Pros: Super soft material. great fitting. Amazingly comfortable.
Cons: Not everyone likes loungewear, If not wearing undies you can show off everything.

UNB Tim recommendation: If you want super comfortable loungewear, this is the pair for you. N2N Bodywear makes amazing loungewear as well as swimwear

Loungewear is not something we cover enough on the blog. Its something most guys either like or don’t like. I will be the first to admit that before UNB I was never a loungewear guy. I would throw on a pair of shorts or hang out in my underwear. After almost 8 years on UNB, I have discovered how amazing loungewear truly can be. Sure we all love to hang out in undies, but there are those times when you can’t. Maybe its a trip with friends/family, having guests at your home or you just need a cover up to answer the door.

The Dream line from N2N Bodywear has a brief, hoodie, pant and robe. I have a pair of the N2N Lounge Pants. Which is the “lounge” line from N2N. It’s a little confusing. I loved these because they were so comfy. I wanted to try more of the loungewear from N2N. These pants really didn’t let me down. When I put them on they felt great. The first time I put them on I wore them without underwear. Well that may not be the best thing around others. It made certain things very noticeable. If you’re with your partner or alone this is fine. You may not want to do this around others. The second time was with my Studio Groove briefs and it was fine.

I love the fabric of this line. The Dream line has a 92% polyester / 8% spandex. The fabric is super soft and has some good stretch to it. These are a bit loose and the spandex gives it a little bit of stretch where you need it. These are currently my favorite lounge wear. Yes, I have been working on UNB many times while I”m kicking it in my N2N Dream pants.

Sizing for loungwear runs different that underwear. The waist isn’t the only factor. The length of the pants are important too. You don’t want to seem like you’re running out to go clam digging. I received and XL and the waist was fine and the length was great. Being 6’4″ sometimes pants can run short. These didn’t and I was very happy.

These were great to wear. I need to get an entire sex of the Dream line. They are amazing pants and if you’re in the market for new lounge pants check these out and not those flannel ones. These are perfect especially for summer. They are lighter and a lot more fashionable.

Fetish Friday -Have you ever wondered what your follow UNB readers love in fetishwear? I think we all want to know what another guy likes. This is out of curiosity for me. What are other guys wearing and why do they wear that style? Over the course of UNB I have had the pleasure to talk to numerous readers about what they love. Fetishwear is starting to go mainstream. There is less social stigma about it and wearing it. It’s something we have noticed in the last few years. Even our straight underwear loving brothers are “getting their freak on.”

In our reader survey we ran in May, we asked you guys what you love in fetishwear. This is just the top six answers. The rest were one off and a few mentioned Jockstraps and thongs.

UNB Favorite Fetishwear

48% of you guys love spandex. This includes runners, singlets, bike shorts and more. By in far the most popular of the fetish world. The second is Lingerie (Lace) at 18% of you love putting on something fun. Third is the other end of the spectrum, 15% enjoy Leather and harnesses. 12% are unsure about fetishwear. 4% love Rubber/latex and 3% are fans of mesh .

This is a wide range of different tastes in fetishwear. Leather and lace are on opposite ends of the spectrum. Now that we know what you guys love. What are some of your favorite fetish brands? We asked this as well and you guys told us. Here are the top brands you guys picked:

This list reflects the likes you guys listed above. Its a good mix of different types of gear. Gregg Homme has a bit of everything. Some of the best made underwear in the fetish area. N2N Bodywear is known for its super hot spandex gear, Andrew always blows it out of the water. Nasty Pig, Fort Troff, Cellblock 13, Mr. S Leather all reflect the more leather side of the spectrum. BodyAware and Candyman are known for lace and more lingerie. ManStore has some really fun gear that falls in several categories. Lastly is Cocksox, which I don’t consider fetishwear, but you guys do!

We will be bringing you a good mix of Fetishwear coming up. That doesn’t mean we won’t throw in some interesting gear as it comes out! Have fun and wear what you love!

TopColor is in the top 5 things you guys look for in underwear. This year we wanted to know what colors you guys love. This was an open ended question that you guys could put in any color or colors you loved. You guys responded with 330 different colors you loved. Some said a few colors and others listed just one. As you can tell there is a lot of over lapping colors. Here are the top 11 colors (we were going to do just 10 but we had a tie)

Untitled 2

Again, bar graphs are super sexy. I wanted to make every color what color it was but Excel wasn’t playing nice. The top color that most guys liked, almost a fourth of you guys said blue. This was no surprise to me. Blue is one of the most popular colors in the general pubic. So it makes sense you guys would love blue undies.

The second place was a surprise to me. You guys love black undies. I was expecting to see a few more options before we got to black, but it is a classic and can be very sexy. Third place went to Red. Again no real surprise to me. Red has always been the top color for many guys. I will admit I love a bright red brief.

The fourth place is a big shock to me. You guys picked white. I was not expecting white to make the top 10 with our readers. Many guys have said that white is boring. But it seems many of you see red as a classic and a color to embrace. It just an interesting pick you guys revealed.

My favorite color comes in in our fifth spot. Green! I love green and want more companies to make pairs featuring it. We go through phases of green being in and out. Next is pink! We recently did a non scientific poll on Twitter and asked you guys if you would rock a pair of pink undies. We had about 97% of you who answered said yes. Pink is no longer considered feminine. It also has been popular for a few years and doesn’t seem to go out of style.

When you think of underwear do you think of Grey? It’s not one of the top colors that come to mind for me. I would have never have guessed it would be in our top 11. It shows me something new about our readers! You guys like the classics of black, white and grey.

The next two colors can be on the bright end. They are purple and orange. I figured Purple would be higher on the list. It’s one of the colors in the last few years that has picked up popularity. Orange is one of those colors that is always in the periphery. It never really goes away but never has been the “it” color.

The two tied in last are Bright colors and Prints/Patterns. Bright colors are really primary colors. Ones that are fun and the blue, red, yellow and etc. Some guys bunched them into one. The last I was glad to see. Prints have been huge the last year in men’s underwear. More guys are branching out to try them and actively looking for them. We expect this to grow over the next year.

These are the colors you guys loved. But that’s not all of them. Below are all the answers we received. What is your favorite color?

Blue 23.0%
Black 19.4%
Red 15.2%
White 7.0%

None/ALL 1.2%

We all love underwear! We have a our favorite styles, colors and brands. However, there are things we really don’t like in underwear. You guys have very specific things you hate. Many of you aren’t afraid to share it in our survey. This year we had some new things get reported and other things were similar to last year. One big difference from last year, is you guys really voiced yourselves very well. Many of you were very specific about what things you don’t like. Fell free when we do a survey to tell us exactly what annoys you.

Let’s Look at the overall list. This was a question without any prefilled answers. This all came from you guys. There were some similarities that most guys shared and some very specific ones we have never had before. Here is the broad view of the data:

annoying UNB 2

Aren’t bar graphs sexy? I’m a little rusty with Excel and had to wrestle with it to give me this graph!

Most Annoying Factors:

Sizing

  • Sizing is the biggest issue you guys have by far. It mainly centered around no universal sizing charts for brands. How things differ from brand to brand and country to country. You guys want better sizing across the board. This is a big ask and I’m afraid to say that it won’t be changing anytime soon.

Pouch Issues

  • You maybe thinking this is about guys well endowed. We did have some guys complain about that, but for the most part it was guys wanting a supportive pouch. Regardless of endowment, a good and defined pouch is top of the list. Most reported they hate when a pouch looses its shape as well.

Construction Issues

  • This one had several issues. The two things that stuck out the most were seams and leg openings. You guys hate seams that are sewn bad. Ones that are itchy and are abrasive. The other issue are leg openings. Specifically ones that are tight and restricting. This included briefs and boxer briefs.

Support and Comfort

  • This is a given I think in great underwear. Many mentioned underwear that looses its shape when wearing it. You guys want underwear that fits well and holds up to your day. Regardless of if you are at home, work or at the gym. Personally, I think this has a lot to do with construction, fabric and design.

Tags/Labels

  • This is one of my big ones. It made our list again this year. Nothing can ruin a pair of underwear more than a bad tag. I have had ones that fit amazing and then a tag that is itchy or scratchy, just ruins it. A few of you guys mentioned this alone. Several just put “tags.”

You guys told us some new things this year that haven’t been on our list last year. While not in the top 5, we wanted to showcase some of these that are new!

Butt Issues

  • Ok, I didn’t know what else to call it. But this year we saw a growth in guys who hate underwear that rides up when they have junk in the trunk. This was number 7 on our list. Guys with fuller backsides face different issues than those who don’t.

Society Issues

  • This year you guys pointed out how guys should be able to buy underwear in mainstream stores. You guys want to be able to go out and buy what you want where you want. Without any judgement or being called “gay.” Women can buy anything at Victoria’s Secret, and you guys want that freedom.

Store Selections

  • This mirrors above to some extent. You guys mentioned that many stores have a lack luster selection of underwear. We aren’t talking underwear stores but big department stores. They just carry a few brands. Also included are styles as well. A few pointed out that stores don’t sell thongs for men. I wasn’t expecting this in the survey but great to see!

Partner Issues

  • This showing 1 person pointed this out but I think there were two. This basically is having a supportive partner who appreciates your love of underwear. Someone you can share it with. This spans both gay and straight guys. We have heard it the last few years on both sides. Although, I think more has to be done on the straight side. We all want a supportive partner in things we like!

These are the things you guys have issues with undies. It’s great to find out what you guys like and don’t like. We hope to share some of this info with brands so they can use the feedback in underwear designing for the future.

WHAT DO YOU GUYSThe last few weeks we have been going through our Reader Survey and compiling all the data. Some sets are easier than others. One we profiled some data last year and this year we are going to put . It’s what you guys love in undies. Specifically what you look for in new undies. What are the qualities you seek in your decision making process.

Here is what you guys told us!

New Undies Graph

The top factors for choosing new undies are the following;

  1. Fabric
  2. Pouch
  3. Cut
  4. Style
  5. Color

There are many more factors in buying underwear. Most guys listed several different criteria for new underwear. These five are the most common factors.

Fabric

Is the most important factor for you guys. Some guys want a specific type of fabric. We had a few who mentioned 100% cotton underwear. While others wanted good quality fabric that holds up to wear and tear. Above all else it had to be comfortable and feel good against the skin.

Pouch

Pouch was one that was very high on the list. You maybe surprised that it’s not just endowed guys who want a pouch. Many guys mentioned they hate underwear that doesn’t have a defined pouch built in. Some others commented on a pouch that as too small and constricting. The majority of the guys commented on how they wanted great support in undies. The pouch is key to the support. This includes ergonomically designed pouches.

Cut

Cut means different things to many people. We took it to mean the kind of undies it is. It could be a brief, thong, boxer brief, jock and etc. We have readers who are very loyal to one style. Most guys love briefs and bikinis. Also, thongs were mentioned by a few guys. Some guys took it a bit further and mentioned string bikinis and g-strings.

Style

Style was one section that could go by what cut it was (brief, boxer brief, etc) and fashionable scale. We had guys mention both in this section. It was a little hard to determine who meant what and why. When we could we separated out cuts when we could. Most who are in this category want something fun that matches the rest of their fashion style.

Color

Last is color. Color in this features both solid colors and prints. Many of our guys love a specific color and also hate a specific color. It can rule in or out a pair of underwear to purchase. This year we had more mention prints. The prints in men’s underwear grew greatly this year. More of our readers want them and seek them out!

There is one surprise is Price. Very few guys actually mentioned price is a factor in new underwear. Its usually one of the top things for me. Also, brand wasn’t a major factor either. We have some pretty brand loyal readers. It maybe that guys were more focused on the physical things and not brand or price.

This is the first part of many more to come. We hope you enjoy this look at what guys who read the site look for in new undies.

N2N TT3 TriTech Tank furnished by

N2N Bodywear

Rating: 9/10

  • Daily Fit: 9/10
  • Sizing: 9/10
  • Construction: 9/10
  • Styling: 9/10
  • Daily Performance: 9/10

Pros: Durable, nice fit, good fabric, well designed

Cons: Doesn’t allow body to sweat like other workout gear

pleep recommendation: If you are not a heavy sweater when at the gym.  Or want something comfy/sporty to run around town in then I very much so recommend this tank.

I wore this shirt around the condo; around town and also at the gym. I have owned and worn N2N gear before. But never tried any of their shirts so I was def looking forward to trying out their shirt and see how it worked for me. When it comes to the gym, I def push myself, so by the end of the workout I am usually quite sweaty.

The sizing for this shirt was what I had expected. I had received a L and it fit me snugly like I would expect a compression shirt to fit. I would say if you can fit into a L for some of the other workout brand clothing than you can also fit into a L for N2N.

What I loved about this shirt was the overall cut and fabric they used. The only downside to it is I wish they would have designed the back to somehow help cool the body off some. I know a lot of other workout brand clothing companies will use a form of mesh or other fabric to draw the sweat away from the body.  if they had done this, then I would have 100% loved this shirt and wanted more of them. As is, I really like it, but I do still recommend this shirt for people to get.

The N2N Bodywear Lounge Briefs were furnished by N2N For Review

Rating: 7.8/10

  • Daily Fit: 8/10
  • Sizing:  7/10
  • Construction: 8/10
  • Styling: 8/10
  • Daily Performance: 8/10

Pros: Looks good, neat flourishes.

Cons: Not the most breathable or streachy.

Underweardude Recommendation: If you are looking for an interesting, non ergonomic pouch. A skimpier cut brief with bit of personality to it. Give this pair a try.

Hi  all, Underweardude here. Today i’m reviewing an interesting pair. N2N sent this pair for review. When I first saw the N2N Lounge brief, I was intrigued. For a few years now N2N has been making pairs with the idea of them being good for sleeping. Or lounging around the house in. Is the lounge brief good for lounging around the house in, and can it handle a full day as well? Read on to find out.

Made from a 95% Rayon, 5%Spandex, blend, the pair is quite soft. The material has some stretch, but not a whole lot. It doesn’t matter too much, except that it makes the pouch w little more restrictive at times. Speaking of the pouch, this pouch is not the N-hance pouch that N2N is known for. Rather, it is a contoured pouch where the center vertical seam is only on the bottom half of the pouch.  Very similar to the Almost Naked line by Andrew Christian. N2N calls this a seamless front pouch.  So if you were looking for a pair to really showcase your goods, look elsewhere. The pouch is fine, and I feel like this kind of pouch is better fitting for this pair. You aren’t trying to show off, you are just hanging out. Construction and sticking is up to N2N’s usual high standards. Though in some places on the inside elastic can be slightly seen, but that’s not a deal breaker.

This pair is also different from many past N2N pairs due to the adornment the pair carries. The size/care tag is an almost chocolate gold,. Rather than the usual plain white.  Which I have never seen before on an N2N pair. A small branded tag sits on the right hip of the pair as well. Metallic grey with that same gold forming the lettering. It looks nice, but I’m not quite sure why the outer logo tag was necessary, as much of what N2N makes isn’t branded. Still, it is an interesting touch.  That does help to make an otherwise black brief interesting.

The cut helps make this pair different as well. While called a brief. It’s barely there waistband and high cut legs make it practically a bikini brief. I wasn’t a huge fan of the look at first, but it’s grown on me. The pair sits just right on the hips, too. Not too low, not too high. I am a fan of the thin, stylish waistband. You almost don’t notice that its there when you first see the pair. The back is basically a normal full back that you would expect from a brief.  Though on me I found the lower part to be slightly too small, but just. The size small pair I received was a little bit tighter than N2N usually is at first. That may be due to the midwestern diet I had on my recent vacation. I am also right in that dead zone between S and M, so sizing is kind of a crap shoot for me.

I wore the Lounge Brief on a somewhat busy weekday with a meeting and long hours of work, and it worked pretty well. My only real complaint is that it isn’t the most breathable pair. Not unbreathable, but I wouldn’t wear this pair to go exercising in either.

So how does the pair do when living up to its name and lounging about? Well, I’m not one for lounging around in just my underwea.  I don’t think you really need a particular pair for that. The pair performs admirably in that regard. I tend to think for that you would want something comfortable but still looks good, and the Lounge Brief hit’s that mark. This pair will definitely be worn again. I think it is a fine pair for everyday wear, and will be going into my everyday drawer.

11800285_895226330556325_1415048249521282339_nWhat got you initially interested in photography?

Started as a game, Modeling first for other beginner photographers, then I was directing them what to do, decided to get a camera and got lucky, a lot of people starting liking my work.

When did you turn your eye to the world of underwear/Swimwear?

Since the beginning, started with a group of friends.

Describe your photography style for us.

My style?… Always finding the Sexy side in every person.

Shoots are a lot of work to set up and get right, what has been one of your biggest accomplishments in photography?

Yes its a lot of work, I think having my work feature in different parts of the globe, lots in Europe and Australia.

You have shot so many great pics last year do you have a picture you’re most proud of? If so which one and why is it special?

I think all of them are special, every person touch my heart with their life stories. can’t select only one.

Things can go wrong on shoots such as weather, models not showing and wardrobe malfunctions. What is the biggest problem you had on a shoot and how did you over come it?

I have a phrase that I apply every day.. WORK WITH WHAT YOU HAVE, you can say, I need this or that to make this photoshoot work, one time we didn’t have lighting, we were outdoors and we only use the moonlight (Thank God was a Full moon) and turned out amazing.. also I can tell you, out biggest problem is Las Vegas Hot Weather. almost kill us everyday during the summer.

Do you have any favorite models you like working with? If so which ones?

My favorite, is those ones that are very creatives and willing to do anything to get an amazing shot, the ones that are crazy like me and say, thats crazy and I want to do it.

Which brands have you worked with and are there any brands you want to work with?

I have several, N2N, Tito Jimmy, 2Eros, PetitQ, Supawear, WearMeUnder, CA RIO CA, Team8, RHunter, BWet, Sly Underwear and many More.

Creativity is key to making a great shoot, how do you approach a studio vs a location shoot?

It depends on the project, sometimes you have to do it on the studio, and its easier to manage the lighting and ambient, sometimes its better and fun doing it outdoors.

You have shot so many great guys, what advice can you give models to being in front of the camera for a shoot?

To Relax, Let the Photographer worry, be Yourself, don’t try to pose and fake a smile, follow directions, and always keep doing photoshoots, you never know when you can hit a big chace.

Who is your ultimate “get” in photography, who would you love to shoot?

Ricky Martin!!

What do you do in your down time when not in front of the camera?

Usually always doing things related to photography, looking for props, new locations, inspirations, books, social media, friends, workout, cooking, Talk to my mom on the phone (Everyday lol)

When you were coming up as a photographer what is the best advice you were ever given?

One that I always remember.. Don’t Quit.. Keep Doing it.

Where can our readers see your work?

Hey Kinksters,

This week has been rough. No matter who you are, you’ve experienced it in some way. I am not gonna go on a political rant about the situation. This column is about how to feel sexy and look sexy while doing kinky things. In, light of us all needing a little bit of uplifting support. I’m gonna be talking about a new line of boxer briefs by Fort Troff!

Now, before I go into detail talking about the boxer briefs. I want to let you all in on a great donation set up that Fort Troff has dedicated. They have created a Orlando Tragedy Fund on their site that is a $10 donation to the LGBT Center of Central Florida. BUT WAIT! For every $10 donation you give to Fort Troff’s fund, they are MATCHING it. That’s right. You give $10, and Fort Troff doubles it to $20. I got an email last night that they have already raised $6,200. That means they are donating $12,400 already. Click here to donate (they made this page safe for work, just don’t go wandering around if you’re at work).

FortTroffShrapnel1

So, let’s get back to the undies. I’d like to officially welcome Fort Troff  to the Fetish Friday family (they were my FIRST Fetish Friday post, but that was something I already had lying around). They sent over a big bag of goodies, so you’ll be hearing about more of their stuff in time.

FortTroffShrapnel2

The Shrapnel Boxer Brief features a super sexy punched metal design. You get a three pack of Gold, Blue and Green. Fort Troff really searched to find a great fabric, and ended up at the same factory that supplies UnderArmour with fabric. Then developed their own. It is an 84% polyester/16% spandex blend. Very breathable tiny mesh fabric. It has great lift and support of the goodies, and I have been wearing them all week (well three of the days so far). I never had to adjust, or pull the legs down once). There is also supremely attractive stitching to give your butt a really nice presentation.

FortTroffShrapnel3

I love these so much. They come in a few other styles, the jocks I also got, so I’ll be writing about those too soon.

The Boxer Brief three pack is sold for $55 and you get a bonus Fort Troff Raw Grunt Cock Ring (which I fully support).

Until next time, keep it kinky.

Friend of the site Noel Photo Studio has a new GoFundMe for his calendar for a cause. The procedes of the calendar will go towards Aid for AIDS of Nevada (AFAN).

“My name is Noel Dahl, and I am photographer based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. I am excited to announce that my company, Noel Studio Photography, LLC, is starting a new project that I would love you to be a part of. I am creating a fundraising calendar featuring some of Las Vegas’ sexiest performers and entertainers, in which all of the proceeds will go directly towards Aid for AIDS of Nevada (AFAN). I am writing to you to invite you to be a part of the creative process.

Throughout my years as a photographer, I have had the privilege of shooting countless men for my own portfolio, but I have always strived to find a way of utilizing my photography skills to give back to the Las Vegas community. I hope to make a change with this project. I hope to bring together local talent, the photographer community, and with the help of a few graciously supportive company sponsorships, I hope to rally support for the HIV/AIDS community and unite the LGBT community in Las Vegas.

AFAN, founded in 1984, is the largest AIDS Service Organization in Nevada and has been providing services to people infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS for over 30 years. The organization works to reduce HIV infection through prevention education to eliminate fear, prejudice, and the stigma associated with the disease. AFAN continues to strive to enhance the physical health and psychological wellness of the individuals we serve, while promoting their dignity and improving the quality of their lives.

This project will combine my skills as a photographer with the incredible talent and beauty of Las Vegas performers. The calendar will offer advertisement and promotional opportunities to participating companies in exchange for a tax-deductible monetary donation to the project. 100% of the project’s proceeds will go directly to AFAN, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit company. The calendar will feature a collection of Las Vegas’s sexiest and most talented male performers from the Las Vegas Strip promoting your company’s brand and your company’s products. By backing this project, I am ensuring a wide reach of your company’s name to the consumer market while also giving back to an incredible organization.

My team and I would ask you to consider becoming a sponsor for this fundraising opportunity. We have attached a further description of sponsorship and donation opportunities, but please do not hesitate with any questions that we may answer regarding AFAN or the calendar project. Thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity, and your thoughtful consideration of AFAN.

Most Sincerely,

The Noel Studio Photography, LLC Team”

Take time to check out the GoFundMe. We will have an interview with him tomorrow

Guest: Nate

Hello readers, we’re going to get straight to the point today with Nate on the Pouch Couch.

Beau: Usually I save this question for later but let’s get right to it, are there examples of pouches that aren’t functional but fun that you own?

Nate: No, not really. I have some that don’t support me as I like, but nothing out of the ordinary about the pouches of the underwear I own. Guess I’m a bit boring there.

Beau: There is nothing “boring” when it comes to undies, no matter what, they’re fun to someone.

Beau: Anything changed with your preference over time?

Nate: No, my pouch preference hasn’t changed, since I started wearing bikinis and thongs.

Beau: Which brands make your favorite pouches?

Nate: Prevail Sport, Kiniki, BodyAware, Dietz all make pouches that work for me. Others do too, but those are some of my main brands.

Beau: Going off of that, what are some of your favorite pouches?

Nate: Prevail Sport’s String Brief is my favorite cut of bikini underwear and the pouch suits me fine, which is a basic contoured pouch. A flat front one from BodyAware called The TLC Brief is a snugger fit, but still comfortable and excellent support.

Beau: What is the most important thing you look for in a pouch?

Nate: Mainly I just want good support, so I’m not flopping or moving around and have to adjust myself.

Beau: So with that in mind, do you want strong structure or loosey goosey?

Nate: I typically want structure. I like everything held in place. A little flexibility is okay like when lounging around.

Beau: What defines the perfect pouch in your mind?

Nate: As long as it holds everything in place I’m not too picky. Can be a typical contoured pouch or a flat front as long as the material is right for the designed job of supporting.

Beau: How does the look of a pouch influence you?

Nate: The pouch doesn’t really play too much of a role in picking on a pair other than I want one that looks supportive. I look more at other aesthetics like the width of the sides and amount of back or nonback coverage. I guess there is one thing that I do like, but doesn’t break the deal is when they have a centered flat seam connecting the two pieces of the contoured pouch together.

Beau: Any last thoughts while you’re on the Pouch Couch?

Nate: Just have fun experimenting with different pouches and find what you like best. That is one thing fun about underwear is trying out new styles and design. Some will be a hit and some will be a miss.

Hopefully more hits than misses.

Beau: YES! That’s what I’m always saying, go out there and experiment. There’s new stuff coming out every day so get out there and explore.

MCK516 1K MBFMO-NV1 SIt’s Time to celebrate the Jock on Jockstrap Wednesday. One of the newest in the jock line are the McKillop Max Bulge Jock. It’s not a jock but a jock brief. Which we consider still part of the Jock family. McKillop has made some really fun pairs lately and this looks super fun.

The Max Bulge is part of the Max Bulge line. McKillop says “Stand up and say hello with our Max Bulge collection. Not only will you look amazing the sensation under your boys is out of this world. BUT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ! They are called MAX for a reason. WOW !” It has a pouch that will show it all off!

The line has a solid and a mesh fabric. The solid fabric is made out of a Modal 92% Lyra 8% blend. The mesh is made out of  Nylon 90% Lycra 10% (mesh items). Modal is one of my favorite fabrics in men’s underwear. It breathes with you and conforms to your body. It’s one of the most perfect fabrics made for men’s underwear.

Let’s talk about the bulge. This is a pair that is going to show off everything you have. Because it’s designed too! If you’re not a fan of showing off what you have, we wouldn’t recommend this pair. I know many of our readers love a great pouch. This one should rank up there on the pouch scale. It’s one that has been put on my list.

The Max Bulge Jock comes in 8 color options. The colors are black, navy, orange, pink, red, royal blue, white and yellow. Which is a wide range of colors. All available at the McKillop website.

Bermuda MailChimp OrlandoAs the world comes together in support for our LGBTI community, in the wake of the terrible shooting this week in Orlando, Florida, we have seen many heartfelt messages and offers of support.

Both as a reporter of underwear news and brands in general it’s perhaps no surprise that the British LGBTI supporting brand with a cheeky name of Bum-Chums is at the forefront to offer their support. As well as supporting LGBT events and appeals directly, they have offered the following.

They have vowed to give you 15% Discount for this month and next and they vow to pledge 15% of any sale using the code: ORLANDO to the Orlando Victim’s appeal in Florida.

Speaking from the United Kingdom, Craig, the hands-on owner of Bum-Chums told us “I’ve just spoken with David Costa at Equality Florida in the USA today and pledged to give whatever support our small but proud gay-brand company can offer”.

Craig has not always boasted in the past of helping Pride events, nor of their charitable donations only recently supported the Tampa Pride event in Florida and continues to do what he can for similar events as far away as Johannesburg, South Africa. Bum-Chums is only a very small, independent brand from the UK, but with a big heart and lots of enthusiasm to make sure they operate ethically, including manufacturing in-house to avoid slave labour abroad.

“I offered David at Equality Florida that we would send to their Go Fund Me Account online. We vow to donate 15% of any sale using the code to their fund, as well as reward our customer for helping with 15% themselves. People can also see the link to donate without buying pants too. We just want to do our bit.”

Equality Florida as well as being an active participant in political work for equality in the USA are also coordinating and providing mush needed support including counselling for those affected by the tragedy.

On behalf of everyone here, we’re proud to be associated with brands who help and support others, and send our thoughts and prayers to those so badly hurt and devastated by these sad, sad events.

DC5-16-26N2N Bodywear furnished the DC5 SLIK G in a nice rich deep teal color for review.

Rating: 9.4/10
Daily Fit: 9/10
Sizing: 10/10
Construction: 10/10
Styling: 9/10
Daily Performance: 9/10

Pros: Great back cut
Cons: No real cons, but only available in 4 colors

I’m pleasantly surprised with the fit of the DC5 Slik G thong (furnished by N2N Bodywear). I was a little concerned about the pouch being too roomy after my experience with the N2N Vintage G, but the Slik G’s pouch is right on to my liking. N2N calls it a seamless front pouch, which is the look that it gives you of a smooth front pouch. The pouch does have some stitching at the base of the pouch to give it some contouring.

I really like the back cut of this thong. It’s a little skimpier than a traditional cut thong where the sides come to create the tail. You know where you get the triangle right above the cheeks. How it is cut, you don’t have a lot of fabric between the cheeks at the top. The tail is a pretty consistent width all the way down through the cheeks. You still get the sexy traditional thong look for your backside with the Slik G. You do feel you have a thong on with these. I think it is part to the thickness of the elastic that is used, but it’s still comfortable. They just give you the reminder you are a stud in a thong.

Here’s some specifics about the thong. The thong feature a small N2N logo tag on the right hip. I find this refreshing from the blazing elastic waistbands promoting brand names. The tail is about 7/8″ wide and the sides are about 1″. The pouch does seem pretty supportive. I’d consider wearing them for something active like sports. They’re made out of 92% polyester and 8% spandex, which gives them a silky or satiny feel with some stretch. The N2N brand is made in Los Angeles. It’s available in 4 colors: brown, teal, dark gray, and slik sand.

Only modification I’d make to the thong is a little narrower front pouch. That would not stop me from getting the thong in another color though. Overall this is a great fitting thong and I would recommend giving one a try.
