although the images in the book appear overtly sexual, if you read the text you will understand it is really a political statement. I enjoyed creating this mash-up of sex and politics and wanted to present these concepts in a novel way so I chose a coffee table photo book which I hope will help further this important conversation.

The book has 200 pages of beautiful and artistic shots, but do you have that one favorite photo or scene?

I really love everything in the book, but If you look closely you will find a couple of pages of guys with the Jewish star and Christian cross tattoos kissing other guys with  Muslim symbol tattoos.  I think this speaks to the message love in the book.  Love will always win, we just have to let it and mutual support and non-judgment are the first steps.

How instrumental has INDIEGOGO been for the creation and publication of SEX = POWER = FREEDOM?

When I started this project I had a vision for the book but wasn’t sure how I would make it into a reality so I was amazed to see how involved the fans became in the Indiegogo campaign from very early on.  I was shocked and humbled that in only 60 days I raised over $105,000 with over 1,000 contributors and I was thrilled that with their help I was actually going to be able to create this book and go on this journey with them.  To show my appreciation to everyone that contributed to the project I listed their names in the book and I am so proud of each and every one of them for believing in me and my message.  The funds that we raised will allow me to take this message of LGBT empowerment on a world-wide book signing tour over this next year.  I would love to be able to meet as many people as possible that contributed to the project along with those that want to stand with me in promoting LGBT equality in the USA and around the world.

You’re about to go on a book tour starting in February. How are you preparing to travel cross country for the next few months?

We have only been booking venues for two weeks and we already have over 35 appearances confirmed so I am very excited to have the opportunity to travel around and meet the thousands of people who participated in funding the book and who shares my message of LGBTI unity and empowerment.  I am also excited to give away the Gold Limited Edition copies that I had printed as they aren’t available for purchase…anywhere…and one can only be gifted these at one of our book signing or charity events.
