The new collection from N2N Bodywear is part of the 20th-anniversary collection. Unlike years past, this collection will be released over the course of the year. Other collections have been released all at once in March/April. There are many things up the sleeve of N2N Bodywear. The initial collection has been released. I have heard a few things they have planned and it should be one year of surprise and amazement. Just for the record, I have no knowledge of the new collection just the hints of what they have told me.
Part 1 of the 20th Anniversary collection is on the N2N site now. It will be out at retailers soon! The new collection consists of the Edison, Comic Pop, USA, Galaxy, and Camo lines.
The Edison is a black and white polka dot lounge collection. If you loved the lounge collection of previous collections, you will have to have these pairs. It’s a bit different from what I was expecting but I love this entire collection. It’s a lot of fun but classic at the same time. Made with a brief, short, split short, onezee, pant and robe.
There is a new swim line called Comic Pop. It’s a brief and trunk made with a comic book print. The brief and the trunk are available in a color or black and white print. N2N always pulls out some super fun print for swimwear. This has to be my favorite of the initial Collection.
The USA line has been redone a little. In the past, they have had singlets and runners. Which I hope will make an appearance back in the lineup. But the USA swimwear should be fun this summer. A blue background with white stars. A new style is the string bikini. Which we are sure will be one of the big sellers
The Galaxy is back. This has been a strong collection for them over the years. Let’s face it, could there be a collection from N2N without singlets and runners? It has the Galaxy X singlet with mesh on the sides. I’m very glad this collection is back!
Lastly, if you are a fan of Camo, this collection has a wide selection of camo items. From the dare to wear spandex sheers to camo briefs and everything in between. If you’re not a big fan of spandex gear there is plenty of underwear for you to consider. Including several bikinis (one that is see through), jocks and more.
I can’t wait to see what’s in store for N2N this year. We will have a series of interviews with Andrew throughout the year. It should be a good year for N2N and a great one for us underwear lovers! See this collection at the N2N Bodywear site now!

“Fundies” = Fun Undies and while we suspect that most aficionados of fashion underwear are well under the age of 50, it’s a safe bet that it’s not the entire market segment. Some of us who marked our fifth decade are still wild about high-quality and sexy underwear — and often have the disposable income to build up a fun and diverse collection. The biggest questions are: why and how?
First the “why” — the knee-jerk response is the snarky, “Why not?” The more thoughtful answer is is this: our bodies are getting older we can’t do everything we used to be able to, our looks are changing, and comfort is a little harder to come by. Why not counter all of that with a lovely pair of well-fitting, stylish, comfortable, and sexy underwear? It’s an easy, relatively inexpensive, and personal way to counter some of the challenges of aging. For me, it makes getting dressed in the morning an adventure and a last look in the mirror before the outer layer goes on a moment of, “damn — I’m looking good for an old guy!”

I’ve found that I’m way more selective about fabrics than I used to be. I like a pair of underwear, usually briefs, that are soft, colorful, flattering, and well-fitting.
Here’s the “how” — Find a pair that fully covers your butt, doesn’t ride up, and cradles your package the way you want. Be a little adventurous and test out a pair that has a nice pouch — Andrew Christian, C-IN2, and N2N do a great job with full backs and generous pouches. Some guys are going to want a little less room in a pouch and want a pair that provides lots of support and contour. Try Calvin Klein and 2XIST. Brighten up a dreary day with the bright bold colors of the Kaos boxer briefs. These aren’t your ordinary boxer briefs. They have two features. The first is the pouch has an enhanced shaping cup for boosted aesthetics. Then the other is these boxer briefs have no rear and leave your cheeks exposed. Here’s what aussieBum says about them.

These boxer briefs have the thick elastic waistband with AUSSIEBUM name on it. The body of the boxer is two toned in the front. Most of the time with two toned it splits the colors left to right. With the Kaos, it is more top to bottom split for the color. The top color on the front wraps around to be the back color. Then the bottom color is used for the piping around the leg openings and the opening in the rear.
The Kaos is available in these colors options: Blitz, Clash, Raid, and Strike. Blitz has the purple top portion. The bottom and piping are a lime green. Clash’s bottom and piping are orange and the rest is pink or more of a magenta. Raid is blue top front and back. The bottom portion and piping is teal. Last week we asked you guys about your preferences when it comes to the jockstrap. You guys had some great feedback on what you like and don’t like in Jocks. Over 100 of your guys filled out our quick survey. Which is a great response from a quick survey. We asked a variety of questions and here are the results
60% of you guys wear jocks on a regular basis.
One surprising answer was that almost 30% of our straight readers wear jocks. That is much higher than I thought it would be.
Most guys wear them occasionally or 2-5 times a week. Meaning most guys don’t wear them as their main style.
Most guys wear fashion jocks. As you can see by a wide margin. Few wear the traditional jocks. (Note could answer more than one response).
The three biggest times you guys wear jocks are Working Out, to Work and on Dates. I was not expecting the number for work to be so high.

One of the newest pairs that have been released by Jack Adams is the new Sport Tek brief. This is the first of many new pairs that will be released by the brand. Over the next few weeks, there will be a few more additions. We are working to get the release schedule and them on our schedule.
The Sport Tek has one of the biggest trends in underwear right now. Cutouts. The pair is done in true Jack Adams style. It shows off enough skin but doesn’t over show! Some cut outs have can show a little too much skin or areas you may not want to show off. It’s framed nicely by the leg and waist bands. Which appear to be the same size. I think the thicker leg bands could be good for working out or running.
The line is also “made using their innovative Cotton Punch-hole Fabric that is engineered for comfort, breathability and hugging form fit as well as a little lift in the back. Made of 95% Cotton and 5% Elastane.” The fabric is not quite a mesh but will allow for you to be cool when being active. Back to the leg straps, the fabric and the straps I’m sure will give you a bit of junk in the trunk!
The new line comes in royal and red. Both are great colors for this line. Both look great with the black and white wristbands. Mix that with the accents around the pouch and it’s a pretty great looking pair of underwear. If you like interesting and fun pairs of underwear. Definitely, give the Jack Adams Sport Tek Brief a look for an addition to your underwear drawer.

Yesterday, we announced there is the first line of Clever Moda for 2017. We are excited to bring you some of the new pairs. That will be coming up very soon!
Tis the season for brands to release new lines. Spring is usually the season we get both great swim and amazing underwear. One brand that seems to deliver both of these things year round is Clever Moda. Clever Moda has a collection that has classic styling along with some amazing prints and fun cuts.
This collection seems to add in a few new cuts. The previous collections had Boxer Briefs/Trunks, Thongs, Jocks, and briefs. This collection mixes in some cutouts, interesting new designs and as always amazing prints. The last one is one thing that they are known for doing. Clever Moda has never shied away from bold and fun prints. It’s become something we look forward to in every collection. You will not be let down. There are some great geometric prints in store for this collection.
This collection overall is a solid collection from Clever. One new addition that had me going huh? Is the Boner Briefs. It’s very similar to a pair that Pikante has, where the name is self-explanatory. Also, new is a dance brief, which I would call a bikini cut brief. Glad to see new takes on the bikini. Lastly, there are a few cut outs in the collection. This is done at the waistband and back. They are, well interesting.
Swimwear is back in full force. There are several new swim briefs. Which have become pretty standard in the world of Clever. We know many of you out there still have yet to embrace the brief. Either society, significant other or more is making you wear longer swimwear. Clever has a few new swim shorts that are great for a cover up or on the beach. We prefer the first one!

The Fascinating Journey Slip Bikini from Daniel Alexander is a pretty conservative bikini. It is pretty much full coverage front and back. The uniqueness of this bikini is the look of the sides. They constructed the bikini so it looks like the sides are held together with a stitched X. Makes me think there should be a button there appearing to hold it together. The button might be even a better look. Making the button useable probably would even draw more people to purchase it. What do you guys think about that idea?
As with most of Daniel Alexander’s underwear, this bikini’s fabric is made out of a blend of 85% nylon and 15% spandex. They offer it in sizes small to extra large and in three colors. All three colors have the Daniel Alexander logo on the left front hip in white and feature color accented piping. Your first color option is royal blue with red piping. The stitching for the X on the side is also red along with the center seam of the pouch. Turquoise is another option, which has white piping and X stitching along with white center seam of the pouch. Last up is the color grey. It has blue piping and X stitching. Which color would you choice? I’m thinking the royal blue with the red accenting is the way I would go with this one.
Daniel Alexander’s newest additions to their line has been all about adding in some color accents to their styles. If you just want to add a little extra color to your underwear then maybe these would be a good choice. If you would like even more color mixed in, then take a look at some of their other styles. Most of us have been stuck in the middle of winter for some time now, but it seems like every week or so we get a spring tease with a day or two of warm weather. When that warm weather hits, it feels almost scandalous to break out the shorts in February, even if it snows the next day. What is a jock lover to do now that the Bike #10 is gone? Well, look no further, Jockstrap Central has produced their own line call JC Athletic. We talked to them about the new Jocks.
What was the catalyst for creating the JC Athletic Jockstraps?
It was always part of the big plan since we started Jockstrap Central 12 years ago, but Bike stopping production of their jockstrap and Flarico and Activeman closing up shop all with that last year gave us the kick up the butt we needed.
Tell us about the new Jock line, what is included in the collection?
We’re starting with the basics: The JC Athletic Classic 3 inch Jockstrap and the JC Athletic Classic Swimmer Jockstrap. Both are initially available in either black or white.
What sets apart the JS Athletic jocks from other jocks on the market?
We’ve been working with a manufacturer we know and trust and have a long history with. The JC Athletic jockstraps have been six months in the making from the initial design, to tweaking, to this final product. In our mind, they are the ultimate sports jock incorporating all the things we love about classic jockstraps with a few tweaks. They are simple, functional, comfortable, masculine and even understated – and that was the goal but most importantly we wanted to create a classic. Our tag line says it all: Your New Old Faithful. Although there’s not a lot you can do with the narrow waistband of the swimmer jock, my favorite feature of the 3 Inch jock is the inside of the waistband is super plushed, almost like a soft terry cloth which I think guys are going to love especially when wearing them for extended sessions.
How much will these jocks sell for?
They are to be $14.95 each and will be launching 2-packs at a discount hopefully in a week or two.
Do you plan to expand the collection into new colors and styles?
OMG! Let’s get these out the door first! Seriously, yes and yes. We have to see how things go with the initial launch but we have lots of plans both for new products under the JC Athletic label and another sub-label. We just haven’t decided which is going to come first. But rest assured, you’ll be the first to know.
We have seen Jocks move away from being a staple in the locker room to more of a fashion statement. Do you think these will get guys wearing them back to the gym/play sports?
I don’t think we’ll ever get back to the glory days where jocks, gym and sports were inseparable but there’s still a very large and devoted contingent of men who still swear by jockstraps and the support they provide, plus we have countless younger customers emailing us to tell us they’ve tried a sports jock for the first time and they’re now converts. That’s what Jockstrap Central is here for. Sports jockstraps are and have always been our best selling jockstrap styles.
For sure, the JC Ahletic Classic Jocks will be right at home at the gym or track and I fully expect the fetish scene will embrace them for their simplicy, masculinity and classic jock aesthetic. As for the fashion jock fans, I’m not so sure they will snap them up but we’ve got something coming down the road to make them happy – trust me.
If you could put your jock on any guy for a photo shoot, who would you like to model for you? (sports, entertainment, etc)
That’s a toughie. Sorry I can’t choose one. This is pretty random: Hugh Jackman for sure. Dermot O’leary (as I’m dying to see that huge bulge of his in a jock!). Toronto Blue Jays Jose Bautista. Stephen Amell. Justin Trudeau. Can you arrange that?
