Alexander COBB© was introduced to his audience for the third time with his collection of men’s swimwear in two variations: slip / trunks and boxers, following world’s trends and targeting men aware of their bodies, and those that like movement, enjoy water sports and recreational activities.

The top material quality from a leading European manufacturer is good reason to purchase any of the given product.

They are easy to dry, hold well, and its cut allows sport movements, speed in water, as well as in dry weather. The materials consists of ultraviolet protected factor 50+ (UPF 50+) which blocks 97.5% of ultraviolet sunrays, outstanding endurance for high temperatures, steadiness in color and quality, and resistance to sand and peeling.

The material used to make swimwear (Revolution Energy) is a fabric of high compression which enables outstanding elasticity, optimal muscle compression, and exceptional transparency. It influences the correct muscle maintenance, increase in effectiveness of movement and decrease in muscle fatigue. All these attributes create a perfect fabric for sporting and intensive activities in salted or chlorinated water. Thanks to the use of Xtra Life Lycra, clothing pieces keep its shape over a longer period of time.

Last but not least, Alexander COBB® swimwear in slip/ brief cut comes with lift up system. This system utilizes foam pouch to provide comfort and increased volume

It’s about a week away from the official start of swimwear season in the states. That day is Memorial Day weekend. It’s the time we flock to the beach and go as bare as we dare. Some barer than others. This is the year to do it Aussie Style. Wear those swim briefs to the beach and own it. Gay, bi or straight it’s time we unite and bring it to the beaches in the states.

One brand we have really love is Sluggers. We interviewed them a few months ago, and they impressed me on their designs and philosophy in swimwear. The one I really love is the Banana DeeTees. Because they are fun, you can have your very own banana hammock. I would totally rock this and enjoy chatting with people about it!

You may be asking what DeeTees means? They say it mean’s Dick Togs. Which is Aussie slang for swimwear. This is one of the four styles that Sluggers make. They say these are great for the American market. But if you want more of an Aussie cut we suggest the Classics.

The Banana are my favorite of all of them. The bananas are on a navy background. Made out of a polyester and spandex makes for a stretchy fabric and a tighter fit – but still comfy. Swimwear should be tight. If it’s not it may come off while getting out of the water. Some of our readers wouldn’t mind that. Well, if you’re on a public beach that could be a problem.

If you are looking for something awesome, then you need to look no farther than Sluggers. They have some other great prints and solids as well. Make sure you go to the Sluggers site and see all the amazing pairs they currently offer! The Banana DeeTees retails for $36.53 at the Sluggers site

Bodyaware has been one of the leading companies in design for fun and fashion in men’s underwear since 1998. If you’re ready to step out of the board shorts and get some sun on your legs, Bodyaware has a new swim brief called the Bam Bam. I’m assuming the name comes from the leopard print. Or possibly a color the Flintstones might have fashioned. These swim briefs are available now to prepare for your summer fun. I have not worn this brand of swim briefs before, but I may have to try this pair.

The new Bam Bam swim brief comes in a white color with black and light blue leopard spots animal print. The front pouch has a soft structured seam down the front. It is lined on the inside with a brilliant contrast panel. while the back is full with a center seam. One of the unique features of this swim brief is the metallic silver rings on either side of the front pouch. To give you more of a nude look.

They are made of 85% nylon and 15% spandex to give you fitted feel but enough stretch for movement. With the majority of the material made of nylon the swim briefs are going to be quick drying. Which I think is essential for all swimwear. The 85% nylon should make you feel like you’re almost wearing nothing. Guys can wear these swim briefs to the beach, the pool, or lounging around at home in the back yard. Be brave this summer and break away from those board shorts and get some sun on your legs.

This pair of swim briefs is machine or hand wash which is key. Summer is too busy and doesn’t last long enough so I need to be able to machine wash. The Bam Bam swim briefs are definitely more revealing than board shorts, but it’s summer and hot be brave. As small as the swim briefs are and with the material type. It won’t take long for your swimwear to dry after you take a dip in the water.

If you are in the market for some new swimwear this summer, be confident and let your inner caveman out. With a pair of Bam Bam swim briefs. I haven’t tried these out yet, but I will probably get a pair. They are available now, so hurry before they run out. For more information or to order go to www.bodyaware.com.

Are you wanting to take the Swim Brief Challenge? But you don’t want something too skimpy. You just want to dip your toe in the swim brief water. One of the best pairs to get is the Speedo Core Solid Brief. This is one of the first swim briefs I ever wore. It’s a classic in the world of swimwear. One that many guys out there wore on at swim team practice.

The Core Solid Brief is a solid. Shocking news i know! It’s in four colors, Navy, Red, Blue and Black. They are pretty basic in the world of swimwear. I think the first pair of these I bought were the black. You really can’t go wrong with the black. This pair is what I call a competition cut. It has wider sides, roughly about 3 inches. It will give you ample coverage but still have a brief form.

Why is this a beginners pair? As mentioned above you won’t be showing off all the goods. It’s a bigger cut but is flattering on many body types. The front is flat with no pouch. This mean’s you won’t be bulging to the extreme. Also, the pair fits great. I remember the first time I tried one on and I was like “OMG this feels amazing.” The brief will give you the support you need without constricting.

This is the pair that introduced me into wearing Speedos (I can say that since I’m talking about a Speedo brand swim brief) on the beach and in the pool. After a while I ventured into other brands and smaller pairs. I guess you could call this the gateway pair. It allowed me to feel comfortable and then move on to other pairs.

Lastly the pair is made from 74% Nylon / 26% LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™ fiber. Their Xtra Life Lycra is supposed to give 5-10X more wear. I can’t vouch for that seeing I haven’t bought one of these in the last few years. This pair is available for $39.00 from the Speedo site or you can find them at any big sporting goods retailer.

With one more line just released, Modus Vivendi continues to unveil its extensive swimwear collection for Summer 2017. The Camo Swimwear Line comprises five different styles (swim briefs, low cut swim briefs, brazil cut swim trunks, swim shorts and jogging cut swim shorts) in two, geometric camouflage, colour ways (blue camo and khaki camo). The brand, with this line invites you to find your inner marine or navy seal this summer and be a tower of strength! Choose the cut that suits you best and enjoy your days by the beach in style!

The campaign for this campaign was photographed at a hugely popular resort of Mexico, Puerto Vallarta, by charismatic Tom Cullis. The photographer took new face, model Isa Viorato to various locations in the region to photograph the new designs by Modus Vivendi in the best way possible. The photos as well as the swimwear, we think, are just stunning!

Swimwear Season ApproachingStill a bit on the chilly side here. But as I’m sitting here writing this, the sun is shining with clear blue sky. It’s a reminder that summer is getting closer and swimwear season will be upon us soon. What will you be sporting this summer? Do you wear different swimsuits for different situations?

I’m always anxious for the return of summer and the opportunity to strive for increasing my swim brief wearing. Though I am one that chooses the swimsuit based on the situation. I would prefer to be that full time swim brief wearer, but I don’t have the cojones to do so in every situation. I’m always fighting my reserved personality when it comes to going against the norm. There are two situations that will probably always be swim trunks for me. They are when extended family will be around and public pools. To me it would be too awkward wearing one around the extended family. With public pools, it is the confining space. I like to be able to get away from the crowds if need be. Maybe as my swim brief confidence improves I’ll overcome these at some point in the future.

My swim brief haven will continue to be my yard. Always nice to be able to soak up some sun and relax in a skimpy swim brief there. This year the goal is to make the local beaches a swim brief only place when it is me or me, my wife, and kids. That was suppose to be last year accomplishment, but we did not make it to the beach. This year I’ll have to make sure the opportunity present itself.

Don’t forget about the UNB swim brief challenge. You can be like me and struggle with wearing them, be a full time wearer, or taking the plunge for the first time. Do your best breaking one out and let us know how it turns out by emailing us or through social media. If you are looking to go skimpier, we’ve included swim thongs in the challenge too.

This swimwear Sunday is for the guy who’s super comfortable wearing a swim brief. In fact you want something that will show off on the beach. Bring attention to yourself or just express your personality. One brand that makes such pairs described above is Slick It Up. They have made some super fun pairs over the years. The pair we choose was the Pink Panther.

This leopard print suit has pink, orange, yellow and black. Slick It Up says this pair can not be tamed. And I would agree with that statement. It’s a little over the top but if you’re going to wear this pair, you’re not going to mind at all. You have a personality over the top, we would assume The pair is lined and is made from a 4-way stretch spandex material.

Where would you wear this pair? Well, if you have the personality to pull it off I would say anywhere. If you’re a bit more subtle in your personality and don’t want to draw attention to yourself on a public beach, you may consider this a great swim party pair. Many of us are much more likely to put this on for a swim party rather than a beach.

If you love this pair we suggest you head over to the Slick It Up Site. They have this and a few more fun swim pairs. We love profiling them and note that all their products are made in the USA in Manhattan.

It’s swimwear Sunday! It is also Easter here in the US. I really wanted to find a pastel pink swim brief for today. But alas, I had too much to do this weekend and didn’t get a chance to scour the net to find one. I did, however, find one that I think is pretty fun. Marcuse is a company that knows swimwear. They have had some really great designs over the years. When I saw the pair I picked today, it made me do a double take! It was so, not what I expected from Marcuse. Not in a bad way but in a “WOW that’s a pretty awesome pair.”

The pair I chose today is the Marcuse Anime swim trunk. Don’t let the trunk name fool you it’s closer to a brief. I would say around a sunga size. It’s perfect for the guy who doesn’t want to show too much off. Note, this does come in a brief as well. But we wanted to feature something a bit bigger this week.

The Anime trunk comes in three different designs. My personal favorite is the blue pair (footBALLer0) with the Anime hero right on the front. The print is in the front and it’s more of a solid back. So, get ready for some looks and maybe a few stares. But this pair is super fun. It also comes with Screaming Lady and Guy Nr. 1.

This is what Marcuse says about the pair:

Each suit, in sexy and very form fitting and quick-drying Italian fabric, is available in a brief and a trunk version. For you to choose in which you look most daring or exciting.

  • Italian made fabric
  • Marcuse gold embroidery logo at the back
  • Drawstring inside waistband
  • Front lined interior
  • Composition 80% Nylon 20% Spandex

If you like really fun swimwear and something different I highly suggest you check out the Marcuse Anime trunk. I don’t think you will be disappointed and it will be a conversation starter. I’m sure many guys will be asking where you got it!

One pair of swim we think you need to see is the Modus Vivendi Sporty Brief:

Athletic swimwear with a fun, fashionable twist. The Modus Vivendi Sporty Brief is a fresh take on a classic swim brief style. This design features an innovative cut-out on the side ading a new and sexy element of originality to a best selling swimwear style. Supawear has been offering underwear, beachwear and gymwear for men seeking quality, fun and colorful designs that are functional since 2012. They have a new line of beachwear this summer called the Supadupa. The new Supadupa looks like a great pair of shorts, definitely smaller than board shorts but not as small as a bikini. If the occasion arises that you need to wear a pair of shorts, they have currently have 5 different prints to choose from. The Supadupa line of shorts was just released so get a pair to prepare for your summer fun. I have not worn this brand of shorts before, but if I needed to wear a pair of shorts this summer this looks like some I may have to try.

The new Supadupa shorts are Supawear’s revamped and revitalized beach range that are Supa lightweight with bright, bold and vibrant prints. There are 5 fun print designs to choose from: Blaze, Origami, Ahoy!, Blossom, and Pineapple.

They are made of 95% polyester and 5% elastane to give you fitted feel but at the same time offering enough stretch for comfort, confidence, and masculine. The material is also quick drying so you’re not walking around dripping water all over the place for the rest of the day. Guys can wear these shorts to the beach, the pool, or lounging around at home in the back yard. Be brave this summer and break away from those board shorts and get some sun on your legs.

I like the form fitting design of this swim shorts. I don’t enjoy wearing baggy clothes. Anything pair of shorts that don’t hand to my knees are great to wear in the summer, if I wanted to wear pants I would wear them. The quick dry material will be nice so that when you get out of the water you’re not walking all wet for a long time waiting for your swimwear to dry.

If you are in the market for some new swimwear this summer, be confident and get something more form fitting than board shorts. I haven’t tried these out yet, but I think I may need to for the times when bikini swimwear is too riskee. They are available now, so hurry before they run out. Check out the Blaze and Origami print designs below. For more information or to order go to www.supawear.2eros.com.

One of the most extensive swimwear collections this year comes from Modus Vivendi. The brand is gearing up for summer and has just released the first of many new lines of its Summer 2017 collection. The line is called Sportyand comprises swim briefs and swim shorts, available in four colours (white, black, blue and red). This is a fresh take on classic swimwear designs with a few Modus Vivendi twists to them! Check out the sexy cutouts on the sides of the swim briefs or the distinguished rounded sides of the swim shorts to name a couple. All the swimwear of this line are lined and made from a top quality, fast drying, sporty, perforated fabric.

The Sporty Line and the photo campaign that comes with it are inspired by Club Tropicana and the 80’s style. Modus Vivendi called upon the young and very talented Spanish photographer Adrian C. Martin to photograph the line in the Maspalomas Dunes of Canary Islands. The always sunny region and the picture perfect location suits this line perfectly! Young model Alejandro Sarmiento is seen posing at the welcoming, sandy beach in the new swimwear designs of Modus Vivendi.

Who is a fan of amazing prints? Love great cuts? Then the new swimwear from Cocksox meets both of those criteria and more. Their swimwear over the last few years have a mix of the pouch you love in their underwear. Those who don’t want to show off everything they have some more low key styles. Not everyone wants to bulge (as much as some guys believe).
They told us a little about the new lines. There are four new colors and two amazing new designs. Plus a sheer fabric. Yes we said sheer swimwear.
Here is what Cocksox told us about the new line.
There are four new colours: Bermuda Blue, Purple Haze, Galactic Blue and Sweet Orange. These colours are featured across four swimwear styles: CX02 Brief, CX08 Trunk, CX22 Thong and CX79 Boy-Leg Brief. All four colours are available in all four styles, except for CX08 which is not available in Purple Haze.
There are two new print designs: Hypnotic and Prism. As with the new colours, these prints are available in CX02PR, CX08PR, CX22PR and CX79PR.
In the case of CX02PR and CX79PR in both the Hypnotic and Prism prints, these garments feature our new sheer swimwear fabric. The CX02PR is fully sheer right the way around, while the CX79PR is sheer around the back and sides, but has a lined solid fabric pouch.
The fabric is far more sheer than the images suggest. The print patterns create something of an optical illusion, so they are definitely suited to those who like to dare to bare!
As mentioned above, the sheer is just that! Don’t be fooled by the pictures! You may be showing off more than you want if you dare to wear them on the beach! Make sure you wear them on a beach where it’s legal or in private! We don’t want to have anyone harassed or worse!
I LOVE the prints Cocksox chooses! These are amazing and fun. It really fits the brand. You can find all these on the Cocksox website!
